Nar Shaddaa
Near the Broken Bothan

It wasn't very long ago that Kyosuke's mind had been drowning in the swelling tides of ecstasy. He wasn't sure if he considered himself lucky or not to have gotten caught up in whatever that mess was back at the Broken Bothan, but he was glad to be out of it. Mostly. It didn't really matter, that embarrassing yet exhilarating experience was behind him now, he needed to ground himself in the moment. His injuries had been decently tended to, though it wasn't nearly enough time to let him push himself too hard again. He leaned on the short Twi'lek girl, Seela, and tried to endure the pain as best he could so that he wouldn't be too much of a burden on her as they made their way through a long dark alley. Little Gremlin's feet pattered along the ground as he swiftly followed behind the pair of individuals.

"It's not too far, but..." Kyosuke quietly began, keeping his voice down as he looked back over his shoulder toward the club they'd escaped. "It's not going to be easy, even if we manage to stay undetected the whole way back." He wasn't sure she had any skill in stealth, but figured she at least had decent athleticism and agility given her line of work. "If it gets too bad at any point then let me know and we'll stop, okay?" He looked down into her pearl orbs from the corner of his bangs, flashing his bright blues at her as he began to take on a slightly more serious demeanor than before. However, he was still weak, a feeling that made him feel insecure enough that he hadn't quite broken out of his timid state all the way yet.

Seela expected something to happen, someone to catch them, the door slamming shut in her face, her collar stunning her, anything to stop her from exiting the club. She braced for some kind of pain or blow when she passed the threshold, but none came, and now she was outside. The dancer was outside, walking the back alley, in the company of a stranger. Her gut told her to stop, go back inside, and that maybe the punishment wouldn't kill her. it told her that being outside was wrong, bad, dangerous. Inside was safe(ish), she knew how to act inside...

Shut up! Freaking out and processing has to wait! Now is not the time!

hearing a smallish clanking sound following them, Seela looked over her shoulder to find a... tiny black droid? Which was in all fairness absolutely adorable. She worried for a moment, but seeing as it was definitely more angular and less the sleek rounded lines preferred by Master, and faintly recalling having seen it in the room, it probably belonged to her new companion.

Seela was glad to hear the young man had his ship parked "not too far", but she wasn't sure she really understood what he meant by it not being easy, or why they would stop, due to it getting too bad. His words gave her mixed feelings, which Seela happily pushed far down with all the other feelings, to unpack later.

"Let's just get to your ship, alright? I'll deal with whatever when it happens!"

A new seriousness came upon Seela's companion, catching her attention momentarily, despite the underlying wavering she could still feel, somehow. Seela averted her gaze, seeing as those blue gems of his were seriously distracting. In doing so, thelavender being caught sight of the little droid, still following them, which made a knot twist in her gut. She was pretty sure the little thing belonged to her companion, but she couldn't shake the worry.

It isn't paranoïa if everyone is out to get you!

Dammit, Seela just had to make sure! So, dropping her voice, and leaning her head towards the boy, she spoke just loud enough that only him would be able to hear.

"Sorry, um... don't look, but there's a little black droid following us... Is it with you?"

Seela was holding her breath in wait for the lad's answer, trying to come up with ways of shaking of the little dude if they needed to.

A glimmer on the girl's silver shock collar caught his eye, causing him to actually draw an interest in what it must've been like to be trapped in such a device. It couldn't be easy for her. She chose this wounded boy over a far more capable group that probably could've had her to safety by now. They both had to trust each other for allowing themselves to be in the situation they were in now. Her courage impressed him, though he could feel a sense of trepidation through the Force that made him realize she was definitely going through something at the moment. He couldn't really relate to what she must be experiencing.

A slight smile perked up from the corner of Kyo's lip for a moment as he noticed Seela seemed a little cautious of Gremlin. She was right to be, of course. He could always be keeping a tab on them while any would-be pursuers were getting ready to track them down. His faint smile then faded as he realized it was possible - even probable - that someone or something else could currently be keeping an eye on them.

"That's just Gremlin. He's harmless." Grem made a defiant little robotic whine as he gave a pouty, "wuhhhh?!" in Droidspeak. There was a slight unease evident in Kyo's tone as he looked around the alley, then above to the towering rooftops around them. There were so many places for someone to hide, but he figured the establishment they'd come from didn't have the types of individuals present there to get on them so soon after the chaos at their club.

The wounded Jedi would give a gentle tug with the arm he had around her shoulder, then a follow-up nod to signal to her that he wanted to make a turn through a very tight service corridor that was flanked by tubes and wires on both sides of the narrow walls, which supported various buildings on both sides of the extremely slim opening. He would be able to muster up enough energy to reinforce his wounds for a moment as he summoned the Force to enhance his endurance, though it wouldn't be much or last for long given his condition.

