Louis was not against the new rule of Mandalorians over Sullust. They were generally pretty nice to the workers, offered them protection, and let the people go about their business as normal. But, they were pretty restrictive of who left and got into the planet. For an aspiring pilot like Louis, it was the equivalent of being in timeout. He was tired of being restricted from going off world and it was time he expanded his horizons. Thanks to his new Anzellan friend, ex-pirate captain Barbosa Killian, maybe today would be the day he'd ditch the planet behind and find a new, freer, world.
The plan was simple; Barbosa would squeeze his little body into a ventricle shaft that would lead to a security panel. All the Anzellan had to do was cut the right wires so the security cameras set on the Escape so Louis and Barbosa could quickly get off planet. Louis was as good a pilot as they came, and he was confident enough in his abilities that if Mando patrols chased after him, he'd be able to outmaneuver them.
Besides, once he was in orbit, he was as good as gone anyway. Louis couldn't care less where his ship took him as long as it wasn't Sullust.
"Barbosa, are you in?" Louis whispered into his commlink from behind a huge cargo crate. He was using it as cover so he could keep a watchful eye on the Mando patrols that made sure everyone stook to the curfew. Behind Louis was the landing pad where his WTK-85A Interstellar transport awaited the two pilots. "Aye! I be crawlin' and climbin'." Barbosa whispered back into his own comm. "When you reach the panel, cut the green wires connecting to the audio and visual emitters. Don't cut the orange ones. That would be bad." Both the Anzellan and the Half-Annfyn weren't sure what would happen if they cut the orange wire, but they suspected it probably wouldn't be great.
"Aye aye, Captain." The Anzellan was crawling somewhere beneath the landing pad where the ship was, and hopefully he was just tiny enough to do his part. Louis was glad his starship wasn't some fancy shuttle or yacht. It probably would've been impounded and thrown in with the more heavily guarded containment landing areas. There was a Rasmus-class assault ship Louis hid away in the crevasses at the bottom of a cliff- but that would be discussed at a later time. For now? Louis was primarily focused on the Escape.
