Nexus was only the de facto leader because there was never a Bogan appointed OOC. There was an IC Bogan, but that Bogan was basically "away" and "in the shadows" giving its orders through High Lord Tanoor (Nexus) and Dark Master Bestia (me). Sheo as the faction leader will allow the Bogan to actually be used IC.