Kyo then gave Seela's shoulder a reassuring pat as he took in a deep breath. "I'll be fine. For a moment." The steadied boy then slowly began to slide away from her helpful support and took all the pressure of standing and walking onto himself as he turned his shoulders and hips to begin squeezing himself through the thin opening. It would give them great cover from anyone who searched for them through the alleys, and once they'd finally managed to make their way through the tight passage he would take a few steps to the side to kneel down and catch his breath while giving her room to step out next to him.

On this other side of the service corridor was a small walkway mainly only used by technicians, but it would be large enough to at least allow them a little space before everything just dropped straight down for what seemed like infinity. The Nar Shaddaa cityscape extended all the way to the horizon in front of them and to the sides, aside from another pad of buildings a little to the right and across one of the deep-drop gaps. Speeders blazed through the air to the left and beyond. It seemed like there would be nowhere else to go to from this point. Kyo would take a moment to catch his breath, and to give Seela a moment too if she needed it for any reason.

The pair was making good progress in putting distance behind them, with the adorable Gremlin following. Seela felt on edge, as she felt Kyosuke tense up and survey their surroundings, quickly prompting her to do the same. She felt pretty sure, somehow, that nothing was actively tracking them, and no other droids were following them, like a strong feeling from the very center of her being toold her they were fine. She decided to accept it, for it hadn't steered her wrong yet.

"We're fine. Nothing is chasing us. They're probably after the others."

Soon, they came upon a very narrow gap, and Seela was surprised to find out that the man intended to traverse it. She was pretty sure he did... something? Leaving her feeling a curious buzzing on her skin, and it apparently made him able to walk fine on his own. Seela quickly danced her way in the corridor, dodging obstacles with her eyes half-closed. Yeah, it was dark in there, and she always had a way of avoiding things without sight... Seela didn't question it, it was working in her favor, so she just rolled with it.
Seela stopped in her tracks just before exiting the tight space, noticing there was a... Void... in front of her. She reluctantly held onto a pipe, peeking out, and quickly recoiled when a speeder zooomed just in front of her.

Nope! Nopenopenope!

Holyfleeriddentrandoshanridingbantha they were HIGH!!!!!
Seela definitely didn't enjoy that. In fact, the girl shakily went down on her hands and knees, trying to find her companion.
There was all sorts of neon lights in all colors, speeders zooming around, and just so much... space...
Seela felt very small in that moment, lost in all that space, assaulted by the sounds of the city. She didn't like it here!
It only confirmed what she knew, outside was SCARY!
Seela let out a soft anxious whine, biting her lip, trying to find the will to go on the walkway, but all she really wanted right now, was to be back inside the club.
After a few seconds, and definitely NOT looking down to the grated floor, Seela scooted out, pressing herself against the wall, still on her knees, looking at her companion, who seemed to be catching his breath.

"You... Okay?" Kyosuke's slightly dimmed eyes looked over at the lavender Twi'lek with a hint of exhaustion upon him. The bright gleam in his shiny orbs had begun to fade to a pale blue as he felt the Force fade and the pain begin to return. Seela seemed like the view or the height might've been a bit much for her, so fresh out of her cage. Kyo felt bad, he could've chosen a safer path with less distracting views, but it would've been a very long detour, and the others seemed like they'd benefit better from everyone taking off as soon as possible.

The boy - who was still slowly transitioning back into the mentality of a young man - let out an apologetic yet understanding little grunt as he tried to put on a sightly more empathetic expression. He then calmly extended his left hand, palm up, fingers slightly bent, to the girl with a touch of chivalry for her to hold onto him and have some support. If she was struggling this much already, she was going to definitely need a moment to cope before he took her to the next step across the gap.

"Sorry... This can't be easy for you right now..." The young man's tone was soft and gentle as he tried to reassure her, steadily regaining his confidence in the face of their current ordeal. It seemed like something that might help her. Maybe. He then realized the heels on her shoes must make it even more difficult considering the texture of the platform they were on now. They could easily get caught in the tiny gaps that extended across the metal ground's grated surface. "It might be easier if we get rid of those."

He would continue to hold her hand for the moment if she let him, while he pointed at her shoes and prepared to help her take them off if she seemed like she could use the help. Gremlin meanwhile poked his little head out of the narrow passage next to Seela, his big beady "eyes" gazing up at her as he cooed sweetly up at her in an attempt to let her know that he hoped she was alright and that they were with her.

"Where is your ship parked, that you need to take this route to get back to it?!? The people who live on this planet are crazy! I don't want to stay here anymore! Please, just show the way to your ship?"

