PERSONALITY
[fancybox4="https://media.giphy.com/media/nbUaAZt0kKcCc/giphy.gif"]Perry is a strong-willed, quick-witted young woman, though she lacks a formal education due to living on a farm on a backwater world situated in the Outer Rim. She speaks her mind often and doesn’t show much in the way of tact to most people she meets, though basic manners is something she was in fact taught. While not truly self-centered, she will not necessarily go out of her way to help every person in need that she comes across, believing that it is better for people to help themselves and the ones closest to them as much as possible. But when it comes to actually helping people, especially those who are sick or injured, Perry shows a much softer, gentler side, which likely stems from the rough conditions she was raised in and often worrying when her family members would become ill.
Coming from a very poor background where she has needed to be tough to survive, Perry is very much a tomboy, and often mocks the idea of “soft” women— the kind that are wealthy and wear pretty dresses, and/or do not know how to fight. However, while she wouldn’t admit it, this is at least partly driven by a sense of envy on Perry’s part— she does in fact desire wealth and a better life for herself and her family, and wouldn’t necessarily mind the idea of dressing like the type of woman she mocks now in order to show such an accumulation of riches. In fact, she secretly relishes the idea.
Otherwise, Perry is very confident in herself and her abilities, and is incredibly courageous in the face of danger. While she loved her family dearly and had always been fiercely protective of her younger siblings, she nonetheless has the heart of an explorer, and delights at the idea of one day leaving home and visiting other planets, viewing such a fantasy with an almost childlike sense of wonder, being for the most part ignorant of how hostile life can be on other worlds in the Outer Rim. BIOGRAPHY
[fancybox4="http://celebritytoob.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Ygritte-in-Snow.gif"]Perenix Seradan, usually shortened to “Perry”, was born on the Tionese colony of Eredenn Prime to Vandor Seradan and his wife Morhea. As the eldest of seven children on a relatively small farm, Perry was saddled with responsibility from an early age, helping around the farm and with her younger siblings. This daily drudgery eventually led to Perry having dreams of leaving her homeworld and exploring the Galaxy— a dream that her poor family was not able to encourage, with her father insisting as she got older that while he wished he could afford for her to leave, he simply did not have the funds or time to spare.
This did not dissuade Perry, however, as her desire to get on a starship and leave Eredenn Prime only grew whenever she went to the closest starport to watch the pilots and traders go about their business. By the present, Perry has grown into an adult greatly desiring the chance to leave her current life as her siblings are all getting old enough to care for themselves and each other without her help, and has been attempting to find a way to leave.[/fancybox4]
SKILLS AND APPEARANCE
[fancybox4="https://68.media.tumblr.com/075e6e8693786a67b8276fb0f94d5d72/tumblr_nciyf54HCQ1sozfq0o1_500.gif"]Due to her limited interactions with others, Perry’s list of skills is somewhat limited in turn: She only knows how to speak Basic, but is a capable handler of animals, particularly livestock, knows how to farm, treat injuries in a rudimentary manner with a basic knowledge of medicine, mend clothes, cook, and swim, and is an expert hunter and tracker who knows how to conceal herself and move stealthily. To go along with this, she has a naturally superb skill with archery, and has learned how to make her own bows and arrows. Her experiences hunting also make her fearsome with her axe, though she lacks any formal martial training and is more of a brawler than a trained warrior. While lacking a proper education, she has a keen wit and natural sense of intuition, allowing her to survive on her harsh homeworld.
Perry stands at five-and-a-half feet tall, with rich red hair and blue eyes. Due to the harsh conditions of Eredenn Prime, her body is toned and hardy, but she possesses an attractive figure nonetheless and has a conventionally beautiful face that is lightly freckled.
