Bugger the ranks, i'm not planning on having an academy of mancers or anything like that, not anytime soon at least. We're ust going to have grandchildren popping up here and there for a while to come.

I've been an Admin for over two years, dude.[/b]

But you also resigned a few months ago and were a VIP for about a week.... before mysteriously becoming an Admin once more.

When I was a VIP, it had nothing to do with me resigning. That was due to a glitch in the site where we could not do anything with anyones ranks. I set myself to VIP for the day on April Fool's Day, and after that I had to have green VIP colors for a month. However, that VIP group was .V.I.P., whereas regular VIPs, such as yourself, are V.I.P. The group I was part of had Admin powers.

This was after the April Fool's thing though. About a month after. And the month in between you had The Regular Admin Color. Unless it's those damn powerlines screwing up my memory again.

I gotta go with Bac on this one. I'm not 100% sure on the topic though. The only other times I saw Bac's name in non-red is his other file (I believe it is yours) titled Ussej Padric Bac III.

I remember you resigning. First there was April Fools, then about a month after you actually resigned. But I guess all that matters now is that you're an admin.

This is a quote from: http://www.thestarwarsrp.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=7900

Effective May 1, 2007 at 12:00am EST, I have resigned as an Administrator of TheStarWarsRP.Com along with the responsibilities and privileges that come with it. Yes, this is for real. No, this is not an April Fool's Joke this time. I am quite serious about this and this thread should be taken as such.

I have been a member of this site for two years now, being an Administrator for twenty-one months. I held this position for so long not for power or for an ego trip, despite popular belief, but so that I could help to provide a great Role-Play experience for everyone on the site. However, due to recent inaction and indifference about the Role-Play from, well, everyone, that great Role-Play experience is no longer there and I know that there is nothing more that I can do as a staff member to help change that. However, I will still be around and RPing in an effort to restore the Role-Play to its former glory.

This site, as those of you who have been around for quite some time know, has been very good to me. Jetzt and I despised each other on TheForce.Net, yet he asked me to come in and help run “The REAL SuperShadow” site and answer probably thousands of questions by now from people who have read the site. Add to that, he brought me into SWRP as a Moderator of the SuperShadow board without ever having been a member of the site. A few weeks later, in what I felt to be completely random move, he made me a Global Moderator. A few weeks after that, I became an Administrator. This was the same day that Ussej Padric Bac was created. This is when so many great memories started, and without this site my Alternative Star Wars Saga would be awful and there would be no Ussej Padric Bac. Those who have helped with the aforementioned things have no idea how grateful I am for it.

Know that I did not make this decision lightly. If you wish to call me a hypocrite because of the things I’ve said in the “Hope and the RP” thread and what not, then I really don’t care. I can live with that. Just don’t take this as a sign of me losing faith in the site. Sure, I think other people are and I can see the RP sliding further and further into the abyssal Hell every single day, but we can always claw our way back up to land.

As for my behavior lately, I have no regrets. I have become disgruntled with this entire site and some of its members for the past few months, so this was my opportunity to vent about it. It’s safe to assume that this will continue for a little while. What’s good about this now is that I have nothing that I really need to do around here other than have fun.

That’s all I have to say, really. I’ll still be around as a VIP and what not and, hopefully, I can help jumpstart some things in the RP. From my first RP on Coruscant in “Lost Sibling Looking for Answers” as Ussej Padric Bac to my last RP on Arcura in “Far Beyond the Stars” as Ussej Padric Bac III, I can say that I have enjoyed my time as a staff member more than anything and I leave with no regrets. I want to thank all of you for the great memories.

Remember, this is not immediate. This is effective May 1, 2007 at 12:00am EST.

Even though that was said I don't think he resigned in the end. I might have been gone, I don't know.

Not guys, just me. It seemed logical that if the guy in questioning said he never resigned, he never resigned.

The crack was just a joke.

This is really a pointless argument, and I don't know why it's gone on this long. Bac's an admin now, and that's all that really is important. This is really a pointless argument, and I don't know why it's gone on this long. Bac's an admin now, and that's all that really is important.