Seela wanted to be anywhere but here, right now! She very blatantly avoided looking down, or to the drop, extending a hand that was barely visibly shaky to take his in a death grip.

"Nothing has ever really been easy in my world, don't worry about it! Please, just... the ship?"

getting rid of her shoes? Why? Shoes are useful! plus, Seela had no idea where she was about to put her feet! AND those shoes still had a bunch of credits clinking in the soles, from her dancing earlier! Credits were important! Credits let you own things!

"I will just have to be a bit careful, then! from now on, those are mine!"

Seela looked at the cute little droid, Gremlin, and nodded, trying to show that she was okay. Shaking of the nerves, Seela decided to totally close her eyes, being as it was the things that she was seeing that were scaring her. If she didn't see, she wouldn't be scared, right?

"Alright, where next?"

Kyo gave Seela a faint smirk and a nod, somehow happy to see that she was taking the first steps at coping and recovering from her past by taking ownership of the shoes the way she did. "Okay. They stay." He would then carefully stand, leaning slightly against the wall as he held the girl's hand with a warm reassuring grip. After watching her for a moment he then looked down past her scantily-clad little body at Gremlin who was standing behind her leg and looking up at Kyo. The young man's reluctant eyes then flashed back to Seela's for a moment. "I don't want to stay here anymore either, but don't worry, my ship is just on the other side of this gap-"

The wind then suddenly smashed against the two runaways as a speeder raced out of the gap between the buildings and out to the open skies, wildly blowing their clothes around as the gust dangerously pushed against the pair and didn't let up. Kyosuke tightly held onto Seela, making sure he was able to keep her steady as the brutal breeze howled through the large gap in the skyrises. His raven bangs flapped around enough to expose his bright blues as he gazed deeply into her pearl beads. He then slowly began to conjure the Force to swell around him like a beacon, attempting to give the small girl a sense of empowerment and bravery to help balance her mind.

The light glimmered in the Knight's radiant azure eyes as he further focused on channeling the light side of the Force up around the girl's thin frame in an attempt to embrace her with the comforting essence. He tried to steady himself like a pillar of stone for her so she could feel his courage, compassion, and the unwavering faith he had in her -- even though they'd only met around an hour or so ago. "It's okay. I've got you." The wind continued to blow for another moment, threatening to sweep them off their feet if either one of them faltered, until it finally began to fade. "I've got you..." His gentle tenor tone was smooth and soothing as he tried to reassure the girl and keep her calm as best he could.

He then glanced at the gap, down to a slightly more open platform a couple levels below and across from where they were. "Just about enough left in me to get us down there safely, but we're both gonna need to trust each other, okay?" He was still trying to shine bright in the Force for her, not sure of whether or not she could feel the aura of confidence and clarity he was trying to center her with. His right hand disappeared down between the back of the right side of his cloak and pants. A moment later he would draw forth a small DG-34 Peacemaker with a magnetic ascension modification attached next to its barrel, making sure to keep it pointed down and away from their bodies while he flicked the blaster pistol's fire selector from stun to grapple mode.

Gremlin hopped way up onto Kyo's shoulder, where he then crawled down between the back of his bestie's cloak and shirt to brace himself for the big swing. "You're going to need to hang on tight -- around my neck and shoulders preferably." He tried to keep his tone light and calm, while hoping to remind her that the right side of his slender torso was his weakest point right now. He would then guide the ebb and flow of the Force back into himself to reinforce his muscles once more, feeling a faint drain on his stamina that made him feel he'd need a long rest after all this was over. "Ready?"

Seela held on to her new companion tighter, disliking this blasted place more and more the longer they were there. Out of nowhere, she started to feel a warmth quite like the one she felt earlier at the club, but still different in a way. quite a mysterious thing that she would definitely investigate later, but for now, she wrapped herself in this feeling, letting it warm her from the inside... somehow...

"Wait, what do you mean, get us down? Across the... You gotta be kidding! Of course, you're not... I can't even... okay, you know what? Fine! the faster we leave this karking place, the better! Just take note, if you let us fall, I'll shove that thing so far up your ares you will be able to shoot it from your mouth, and I'll even make you enjoy it, got it?"

Seela wrapped herself as much as she could around him, clasping her wrists with each hand, making sure her grip was secure, burrowing her face in his neck, eyes tightly closed, nodded, and held her breath.

Kyosuke's head jerked back with a revolted and disturbed expression as he visualized the girl's threat. He was beginning to have a bad feeling about this. "Uhhhh-- okay..." He cleared his throat and shifted his bright blues from side to side in a very confused manner.

