As we have gone over the timer, we will be on dice - so no time to start etc...

Rolling for noise outside coming into warehouse

100: Critical success. to refer
81-99: Rousing success. Everything goes better than expected - no one comes out, and Merrick may take a bonus when he gets to the balcony
51-80: Success. Everything goes as planned - no one comes out
26-50: Barely a success. You succeed in your end goal but take some sort of negative in doing so - no one comes out, but Merrick must take a penalty at the balcony
11-25: Mild fail, fail with some minor consequence - a small team comes out, but Ben sees them first
2-10: Major fail, fail with more serious consequence - a small team comes out and the team aren't looking
1: Critical fail - 2 teams come from opposite directions

To reflect the fact that there was absolutely no disturbance inside (rousing success), when @Nightfall gets to the window, he should add a bonus to whatever role dictates the response of those inside

i think we're at the ground floor, and we've cleared the warehouse except for a few who are managing to flee.

Yep this is ads toon mission so you can claim that. You’ll get normal plot threads when the other missions are finished. You’ll have to ask Nefie about whether you can claim mission rewards to someone else now that your character has died.
