Eh, I got a basic one, My guy comes back after a couple of decades of exile and starts to make it known to the galaxy the he is by making hell, than republic/asakns/someone investigates and, it can go from there. Though, I don't want him or his total force destroyed and killed on the first rp with him so....

Without a faction or something, one man couldn't make hell of the magnitude that the Alsakans, Republic, Jedi or Ospion would really care. The most they'd do is put a bounty on him or something.