He then shook himself back into focus, and raised the aim of his blaster pistol's magnetic anchor to the edge across from them. "We'll be fine, I do this kind of thing all the time." His left palm would slide across the bare of her back as he extended his reach across to her shoulder and held her as tight as could, potentially even squeezing her in his athletic frame as he readied himself. "The grapple I mean." He tried to keep his cool as he realized he accidently implied something else too. "Not the-- you know..." He tried to hide the little bit of flush as he returned his attention to the matter at hand and checked both ways, then steadied himself and took in a big breath. They'd gotten so far already, and there weren't any nearby passes between the dangerous corridor that were close enough to take a detour through. None that would cloak them so well and get them directly to the Shinigami as fast as they needed. His wound. He hadn't thought about it much, but this was most definitely likely to jack up his wound again with the additional body he had to carry. At least she practically weighed nothing.

Kyosuke would then pull the trigger of the Peacemaker, firing the magnetic anchor toward the other side of the gap. The thin yet durable cable attached to the head wisped through the air, lingering in the arc of the shot for a few long moments. It took about four long seconds until the metallic thunk of the magnet against a large round support beam that held up the opposite platform. Kyosuke then gave the wire a test tug before he manually extended a little extra cable so that he could wrap his right hand, wrist, forearm, and bicep around the cable while his arm was bent 90 degrees. The Peacemaker's handle was also tightly being held with a few wraps as he rotated his entire arm through the excess cable length until it was taut. One last tug to make sure everything was ready to go. The young man closed his eyes, and took in a deep steady breath as he channeled the tide that coursed through his body, and dropped off the side of the platform with Seela held tight against him.

Gremlin would cheer loudly the entire way as the group of three would fall like a pendulum, their weight pulling down on the cable that Kyo hold onto with his right arm, every muscle across his body engaged to the maximum as he crunched his body up under Seela and pulled her even tighter into his torso. The wind battered the trio, but not enough to sway their descent as they glided across the gap over the course of several moments. The Knight continued to channel the ethereal essence into his muscles, holding the blaster pistol and cable tighter as it tightened and squeezed his arm, making sure Seela wouldn't slip in his grasp, reinforcing his wound as the pressure of the effort exerted from the right side of his upper body strained him more and more.

They dropped one level and kept going, gradually swinging forward more and more. Another level. They swung further and faster as they came closed to the platform across the gap. As Kyo's feet neared the ledge of it he readied them to touch down and braced the Force through his legs to soften the impact of the extremely smooth landing. It was as if he'd basically stepped out of the large swing without any of the impact affecting him whatsoever. Their bodies would suddenly come to a stop, and Kyo would gradually bend a knee as he gently lowered Seela so she could touch down softly as well. His stamina was almost completely exhausted at this point, his concentration foggy as the tide washed away from him and left him in a state that made him seem much weaker than before.

Kyo pressed a release between the trigger of his blaster pistol and the ascension modification, causing a pulse through the cable to depolarize the magnetic anchor. The young man continued to hold the sidearm straight up, until the anchor snapped back around the coils that he'd wrapped his arm in. He bit back on the slight pain of the device smacking his bicep, then extended it down and pulled it out so that the piece could retract back into its initial position. He would glance at Seela momentarily to make sure she didn't get hurt in the landing. He then felt a sharp surge of pain, forcing him to wince and bite down with a grunt as he lifted up his shirt ever so lightly, and found a slowly growing point of crimson against the white bandage that covered his reopened wound. He tried to downplay it, and nodded toward the corner ahead of them. "...Ship is just around the corner..."

"I HATE THIS PLANEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!"

Would have been what one would have heard, IF Seela had been breathing. However, since the young dancer was to busy holding her breath and going to her "happy place" where she was very much NOT plummeting to her death, not a sound escaped her.

during the descent, someone more aware might have noticed her nails breaking the skin of her own wrists, drawing blood, due to the tightness of her grip. One could have also noticed, that the girl had been biting down on her own shoulder, to stop herself from screaming and cause a commotion.
Seela didn't.
In fact, Seela didn't really notice anything until she finally felt solid ground under her feet.

Upon being met safely with the ground, Seela promptly kneeled, and tried to hug the floor. No matter how grimy it might have been, the twilek, shaking like a leaf, was very much attempting to cuddle the floor.

After a few seconds of gathering her bearings, Seela finally started to breath anew. In a smaller voice than anything the boy had probably heard, void of any strenght, and very monotone, Seela talked.

"Please, I beg of you, never ask me to do that, ever again. I will do whatever you want me to, but this... I-I just can't...Please..."

The young dancer distractedly licked the blood smeared on her lips, not even realising it, then shakily got to her feet, taking position again supporting the boy, despite the fact that he made her live what she believed might be the second worst experience of her life.
Seela was starting to feel the biting cold, not wearing nearly enough clothes to be appropriate to any weather, so she unconsciously pressed closer in the boy's side, borrowing his warmth, waiting for him to show the way.

