Star Wars: Poe Dameron is a new comic series beginning in April 2016. It's written by Charles Soule with art by Phil Noto and, obviously, will be about Poe Dameron. It takes place before The Force Awakens so we'll get to learn even more of Poe's backstory. He's already the one we know the most about - we learned about his parents in Shattered Empire and we saw some of his early missions in Before the Awakening - so now we'll be learning even more.

A good opening issue and the bonus BB-8 comic was adorable.

The mix of movie, book, comic, and new characters in Black Squadron really displays the strength of new integrated canon in weaving things together.
