We don't. I referred to him as a villain, rather than specifically a Sith.

This...this was way better than the first one. My one question (and i know there's been speculation on it) is, why did Han and Chewie not have the Falcon?

I've heard they may have lost it at some point, and that it may belong to someone else. Not sure, though.

One suggestion might be that they lost it in whatever battle happened at Jakku (that Tie Fighter is an older model and all), whilst another would be that well, someone stole it and they're in the area to steal it back. At the very least, it does seem like they've been away from it a while.

So the wrecked Star Destroyer and downed X-Wing? Those are from a specific event called the 'Battle of Jakku', which took place one year after Endor. Source.

Seeing Kylo Ren's costume up close after seeing the new teaser, I really like his design. Aside from the ham-fisted parallels between the First Oder and the Third Reich, the First Order also (at least to me) has a kind of religious fanaticism behind it. That bit with the stormtroopers standing in unison makes it feel like they just concluded a call to prayer. Ren's costume looks like something a priest would wear, down to the materials used in the costume itself. It gives him a regal, yet ominous look that heralds back to arguably the three most popular Sith Lords in Star Wars. We have the face plate of Revan, the germanic helm of Vader (hidden by the hood in the image), and the forehead folds of palpatine symbolized by the silver accents. With this try-hard referencing to great Sith of the past, I would believe that he is not a Sith at all, but wants everyone to believe that he is.

If they ditched the hood and made it less black I'd probably like the design a thousand times more.

Would be cool if Kylo Ren was actually a Kel Dor, like Plo Koon. Would be neat to have a non-human antagonist.

I think the look makes sense. I 100% agree with StormWolf, based on what I know of the film, that this dude is a religious fanatic who is modeling himself off of the Sith. Your mileage may vary on thoughts about the Sith, but considering what we have about the Sith in canon, Ren modeling himself on that seems appropriate. What will matter is his character, motivations, etc.