Kyosuke remained silent, his eyes were dim and seemed to be fading in and out as he panted heavily. He barely noticed the fact that his companion had somehow managed to get hurt in the process as well, but he didn't have enough to really process what had happened at the moment. Gremlin perked up and looked between the two individuals, worried about the two that seemed to both be in a pretty bad way. The wounded Knight grunted and winched as he leaned on Seela for support, struggling along with her worse than he had before. He holstered the Peacemaker at the back of his right hip and gently reached over to a small thin band on his wrist to press one of the buttons on it. "Shini... Prep for take off... lower the cargo lift..."

"Affirmative, Key-Oh." A pleasant young girl voice responded over the communicator, slightly robotic in her tone. A moment later a sharp hissing sound could be heard that echoed off the nearby metallic walls and ceiling as the moderately sized Shinigami unsealed an inconspicuous lift door near the starboard side of the hull. Gremlin decided to hop down in the meanwhile, not wanting to be a burden to the others as he pattered alongside the two of them, periodically checking up at them to make sure they were okay. Once the three were on the lift it would only be a moment before it would have a slight jerk, then gradually begin to rise up from the ground, through the lower deck's dark cargo hold, and then finally up to the dim lit upper deck across from the lounge. As they rose the ship's engines would kick up, a bight blue flame igniting from behind its thrusters as Shini prepared for imminent departure.

Seela was starting to worry about her new companion, whose condition seemed to have worsened quite a bit. She was impressed when they came upon the ship, which looked quite good, for all that Seela knew pretty much nothing about ships. At least it didn't seem like a rust bucket!

Then, her companion spoke into a device, and the ship? responded... Then Seela understood her companion might be one of those rich boys, trust fund kids or something. Which, in hindsight, would explain why he didn't bat an eyelash when Seela announced the cost for the orgy special!

The ship was dimly lighted, but it made for a cozy interior.

Quickly looking around, Seela located the nearest couch, and maneuvered them towards it, helping Kyosuke settle down on the plush cushions.

"Where do you keep your medical supplies? I gotta take care of your side soon, it started bleeding again... Will the... ship be fine to go on its own? I'm not sure you're in any state to pilot right now..."

Seela could feel her friend's presence fading, and she didn't like it one bit. She started twisting her hands, anxious to get him sorted.

"Hnngh!" The young man bit down and shut his eyes hard as he transitioned weakly to the couch. He released a few hard and quick-paced breathes in his somewhat slouched and messy posture before his panting began to take on a slightly slower and more controlled pace. The dim blue lighting hummed ever so softly while the rest of the ship's processes clicked and beeped, met with the low rumbling growl of the engines as the entire starship began to shift and vibrate ever so lightly. "She's fine... She can get us out of here..."

Kyo then motioned over his shoulder to the back corner of the couch, where a small gap between the metallic wall and the rounded curve of the couch dipped down into a little pit. The advanced medical treatment package lay in the gap, with a pair of black straps that crossed over the red case and buckled together in order to keep it from flying around during certain high-speed maneuvers. He hoped that he had at least one extra hyprospray stashed inside it.

Gremlin hopped up onto the holo-chess table and looked down at his bestie worriedly. The little droid then looked to the Twi'lek girl and made a sad low-volume whimper to show the girl he hopped they were going to be alright. The droid then activated his magnetic footpads and clung to the top of the holotable as the ship softly jerked from pulling off the ground. A few moments later Shini would turn the craft around 180-degrees to point the bow of the ship out of the vacant level they were in, and would then flare up the ship's thrusters as the Shinigami shot out of the towering skyrise and aimed up for the stars.

Seela quickly retrieved the med thingy, relieved to see it well stocked. She then kneeled on the floor near Kyosuke, before simply ripping what was left of his shirt down the middle. Seela might have some practice in patching up simple wounds, generally following a punishment or a rougher client, but she genuinely worried the state of the young man might be more than her meager skills could deal with. Rummaging in the kit, she found many things that were unfamiliar to her, and steered clear of them, while putting on a pair of gloves.
Her own wounds forgotten under the haze of adrenaline, Seela resolved to determine if the gash at his side needed the cauterizer. Knowing she would likely be putting him in more pain soon, Seela looked around, before opting to remove his blaster from his holster, and offer him the holster.

"Here, you might wanna bite on that, to protect your teeth... Now, sorry for what I'm probably about to do... I know how much it hurts..."

