Tabloid Satellites Appear in Sith Space

In random points in Empire controlled space, satellites of unknown orgin emerge from Hyperspace, floating adrift in the system, groups of them per system. The satellites are Blackwell models. They appear to be unmanned. The satellites are careful to hang back a large distance away from any space traffic, space station, ships or any defenses in the given system.

With the satellites hanging back out of range of any weapons and defenses, what will be the Imperial response to these unknown satellites? Fuel reserves are dwindling for the Empire, will they expend resources needed to destroy them or will they let them carry on?
