We really need to sort out what exactly we're doing right now.

There are a number of things I think we need to do:

1) Evacuate Certain Core systems, fortify others.
Anaxes, Metellos and Corellia all have major routes from Coruscant leading directly to them, so I would suggest posting defenses at these planets, and perhaps even using one as a platform to invade and recapture Coruscant from. Worlds like Alderaan, Anaxes, Kuat, Corellia and Ord Mirit all play home to military bases or are important worlds to the Republic, and have garrisons, but should still be strengthened. Other worlds near Coruscant, in the core, should be ready to evacuate at a moments notice. We will also have heightened scout patrols across the Core.

2) Launch an offensive.
A successful one. Attacking Xenvaer would be moronic. But the Coruscant blockade? We can take that. I don't know if they have other worlds.

I have others to suggest, and am taking suggestions.

In addition to the above mentioned fortified worlds (Anaxes, Alderaan, Corellia, Metellos, Kuat and Ord Mirit) the following worlds are also to be fortified:
Abregado Rae, Fondor, Galantos, Tanaab, Rendili, Duro and Bothawui.

We shall do some. Not all, others will be mentioned. After the current toing and froing is sorted out with the battles.

Abregado Rae, Alderaan, Anaxes, Bothawui, Corellia, Duro, Fondor, Kuat, Metellos and Ord Mirit are major Republic bases. They already have orbital defense platforms and, aside from Abregado Rae and Metellos, are the home ports for Repulic fleets. As that is the case, it would be assumed that even in peace time they would have secure defenses, planetary cannons, orbital defenses and the like. Once I've sorted out a tech/weapons write up for the Republic, I'll consider if we need to RP, in front of everyone, where our fleets are stationed. It might simply be a few posts of a conversation mentioning what's gone on but without mentioning worlds.
