B I O G R A P H Y

Sofina was surreptitiously born in 141 ABY on the planet Denon. The offspring of destitute and debt-riddled parents, she learned the hard way how to fend for herself in Denon's impoverished underbelly. In 144 ABY, Sofina's life changed drastically, and not for the better. Sofina was orphaned after the bombardment of her homeworld. With the blockade exacerbating the poverty-striken underbelly, Sofina was forced to utilize her self-survival skills. The question of legality mattered less and less as the blockade continued.

A Force-sensitive child, Sofina's fledgling connection and abilities became pronounced as a result of her childhood tragedies. A combination of uncontrolled psychometry and perplexing Force visions only added to a troubled life. A young child alone and without guidance, the Force became frightening. She had nobody to trust, not even herself.

After the Jedi's liberation of Denon, Sofina was found and taken in by the Jedi Order. After discovering her Force sensitivity, she joined the Jedi and thus began a new, hopeful chapter in her life.

On the outside, Sofina is confident and headstrong. But fear, insecurity, and loneliness dominate her inner world. She projects an icy, hard exterior as a result. Sofina habitually practices lightdsaber combat, choosing to focus on Ataru specifically. She finds the intense training leaves her tired and less likely to experience her troubling visions.
