"The name's Sakari. I'm the captain of the Myrkr Rogue. I've been told that you want me to ship some goods 'across the border.' So, what's the cargo?"
"Narcotics, myself, two droids… and no questions asked."
"In a hurry?"
"Let's just say I want to avoid certain… entanglements."
"Alright then. Twelve thousand. All in advance."
"Twelve thousand? Are you kidding me?"
[pause]
"I've been see-sawing between the Republic and the Hutts ever since the trade sanctions were imposed. The Myrkr Rogue is one of the fastest ships in the galaxy: it'll get past anything the navies can throw at it. The offer is twelve thousand. Take it or leave it."
"I need to get out of here by tomorrow. But I can't afford this or waste time to find someone else for the job!"
"If you're not paying the twelve thousand in advance, I'm not shipping your--"
"You're going to do this for me. I'll pay you over time with inter--…"
[gunshot]
"The deal was off when you pulled the gun."

Sakari was a former special forces sergeant. A distinguished soldier during his service, Sakari was an excellent marksmen, even by special forces standards. He was dishonorably discharged for a number of safety violations sometime before the beginning of the First Hutt War. It is believed, in retrospect, that these violations were intentional in order to leave military service. He has since kept a low profile in the Mid-Rim territories. Sakari is known to have been conducting smuggling runs to and from both warring parties.
