During an operation against rogue piratical forces in the Core, a civilian ended up dead during a shoot-out involving Lt. Bretharr Bergall of the GAR. Investigations have been put underway, and witnesses have been subpoenaed to testify if necessary into the probe investigating the matter. This probe is being headed by three Senators, whom will make up the tribunal for Bergall's case, and will listen to Bergall's testimony and the facts to make a decision on whether there was a punishable crime to be sentenced or not.
This is basically an internal affairs investigation of sorts. I am looking for three Senators to volunteer to partake in this panel. This will not be a first-come first-serve, as we will try to table the tribunal balanced, as with the recent declaration of war, such matters could turn this politicized. Still, I want to stress that this thread is not geared towards blaming Bergall and demanding guilt, that he's not guaranteed to be found guilty, but rather that is what the thread is to determine itself during the thread's run.
