I don't see ONE monkey running off with your drinks, nor do I have those umbrellas or swords from the cocktails...

now go back and do it right this time..

Naturally because I wont because I hate the tropics and sub tropics with a passion. I'd go for the ruins, but other than that getting me to climates like that is akin to pulling teeth.

It was AWESOME! They have you lay flat in the water and then two dolphins swim in and push your feet from behind so fast that you literally skate across the water. Best feeling ever : D

I seriously love this picture. My favourite one of you hands down. You've got such an insanely happy look on your face.

Same here. I felt like I was flying and I love the ocean, so combined = uber happy Sreeya. Just wish it didn't cost so damn much for dolphin time : (

Is this Seaworld? Dolphins are badly treated there.

I did the same thing Puerto Vallarta a few summer's ago. Dolphin's have the incredible ability to locate the EXACT right spot on your foot to apply the right amount of pressure to push you upwards. It was absolutely thrilling. I think I have some pics of me doing the same thing lying around.

I also got my Open Water Diver certification in Puerto Vallarta too. My dad wanted me to become a master diver like himself (he helped build the Rothera project in Antarctica).

Awesome pics, Sree :>

What was the certification like? I'm planning on getting certified soon so I can dive during the spring term in Hawaii.

A LOT of memorization. You do a lot of diving, too. You have to be really comfortable with how heavy the tanks and gear are, it was pretty natural for me since I'm like 1/2 fish or something.

The first time I dove in the ocean we went to a pretty shallow spot and the exercise focused on how to keep your body upright and stable. Later on we did a lot of cenote diving. So awesome.

It all depends on what program you're doing it with, most likely you'll be going with PADI.

Also, Sreeya: you'll be my oceanic counterpart for the zombie apocalypse. Mount dolphins with gatling guns.

Have you ever wondered what you might look like with a full beard, Mulluns? Maybe it's just me, but I think it'd suit you.

Our class is doing it with SSI though at least one of us did get some basic open water certification with PADI.

And in the pool, the last skill we did was giving our regulator to our partner and then ascending to the surface and inflating our BCs up there.
