The small space in the Republic Transport was not the best place to be right now. Geonosis, the once Republic-Held planet, was once again under Sep Control. That's where we come in. My squad, the Omegas, and I are returning once again to this Hell-Hole. Delta Squad is currently on Onderon at the moment, taking out a small band of Seps that had set up camp there. HQ called us in, when they couldn't get the Deltas. Makes a Clone feel real important to know that you were the second choice. But we can't question our orders, or else.

"Sir, what's our mission?", I asked.

"Your mission, Omegas, is to eliminate this target-"

The holo image of our CO pressed a button off-screen and the intel on a Sep leader appeared on all of our HUDs.

"He's very dangerous by himself, but we know he's got some kind of defenses for himself."

"Any intel on what kind of Defenses, sir?"

Hacker. Our Computers and Demolitions man. His curiosity had gotten us into some sticky situations in the past, during training...but then again, it had gotten us out of Geonosis alive, too.

"None. You'll be dropping off soon, so get ready, Omegas. I'll keep in touch."

The image of our CO faded into nothing, and the four of us stood there, in the darkness of the Transport as it flew over hostile skies.

"A Trando...This should be intresting, right sir?"

"Don't get cocky, Aries. Trandos are more viscious than even you, as hard as it is to believe!"

I laughed a bit, along with the rest of my squad. We'd seen Aries in action during training with live rounds. He loved to use his wrist Vibro-blade more than his DC-17. Good thing for us, too. He'd saved our asses during the Live Round Training more than once with it.

"It would be smart if you guys could let me take this guy out from a distance. Help us out a whole lot, right?"

"Good thinking, Hawk. We'll try to get him into your sights ASAP. But until then, we do this the old fashioned way."

I got a series of "Yes, Sir"s in response. It was odd...Delta-38 and I both got the Mandalorian, Jango Fett's voice, while our Squadmates didn't. It made it interesting during Training and during the First battle of the war. We still had a grudge against the Deltas for getting the Spec Ops job during the Battle that day, while we were stuck in the frontlines, shooting droids with our inferior Clone Bretheren.

"3 seconds!"

Our pilot opened both sides of the transport and counted down. At 1 we got hit with a missle and went down. Good thing we'd all jumped just before the ship hit the ground. Poor Clone died in the Crash, though. Oh well, these were things that happened.

"Status Report, Omegas!"

<span style="color:red">"I think I got a booboo, sir...Can ya kiss it for meh?" </span>

*He smiled under his helmet as he picked himself up. He had rolled across the ground when he hit, absorbing most of the shock with his shoulder pads. As he dusted himself off and made his way toward the team, he looked at himself in the reflection of his vibro-blade, just polished, of course.

He donned a hand-shaped bloodstain on the center of his helmet, giving him a demonic appearence. Hope it scared the shit out of these mangy sep bastards.*

"Time to get serious, Aries. Anyone seen Hawk?"

Both of them shook their heads in response.

"Damn! We've got to find him, and soon! Search the area, Commandos!"

I raised my DC and walked off, north of our current position. He was standing near me when we jumped, but you couldn't be sure about anything when your ship crashes.

*I walk to the left side of him, slightly behind every once in a while looking over my shoulder. Hawk was a brother, he'd understand if we took a few more minutes so we could kill more of those ass-holes.

"So where ya think he wandered off to?"

I began looking around for Hawk. I couldn't see the other two Commandos they were alive I knew that much at least. I turned around walking backwards for a bit. When I turned around again, I saw Brain and Aries twenty yards ahead of me and I jogged over to them to catch up.

"Any luck?"

"None...He should be around here somewhere..."

*Meanwhile*

I'd put as much of the natural soil on my armor as I could and hid behind some rocks. A patrol of Geonosians and 5 Trandos were coming straight at me, and I'd fallen about 100 yards north of our ship. Maybe they thought I was dead, and maybe they didn't...My squad would be heading this way anyway.

"Maybe...Oh, wait....nah. That's a rock."

*He pretended to be distrot over the matter and looked down at the ground. Then something like a light-bulb went off in his head.*

"Wait...dont we got some kinda com-link to contact him?"

"We do, but his was malfunctioning before we got on that transport. He wanted Hacker to fix it once we were planetside."

What I wouldn't give for that Jedi Force stuff. Hawk was a good friend and a brother, and I didn't want to lose a man on such a small mission.

****

They'd be ontop of me any minute now...Good thing they hadn't seen me yet. Now I could see them clearly. A Trando Slaver with his shotgun, and Heavy Trando with his heavy Repeater, and 3 Elite Bugs.

I nodded my head, regretting that I hadn't fixed Hawk's comlink sooner. I looked forwards.

"We should head that way. I have a feeling about it."

*A sneer formed underneath his helmet, and looked towards his commanding officer. He made acouple of handmotions that translated to 'Should I use my jumppack?'*

I nodded to Aries' request. Best to take the Trandos down fast before they could get the chance to prepare for the attack. Something was odd about the entire thing, though...

***

Those Trandos look tough...With just me, I don't stand a chance against those Elites and the Trandos. Well, I could probably take out the slaver, but not the other two...Not alone. Well...Here goes nothing.

I raised my DC and jumped away from my cover and took down the slaver with a few shots. Now was the hard part. Those Heavy Repeaters are pretty powerful, especially at close range.

***

What was that? Blaster fire? Yeah...Up ahead, I can see it. Aries probably could too, from the air.

"Hacker, I need to you snipe a few Trandos for me!"

"Yes sir."

I pulled out a sniper rifle and moved into the shadows. I fired off a shot towards one of the Trandos.

*Already left off, Aries noticed something strange. Their was someone fighting back...someone in clone armour! It probably was hawk, and knowing him he'd need some help when the enemies were that close.

He landed on one of the heavy gunners shoulders, immedately slitting the aliens throat and kicking off him so he could draw the attention away from hawk. Then the sniper, as he liked to call himself, could pick 'em off. As he looked around, noticing that he was surrounded, all he could say was...*

"Jus call meh the God o' War...."

Damn Seps...Hard to kill. Good thing Aries showed up or I'd be dead right now!

***

"Good Work, Commandos! 3 Trandosians down!"

Finally, We'd caught up to Hawk and Aries. Something still didn't feel quite right.

"Hawk, you okay?"

Good thing our short range transmitters still worked.

"I'm good, sir. Nothing worse than a sore shoulder from the landing! But we're not done yet. I saw Three Elite Bugs and two more Trandosians with those Three."

"Thanks for the intel, Hawk. Okay, Squad, stay alert! We've got Five more Seperatist units out there, somewhere!"

"Anywhere...Watch out for those Geonosians more than the others. Let's move out. Right now, our mission is Assassination, not Search and Destroy. I'm on point."

Simple enough. I just hope the Seps we didn't get aren't reporting our position to their leaders.

We made our way north, towards where our target was supposed to be, based on the intel from our CO. It was a bit different from the last time we were here. Now it was quiet, and seemed like the place people would flock to for retirement. Last time, it was a battleground full of dead bodies and deactivated droids. Not much of a difference in my eyes.

Behind me, I could hear Hacker check his Ammunition. He's always prepared for anything. Probably the Closest thing to a Jedi that we'll ever work with.

"So what's the deal with our target? Some big bad wolf?"

*Aries said casually as he looked over his shoulder, breaking the way too intense silence, but hey that was the thing when the only people you worked with were clones. Very strict. He lifted his rifle about chest hieght and then faced forward....He wanted to take a bite out of this guy just like Scruff McGruff took a bite outta crime.*
