Description: Elegant in its simplicity and subtle in its design, the Portable Tactical Monocle Mark 12, or PTM-12, was designed to be concealable HUD and commlink combination. Used by assassins and those trying to protect against them, this folding headset is undetectable by most general scanners, and more advanced versions will only register the device as a commlink. When completely folded the device resembles a small communications device, so only the suspicious or paranoid should deduce what it really is. When unfolded the device expands into a commlink headset and monocular HUD device with three distinct vision modes, standard, night vision, and thermal with 2.5x magnification. Beyond reducing both weight and suspicion, the monocular design means that if the scope is disabled the user can still use the headset without total loss of vision.
