This was a celebration. A celebration for the battle won on Alderaan. Because of the victory, the Empire has a footing into the Republic borders. This Imperial officer is pleased with the outcome of the battle and so was allowing himself to loosen up a bit. He didn't usually drink bit this wouldn't hurt one bit. The man brought both bottles of Mandalorian and Corellian Whiskey his mother sent him some time ago. He planned to share both bottles with anyone who wants any, besides he couldn't possibly drink both bottles on his own. It will allow anyone a drink without having to worry about buying until the two bottles are empty.

Supposedly the man he was partnered with during the battle on Alderaan wanted to celebrate as well and invited the Kuatian to celebrate with him. Who knew that a superior would want to celebrate a victory with an inferior. Wasn't that against customs or some sort of rule? The man glanced around at the festivities unfolding as others appeared to be celebrating as well. Chuckling when a man fell off of his head due to his drunken state. Tobian only counted the man having two shots of whatever he was drinking. What a light weight. The officer shook his head as a soft chuckle escaped his lips, “He will not last long in a drinking contest.” He said quietly. The Kuatian may not drink often, but he can hold his liquor quite well, though he hasn't counted how many drinks it takes before he finds himself in a drunken stupor.

Leaning back in his seat, Tobian placed his pack of Mandalorian Cigarras on the table after putting one between his lips. The bloke looked back over to the bloke that fell out of his chair as the man started yelling. Before the man brought any more attention onto himself or starts a fight because of his yelling, Tobian walked over to him, “Hey why don't you go get some fresh air or head back to your room for a bit? There is plenty of time for celebration.” He told the bloke who nodded and stumbled out of the officer's pub to a waiting taxi. The officer sighed sat back down at the table he was sitting at, lighting his cigarra. Pouring some of the light blue whiskey into the small glass in front of him, he chuckled as he heard yet another person fall out of his or her chair.

It's been a very long time since Spencer Ward found himself back on his former homeworld of Alderaan. The Head Warden didn't go there to reconnect nor did he go there for any sight seeing. He was there on business. A joint effort with the Republic against the Hutt-backed regime. The Sith were there, so of course the combined forces prevailed. And when the job was done he didn't linger there for any longer than he had to, he departed when he had the chance. He felt nothing for Alderaan, he considers Lothal his home now, but still he fought for a good cause on Alderaan and they won.

Now back on Serenno, Spencer arranged to take out Tobian Solaris out to Serenno for a celebration. HHe and Tobian fought together to secure the Royal Palace's escape routs to make sure that nobody else goes in or out. A little post-victory celebration isn't a bad idea. So why not? Even if the Foreign Legionnaire Officer considers himself an inferior to the Sith Master & Judgement Head Warden, there is nothing wrong with this arrangement. Spencer is one of the boys too really. He's a pretty chill person to hang around with

Dressed in his pinstripe double-breasted suit, with hair combed, thick rimmed glasses, a nice tie - a outfit he usually wears on Serenno - the Sith Master would be sitting at the same table as Tobian. The Head Warden would have a glass of gin in his hand. An alcohol beverage he has grown fond of over the years. Tobian was off helping some guy before he returned to his seat, the Head Warden was sipping his drink as the officer was doing so. There was some other commotion going on around in the establishment, but Spencer was paying little head to them aside from maybe an occasional glance.

When the officer stat down again, Spencer was finishing with one sip before putting his glass down on the table, while still gripping it. He would then turn his head towards the officer. "Well Tobian, we've done well on Alderaan. The Sith shown the Hutts what happens when they mess with us." There were other Sith involved in another part of the battle. They prevailed as well. "So, how are you feeling?" he would start off asking Tobian, as the young Sith Master confidently smirked.

While his outfit was not as formal as Spencer's or some of the other officers in the establishment, it was formal enough to wear while visiting Serenno. His hair neaty combed to one side and his facial hair trimmed up. It certainly had some women looking at him, which he barely paid any mind to as he he sipped his drink.

Looking over to Spencer as the Sith Master spoke up. Noting how confident the Sith was from his tone of voice, "We sure did teach them what happens when they mess with us. A painful reminder that they will remember for the rest of their days." Tobian spoke with his usual thick Kuatian accent, "Personally. I wouldn't mind giving them another reminder if they slip up again though." The man admitted after thinking of how refreshed he felt after victory on Alderaan was declared. He had been wondering about a few things before the battle including if he was still going to be able to be able to remain a soldier for one main reason and well if the Empire was going to allow the Hutt to do whatever they please without consequences. He had heard of how the Hutt treated prisoners and personally he had no idea if he would have continued to serve if the Hutts weren't punished for going against the Empire. Which going as far as trying to claim Alderaan certainly was the Hutt going against the Sith.

The Kuatian certainly got his answer during the battle about both his ability to remain a soldier and his willingness to serve. The Foreign Legionnaire Officer sipped his drink, "I am feeing rather refreshed, sir." He answered as he placed his glass back on the table, his hand still gripping the glass, "May I ask how you have been since we last saw each other?"

Tobian somewhat caught on while the two were on Alderaan that Spencer may have hailed from the planet. More like guessed from how the Sith looked around before they engaged with a few enemy forces. But he was no mind reader and was not going to ask about it. That is unless of course the man asked where the Lieutenant is from since that would earn him the right to ask where the Head Warden is from. The man was certainly easy going but a force to be reckoned with if the Officer got on his bad side. The Kuatian reminded himself that he has seen what happens when one gets on a Sith's bad side as he sipped his drink slowly to savor the richness of the drink. Placing the glass back down his grip remained as he smoked his cigarra.

"That's good." Spencer said after Tobian answered that he is feeling refresh. Nothing like a some battle to get some blood flowing, right? The Sith Master smirked as he followed along with Tobian's statements, taking a sip of his gin as he does so. Good stuff there. "I've been fine. Been doing this and that. Come to think of it, I think I feel rather refreshed myself." he simply said as he shrugged his shoulders smiling playfully. Head Warden business is the same as usual.

Spencer woudl be pondering in thought what is next for the well-oiled Sith war machine. The Hutts and their leaders are still out there, they aren't wholely defeated yet. The Jedi are unfortunately still out there as well, they've been quiet lately. Probably for the best with Ellora destroyed, Tython attacked, and a massacre of some of their most powerful members at Ruusan, common sense would tell he Jedi they need to to lay low. But still, they need to be eradicated. After all they are the people who killed Cregan which is only answerable with the extinction of that entire Order. Spencer jumped at the chance to be present at Ellora temple's destruction, and he be willing to lend a hand anywhere else. "Heh, now wondering what's next for the Empire. We've still got some scores to settle." One more swig at his drink as he has his eyes back on his drinking partner.
