'Victim', Morgan thought, was putting things a little overzealously. As funny as her quote-unquote 'news' could be, her older work in particular relied a little too much on blatant speculation. At least she wasn't nearly as bad as that bombastic hack working for the Weekly Trumpet or whatever it was. What was his name, Jameson? Johnson?

The Firrerreo raised a brow amusedly.
"Spotlight? The woman wields, at best, a cracked glowrod and an overactive imagination," he smoothly replied, expressing his casual disregard. People could assume Emil's personal life was far more interesting than it actually was all they liked, Morgan had no part in it. He just gave Jaikus a mixed look at the question of politeness, not giving a true answer but simply saying, "A little better." He'd already expressed once a dislike for being called 'Stolas' outside of professional settings.

The rest seemed par for the course. As usual, Morgan held a certain special irreverence toward the importance of titles and position when it came to certain things. Dancing partners was one of them. The Firrerreo's hips and shoulders smoothly moved throughout their paired sequence, boots tapping in time against andd sliding over marble floors. Without missing a bit he went through the guided spin, terminated with a slight flourish, his front foot poised slightly upon its ball. Sharp golden eyes met Jai's across the short distance.

"Not really, no," Morgan answered matter-of-fact. "Change is my way." Certainly, the Firrerreo was not the same person he'd always been- he wasn't even really the same as he was a year prior- but he was still the same enough for his answer to come from behind a playful grin. Word games were always fun to play. As the music resumed he pulled the hand that'd spun him and pushed lightly against Jaikus' shoulder to guide the dancers in a short half-circle, reversing their positions. Morgan started a new step for the new beat, confident the Axxilan was quite capable of following along.

Jaikus' comment got an amused look out of Morgan more than anything else. The Firrerreon didn't dignify that part of what the other man said with a reply and moved along to the question.
"Dancing," he wryly said, leading them into another twirling little step sequence to weave them around another pair of dancers. "Can't you tell?" The Axxilan obviously didn't mean what they were actively doing, but he'd already asked about clubbing. Plus, Morgan was actually having fun. Banter could use a little work.

"Stems from my enjoyment of music." He thought a moment, wandering through a mental list of hobbies. Morgan hadn't expected small talk, but they hadn't had much time for it before, he supposed. "Exploring things out in the galaxy, cook and try new foods, finding fun little secrets. My job fits quite well." There was also reading and piloting but it didn't take a perceptive genius to figure either of those out simply from existing in any of Morgan's spaces. He grinned, mildly curious.

"Asking after something specific?"