Seela then promptly peeled the guaze covering the wound, detaching herself from the man as much as she could, but still wincing at his pain. Hurriedly dabbing at the injury with some gauze,Seela tried to determine if the bleeding was slowing in the few seconds that followed. Unsatisfied with the profusedly bleeding gash, Seela palmed the cauterizer, looking down at it to make sure she was holding it properly, and that she knew where the button was.

"I would highly suggest not looking, for the next part... Brace yourself, I'll try to be as quick as possible..."

Seela then proceeded to cauterize the wound as cleanly as she could, without wasting time. She had hoped to make use of whatever adrenaline still coursed in the man's bloodstream, knowing first hand how cauterizing a wound sucked major krait dragon's ass.

Seela always hated that part with a passion, the scent of searing flesh and boiling blood making her wince and get slightly nauseous, and the pain, just coming off in waves from her companion forced her to blink back tears from her eyes, muttering apologies under her breath.

The Shinigami blazed at full speed, breaking out of Nar Shaddaa's night-shroud within moments. The cityscape could be seen descending out of the long and narrow segments of continuous transparisteel windows that ran through the top third of the ship's entire top deck. The moon shook and pulled away, then light from the system's star broke through the starboard side windows just enough to illuminate the lounge with a soft and muddy green glow that shined off of Nal Hutta on the other side of them from the Smuggler's Moon...

"Shini..." Kyosuke grunted as he tensed his muscles so Seela could rip his shirt easier. Great. Now he'd have to make a new one. He let out a huff and cocked his head to the side with a slight pout at the lavender Twi'lek, his raven bangs falling out of his dwindling blue eyes. He then accepted the situation and shifted his expression to something a little more appreciative with a thankful nod. He then turned his head back towards the ceiling slightly and continued with his command to the ship's smart suite AI, "--get us to the Hollow for the night -- and put on the chill mix..."

"Understood, Key-Oh. Plotting course for - The Hollow - please stand by." The AI chimed back. Then a nice soft melody slowly began to fade in as the Shinigami began to emit a low-volume bit of music from the surround sound embedded into the corners of the ceilings throughout the ship on both decks. The discreet subwoofers installed through the interior hull caused a low rumbling, which could be felt through the floor and couch with soft gentle vibrations.

The young man blushed and bit down on his pride as the short girl had to take care of him. He nearly stopped her from taking the Peacemaker from his side, but then when he realized she was going for the holster he understood and gave a reluctant nod. "Alright... One sec..." Kyo took a deep breath, azure eyes reflecting with lights from the moonlit Nar Shaddaa to his right and Nal Hutta's brass glow on his left as he looked up into Seela's. "Shini. The new passenger - female Twi'lek -" he paused trying to let the girl know he meant it in a polite way, "-this is Seela. If you don't hear from me in the next three minutes, then transfer all command to her."

"Understood. Nice to meet you-- Sea - Luh." Shini's pleasant female voice enunciated Seela's name as she spoke to the girl. The planet and moon drew farther away as the smart suite AI got ready to warp.

"Seela, this is Shini, she runs the ship. Try not to take her anywhere if you can." Kyo said with a somewhat serious yet smooth tone as he bit down on the holster, readied himself and tensed all of his muscles. With a couple last big breaths he tried to gather the Force around his wound, but he hardly got any response, his stamina wasted from the rough day. He closed his eyes and released a shaky breath. The wounded Knight tried to center himself, then looked back up to the lavender Twi'lek and gave her a nod.

"HNNG-!!" Kyosuke's teeth clenched hard, his eyes rolled up and slammed shut, his back tensed and arched, and then after a momentary struggle his body shut down and went limp. Everything faded to black around him. He was barely able to hear Gremlin's worried cry, along with anything else at the last second, as his senses numbed and his badly beaten body went limp.

The stars would drip through the void around them, and then burst into a vibrant vortex filled with lights of blues and white that danced up and down the interior of the Shinigami's dim-lit lounge. The spectacle would reflect on the bodies and faces of the pair that had successfully escaped into hyperspace, illuminating a peaceful expression on Kyo's resting face as the boy lay unconscious with slow, faint, and silent breaths.

Seela did her best to focus on her task, wincing and continuously muttering apologies under her breath, as she felt the waves of pain coming off Kyosuke.
once finally done cauterizing the wound, the young woman slumped her shoulders, releasing some of the tension she held, seeing the gash wasn't bleeding much anymore. Putting the tool back in its space, she then proceeded to clean up as much of the spilled blood as she could, before putting some bacta gel on it, and rebandaging it with clean gauze and tape.
Releasing her breath, Seela turned to the small droid, who seemed to be worrying for its... Master? Friend? Owner?

"You don't need to worry, Kyosuke should be fine, now. He only passed out because he was exhausted, and the procedure was quite unpleasant. We will let him rest until he wakes up on his own, understood?"

