While he would give anything for his clan Ser'eph finds it hard to connect with people. Most find him to be somewhat disgusting to look at because of the state of his skin he has turned into more of a lone wolf who hates relying on others. His sensitivity to any insults or jokes about his condition still remains however.<

PERSONALITY:
Ser'eph is a man who would prefer to keep to himself in his off time rather then have to deal with anyone else. An obsessive compulsive personality requires him to constantly be in control of his surroundings and keep his gear neat and stowed away. He'll mask his pain with odd and generally dark or morbid quips, never letting anyone see what is truly bothering him. His lone wolf tendencies have made him isolated even among his own people. Slow to trust anyone but possessing a steadfast loyalty to any who gain that trust his his prime trait.

BIOGRAPHY:
Ser'eph was born to the Orade family on Manda'yaim in the capital of Keldabe. A promising young soldier he accompanied his father, Ghaz, into battle at 13 as was the tradition. He soon developed a knack for reading wind patterns and a natural skill at making long distance shots, even with archaic slug throwers. Nicknamed "Kyr'am'ika" or "little death" by his fathers squad was what cemented his notoriety as a crack shot among the Mandalorian forces.

When Ser'eph turned 19 he was assigned to his own squad, a unit of battlefield snipers and recon troops. It was during a routine mission on a backwater planet that his squad fell under attack by enemy forces in a clifftop village overlooking a large river. It was an ambush and they were outnumberd 5 to 1. They fought bravely, for three days and four nights the squad of 6 mandalorians held off every enemy advance towards their position, now carved out of the fallen enemy and burned wreckage of buildings and still burning vehicles. It was hell. Ser'eph saw a glimpse of the enemy's leader at the back. Sighting his rifle he took the shot, watching with satisfaction as the man's head burst into a red mist from the super heated plasma bolt piercing his skull. Ducking back down he let out his pent up breath just in time to hear one of his battle brothers shout out that a grenade had landed in their cover. With no time to get out Ser'eph did the only thing instinct let him. Trusting his beskar'gam above all else he threw himself onto the grenade. When the dust cleared he had flown across the small clearing, slamming into the burning, twisted hulk of a vehicle. His visor was shattered and his armor scorched and cracked. He took of his helmet and could clearly see the enemy forces running over their walls, taking advantage of the disorientation caused by the blast. He swung his helmet and bashed in the skull of the closest enemy then hurled it into the head of another man, knocking him to the ground. From that point on it was a bloodbath. At this close range guns were useless so all he had was a vibro knife. Ser'eph survived the first wave along with two of his battle brothers. He had lost his left eye from a gash across his face but managed to bandage it in the small gap between waves.
The sinister whooshing of flames indicated to the three remaining Mandalorians that their enemy had no intention of facing them in honorable combat anymore. With a strangled cry to get down coming out of Ser'eph's throat he saw his two squad mates ignited by flames that were hot enough to bubble the metal of their armor. The flames spread along the ground to Ser'eph, as his body ignited he screamed in pain and tried to roll to put it out. When that failed he ran towards the edge of the cliff and jumped off the edge. He could feel his skin boiling and burning until he hit the ice cold water. The temperature change sent him into shock and he passed out, floating down the river for miles until by some miracle he was spotted by a group of farmers.

His armor burned away and fallen off they had no way of knowing who he was and took him in, nursing him back to health. Ser'eph spent a long time with that farmer family, trying to heal. His injuries were extensive, burns covered his skin and there was no way he could get to a bacta treatment center. The Mandalorian forces had left the planet, most likely assuming his squad dead, and they were right. Ser'eph felt dead himself. He had watched his squad die in front of him....so why was he still alive. Four years to the day of his rescue he bid the kind farmers goodbye and set off under a heavy cloak to hide his burns. He left that planet far behind him and headed to Manda'yaim....to home

Kyr'am'ika or Kyram'ika alternatively, translate to "Little Death." Kad'ika is "Little Saber."

Overall, this is a very good profile. I really liked how you went into detail about his injuries in the biography and told us exactly what happened to him all those years ago. The fact that he kept fighting after he was thrown into the destroyed vehicle is a testament to the Mandalorian fighting spirit; fight, win, or die trying. Such a relentless nature is common trait among Mandalorians, but the fact that you actually have a story to prove that he possesses it gives the character so much more depth. Even though the biography wasn't long and there were gaps in his history, I think you made up for it by presenting such a clear picture of who Ser'eph Orade is as as a warrior. He's the man willing to give his life for his vode and to continue fighting no matter the pain or the odds set against him. I certainly look forward to role-playing with you in the near future.

Excellent character! The Fett roster needs to be updated but he is definately an addition to not only the Aliit but the faction as a whole :)
