Jon is the son of legendary gunslinger and quick-draw artist Preef Callo [rank 4: Syndicate boss]. At the start of his career in the Sector Rangers he has tried to keep this a secret, but having since come to terms with it, he no longer does. Jon grew up playing quick-draw games with his father and displays a similar quickness on the draw.

By association -and his own skill- I want Jon to be seen similarly to an enforcer. Notably the part of "enforcers are treated with reverence in the underworld and none wish to cross them."

In terms of skill I realize that it's tricky. The biggest difference between father and son is that the latter is Force-sensitive and that makes any 'power level requests' extremely murky. If acceptable I would like to justify the quickness on the draw for some part on this Force-sensitivity. The difference in their backstories (one living by the blaster since early childhood and the other only since becoming an adult) can be leveled this way. There's no form of training in the Force whatsoever present up to this point.

I'm making this request because the character Preef Callo is returning. He no longer holds the rank of syndicate boss, but he was the first character of this timeline to achieve [rank 4] and has a legendary status among the criminal underworld and in popular culture (HoloMovies & Comics). Jon Callo is a Sector Ranger and hunter of Outlaws. I think the reputation (effects) that comes with being an enforcer of the (now archived) Five Syndicates makes sense.

Staff have noticed that several players have accomplished the huge achievement of getting their characters to Rank 4 (power and title or just power). With a rolling timeline, we are seeing descendant characters and we want to reward the hard work put in to get a character to level 4.

As a result, descendants may immediately apply for a power level one level above their rank. For example, if a Jedi or Sith is a child character of a Level 4 Jedi or Sith, they may start as Padawan but with Knight level powers and upon rank up may automatically maintain a power increase as well (upon ranking up to Knight, the power level will increase to Master).

Clarifications:
1. The power up must still be applied for initially
2. Perks also apply to Non Fs, but these will be case by case basis so please request in rank ups.
3. You are limited to apply this perk to 1 character.
4. The perk may only apply if *you* have a level 4 character. The other parent being level 4 will not qualify.
5. This cannot be used in conjunction with deceased character rule (if the character is starting out above Champion/Knight)
6. These perks may be applied to existing and future characters where applicable.

After having returned to the Empire and fully committing herself to the dark side, Celeste had received training from Master Kahtal, who had tested her loyalty and assisted in bringing Lantillies under Imperial control after having prevented a terrorist attack on the Empire. While still being in her demoted Rank as an acolyte, she has received extensive training as for example by Champion Vatrix, assisted in building up Eiattu again, has successfully fought for the Empire on Yavin, brought Centares under Imperial control with Arla, and re-secured Rattatak with Vahliri while constantly expanding her powers and finally being granted the rank of Champion again.

She continued to learn from both, Vahliri and Arla, and was trained in the arts of mental manipulation by the Dark Lord himself, captured Saber wolves pups, which they have started to train as Sith war beasts and thus expanded her alchemy and animal bond abilities, and set course for Tibrin next. She started a successful conquest for Endor, helped Arla bringing Telos under Imperial control by also negotiating with a Kaleesh tribe, explored Sith spirits on Dromund Kaas with Wodan and is now involved in the reconquering of Eriadu.

In addition to the numerous assets she already holds at Omega Station, she has expanded operations and restarted mining of spice and coaxium in the Omega Asteroid Belt. She has converted a previously hostile group of pirates to become smugglers through the Kessel Run and has acquired their routes and means of covertly navigating.

As far as leadership within the Syndicate, she has recruited numerous PCs to work under her banner including (but not limited to) another rank 2 PC. She has already been acknowledged by a rank 3 PC as being one of the notable criminal influencers in the galaxy and was invited to a meeting regarding plans going forward. Through one of the PCs under her, she has also acquired schematics of Consortium fleets. She has become Governor of Kessel, which gives her significantly more influence over the movement of spice in the Outer Rim through both legal and illegal means.

Victoria has been an active player in Galactic politics since Ruusan, where she represented the FWA and escaped the joined. She also participated in internal politics working to increase cooperation within the alliance and seek external solutions to the Killik threat. She was part of a totally legit auction where she secured a capital ship for her alliance assets. She also was part of the GS emergency meeting where her vital contribution of joined fluid allowed multiple medical companies to work on a solution.

She participated in a further senate session that ultimately resulted in her motion not being adopted but saw her being noted as one of the few publically pro-Jedi senators. Victoria supported a bold plan to create a clone army with fellow pro-Jedi senators.

This thread is technically stalled, it may yet continue but wanting to include it to show that Victoria has (attempted/working on) doing more local efforts to build up her reputation and popularity in her world. I'm not sure what the threshold is for ranking up political characters so happy to take constructive criticism regarding this.