Seela stood up, looking around, finally taking in her surroundings. She knew there must be at least a bed somewhere, but she couldn't see it at the moment, nor spare blankets strewn about.

"Hey, Gremlin, was it? Would you happen to know where Kyosuke keeps the blankets and maybe his pillows? I don't want him to get cold on the couch, but I don't think I would be able to get him to his bed..."

Seela could feel the tiredness seeping in her veins, the soreness and the small aches that came from her work, the cold seeping in her bones...

Karking porg on a vibrating dildo! The feet HURT!!! Who knew running arround would be worse than standing and dancing for hours?!

Seela sat on the floor, sighing in pure bliss as she removed her shoes, stretching and flexing her toes, causing numerous very satisfying cracks to happen.

"Uh, well, look at that, the boy has good taste in music... Oh, and uh... Hello Shini? Dunno if it does anything for you, but I guess just keep the current destination that Kyosuke set, and when that mix ends, just put on anything similar for now? Karking bantha, talking out loud to the ship feels weird..."

Gremlin let out a soft whine as he listened to Seela and bowed his head toward his bestie, watching the boy sleep peacefully despite his condition. At least the largest and most time-sensitive wound was taken care of, everything else would heal fine in a few days. The little black scout droid gave a slight nod and series of reluctant beeps to Seela to let her know that he understood and was thankful. He would then hop off of the holo-table and scamper down the hallway to the aft, turning into the first door on the right.

Across from the lounge, toward the aft of the ship, a small makeshift kitchen is tucked into the far wall and corner. A fridge, sink, and microwave are the bare minimum necessities, all of course jet-black and secured to the ship so as to not fly around or swing open during extreme maneuvers. A small black rag hangs on the fridge door, tightly tied around the bottom of the handle to keep it from falling when being used, or of course when swinging around during flight. There is no stove, dishwasher, or any other appliances, but there are a few drawers where some dishes and utensils can be found strapped into small sets.

"Understood, Sea - Luh. Next song set for, two -- hours, from now." The pleasant voice could be heard throughout the dim-lit hall, and into the room where a larger portion of the window was just above Kyosuke's bed. The reinforced shutters were open here as well, letting the cascade of lights swirl around the Knight's private chamber. There on the bed would be a pair of black shimmersilk pillows, and an equally fine handmade blanket that Seela would be able to use to tuck Kyo in with. "There is nothing wrong with talking to the -- ship." Shini could be heard throughout all parts of the ship, wherever Seela went. "We will arrive at - The Hollow - shortly."

Yawning and swaying a little, Seela follows the cute little black droid, noting the food area in passing. Once in what she guesses is Kyosuke's room, Seela chuckles softly.

"Oh, you're one of those rich boys, uh?"

Shaking her head, the twi'lek goes to the bed to grab a pillow and the blanket, both being absurdly silky to the touch.
Seela then pads back to Kyosuke, putting the blanket bundle on his feet while she puts the pillow under his head, brushing his fringe aside softly, making sure there is no fever. Then, Seela proceeds to unfold the blanket and use it to cover Kyosuke, making sure no shoulder or toe is left out in the cold, tucking the cloth under the couch's cushions.
Once satisfied, Seela kneels on the floor by Kyosuke's head, then closes her eyes, letting go of the rest of the tension she held from earlier. Seela then lets herself fall in that strange meditative state where she can rest without risking to be caughtoff guard in her sleep, keeping her mind's eye on the surroundings.

The Hollow
onboard the Shinigami

The Shinigami would continue to warp through hyperspace, the sound of the starship's engines humming along with the bass line that filled the ship at a relaxing volume. Gremlin would perch up on the table again, and eventually go to step over to Kyo's curled body, but would hesitate and leave one of his little footpads against the edge of the couch instead. He'd watch the boy sleep for a moment, then turn to the Twi'lek who seemed to remain awake. After a moment of looking between the two, Gremlin would attempt to hop over to Seela and curl up in her lap, nuzzling his head against her lower abdomen as he transitioned into a low-power mode to save energy and folded his legs...

"Now arriving at -- The Hollow." Around 2 hours later, the AI finally chimed back in overhead as the blue and white lights of hyperspace pulled away and the ship dipped back into realspace. A dim orange glow would creep through the portside windows of the lounge, illuminating the room with thin rays that barely cut down to the bottom of the starboard wall. As was instructed of the smart ship AI, Shini obediently began to play the next mix now that the previous one had come to an end. Very subtly, between the transition of the tracks there would be a distant echo of some kind of zapping noise, which could be heard down the stairway across from the couch on the starboard side. It would only last for a few brief moments before being covered by the swelling music.

