BIOGRAPHY
Originally born within one of the Ruling Families of the Chiss Ascendancy, then Morto Sabosen, was like so many of his class and household was trained and educated for a lifetime of parliamentary duty. Inline with his familial tradition Morto was educated in the finer points of the constitutions that focused on the Social issues of the Chiss Society, namely Justice, Health and Education. Whilst at first he presented himself with a promising future potential, he would later find himself exiled from the Ascendancy and stripped of his name and status.
Morto'Toc with little option but to leave Chiss territories, found himself venturing out of the unknown regions and into the bordering territories -eventually finding himself landing on Bakura. Whilst initially his arrival was intended as a rest stop to refuel and repair his ship following his travel through the treacherous expanse, Morto'Toc would find himself settling on Bakura and finding work as a political lecturer within the Bakur Memorial Academy, where due to his own extensive understanding of constitutional fine points and his former household's predilection for Societal Concerns his own wealth of knowledge and experience would prove to be a valuable asset to the Academy.
Like many Chiss, Morto'Toc possesses a calm reserved demeanour, sophisticated mannerisms that concealed a sometimes harsh and cutting tongue that would swiftly bring the inattentive students away from their distractions and regaining the class' focus. Although generally polite and respectful, even towards some of the more human centrist members of staff and even those of the Bakuran Senate, he still display a mannerly behaviour despite their antagonistic relationship.
It was perhaps due to the Chiss's mannerisms and his wealth of knowledge, that one of his former Student's continued to retain contact with the lecturer, often he would find the then Junior minister Ti'Varnus requesting a private audience to seek his council. It was through both the years of tutorledge and the garnered mutual respect for each other.
Following the Death of the Governor Khar Ti'Varnus - a man whom Morto'Toc did not abide to kindly. He was approached by his Daughter, Alyse whom had inherited the position of Governor in the wake of her Father's death - Offering Morto'Toc the role as her Political Proxy for matters that concerned the day to day oversight of the Bakuran Government in her absence whilst she was off world - A role that he has gladly and dutifully fulfilled, proving to be a loyal deputy and wise council to the new Governor as she becomes accustomed to her new tittle and position.
