Whish; the rain went as it made it's self known to the world below. It hit the ground, and fluttered apart at impact to cover the world in a rhythmic dance of passion, and control. The skies parted to show the equation of power, the clouds morphing, and moving about as it released endless surges of thunderous energy upon the ground below. The tall, and endlessly edged buildings of this world made it ideal for a person to hide, or even move about the city unknown. They had made themselves the best place for something to go down, either good or bad. It was just so easy to perform. While the world was in a chaotic effect, a single woman made her way down the road of a street near a group of tall buildings, her upper-half covered in a warm fur like coat that covered all of her top armor, and most of her bottom with ease. Her helmet was out of view, and removed from her head as it was attached to her belt, and was readily open to be placed back on. The bottom half of her suit, had begun to blend, and merge with the dancing fluid that came from above. Making her a rather hard to see person.

It'd been a long, long day. The downpour of rain wasn't helping either. His recent mission a success overall, but they had lost a contact who had proven rather valuable. At least it wasn't a fellow operative, but still... a life was a life. Tonight, he planned on drowning his thoughts and drinking the night away. He wasn't planning on hitting the Outlander's Club, but rather, a small, hole-in-the-wall joint that he knew of. It wasn't in the best of neighborhoods, but it wasn't in the worst either. A nice, quiet joint that had a good local brew.

The pattering of the rain on the all-around rim of his hat flooded his ears with a buffeting sound. It was a dull, constant noise; somewhat soothing in a sense. His leather duster, though a bit ragged, still did a decent enough job of keeping him mostly dry. Glancing up from the ground as he moved along, Gamble thought he saw someone just up ahead, but with the rain and time of day, it was difficult to see. Squinting his eyes, he tried to figure out if there was something or someone there. With the weather conditions being what they were, it would be a few more paces at -least- before he could tell for sure... maybe.