The dwarf star's warm dim light would remain for a little bit, while the bow of the ship was angled down off the side of the star's southern corner. Then there would be a very soft jerk as the ship's wings slowly tilted independently of each other so the thrusters could begin maneuvering the ship up and away from the bottom of the looming star bit by bit. The light would shift and shimmer as the asteroid field just above the slow-moving Shinigami would periodically block small bits of starlight from the lounge.

"Sea-Luh, please report to the bridge." Then darkness would begin to creep over the ship, a large shadow gradually blotting out the star's faint orange glow. It would take only a few moments before the room was cast in a barely lit dark azure-hue. Whatever the object was, it was too far above the Shinigami to actually be seen from the ship's narrow windows. A row of small blue lights would blink on and illuminate the hallway at the bow of the lounge next to the couch. The lights would continue on through the four-way hall, while the guiding lights to the side halls of the ship's ion turrets remained offline for now.

"Sea-Luh, please report to the bridge." Shini would repeat whether or not Seela responded to her the first time, and whether or not she'd already made it there, almost as if it was intentionally getting the girl back for her earlier comment about talking to a ship being weird. Gremlin would prop up, his systems powering him back into his normal mode. The little scout droid would hop onto the table to check on Kyo, then see that the boy was still sleeping peacefully. After a brief pause he would then coo at Seela with a gentle whine before he hopped down to follow her, unless she chose to remain where she was...

The bridge itself was more lit than the rest of the ship, with various hues of blues, whites, and reds blinking on and off around the various displays of the computer consoles that framed the room. Forward through the room and toward the bow was a spacious chamber with soft dojo-like flooring that seemed to be decorated with some kind of traditional martial arts weapons along its lower walls. Just beyond that opening was another set of windows that wrapped around from the other narrow segments of transparisteel along the top dock, coming together to create an opening at the front of the starship. Just out of the window there were no stars, only darkness.

On the three sets of screens to the left of the entrance at the navigations console there would be several scans and images of a massive asteroid-looking object labelled, 'The Hollow'. Mapped into the diagrams were tunnels and chambers, showing saved data that had been collected by the ship's sensors over the last couple decades. After a few moments of allowing Seela a chance to take in the scene around her, Shini would then engage the Shinigami's forward exterior lights, illuminating a deep and wide tunnel in the surface of the Hollow. The tunnel extended back for quite some distance before eventually breaking off into two paths, one that led toward the asteroid's upper left chamber, and another that wrapped around the celestial object's hidden core and descended toward the southern right-side tip. "Scans couldn't penetrate deep enough to reveal whether anyone, or anything, is currently within -- The Hollow. Would you like to proceed inside, Sea-Luh?"

Seela was resting, with the little robot cutely cradled in her lap, when the ship announced the had arrived wherever Kyosuke had asked. Electing to just wait until the man was awake to make the decisions, she didn't move, just briefly looking at the new light coming from outside the ship, before closing her eyes again.
Seela was enjoying the atmospheric music, when she heard an unidentified noise during the slight gap between one song and the next. She instantly came at attention, tilting her head to try and discern where it came from, and was about to ask the ship to stop the music, when Shini intervened, commanding that Seela report to the bridge.

"Listen, Shini, I don't even know where--"

"Sea-Luh, please report to the bridge."

Well, how rude! Seela made a mental note to teach some decent manners to the ship once things are settled, before sighing and shaking her head from the distraction.

"Look, I don't have a clue how ships works, or how to pilot this, ok? Just... Do whatever Kyosuke usually does when he comes here, ok? "

Seela would then remember the noise from earlier, and bite her lip, unsure what she should do. Twisting her hands and pacing back and forth between the couch and where the lights lead her, torn by the choice, Seela noticed her bloody nails and wrists, and recalled faintly having had bloody lips earlier. She decided that those would have to wait, and against her better hopes, decided to adress the ship again.

"Um, excuse me Shini? There seems to be noise coming from the... lower deck? Down the staircase near the couch, anyway... Do you know what it might be? I don't want to wake Kyosuke if I don't really need to..."

While waiting for an answer, Seela made sure she didn't leave blood on Kyosuke's things, wiping her hands on her costume before putting the med kit back in order, and strapping it back where she took it from.
Seela really hoped the ship would just tell her that whatever the noise was was okay, and that she didn't need to wake Kyosuke for it, but at the same time, the man seemed to be quite orderly, so it couldn't be that there was just something randomly rattling in the cargo hold... Seela worried that it might be an intruder, or a stowaway, and Kyosuke was in no state to deal with that.

Sweet baby porg on a moon! What if... it was... pirates? Or just nasty spacers whit bad intentions? Stars, could Master have found her already???

Seela waited with baited breath, her theories spiraling more and more with each passing second.
