The sword is a weapon; in fact it was the first weapon in the galaxy that was designed specifically with the purpose of fighting and killing other people. But to truly understand the sword it must no be considered as a weapon as to do will always fail you, you must see the sword as part of your hand, part of your arm, part of you. The Sword of Revan sometimes referred to as The Blade of Revan takes his mentality further, the deep Dark Side Alchemy crafted into its forging becomes part of you. A sword of such eloquence and finesse that it seems to come alive, a living metallic creature that becomes part of you.
Millennia old, blood has been split with this sword from Courscant to Dathomir, screams that echo from Endor to Korriban, widows made from Naboo to Onderon, orphans from Nal Hutta to Byss. Bodies lie in wake wherever this sword goes, some say it is cursed, others that it only shows itself to those with the greats ambitions in the galaxy. For many a great person in the galaxies history has held this blade, from Revan himself to Sidious.
Description
The Sword of Revan is an ancient Sith Sword created over a millennia ago with Sith Alchemy for the ancient Sith Lord Darth Revan. A long hand a half sword, the midnight blade is ninety eight centimetres long with a single fuller down the centre of the blade, a large amount of ornate gold both across the blade and hilt. The Sith Alchemy poured into the blade allows it to defend against lightsaber and blaster bolts, though cannot deflect the latter.
Made long before any could remember, the legends of Darth Revan and the Blade itself was found by Darth Sidious upon his rebirth and arrival at the Sith redoubt of Exegol. After the death and defeat of the Sith Lord over a hundred years ago, the blade became lost upon the planet. The ancient vault it once hid in was broken by the battle allowing the corrupted Sith Priests left stranded upon the planet to pillage its ancient artifacts. Drawn to its powerful Dark Side energy a group of Sith revered the object as a relgious artifact. Taking it far from the Sith Citadel to the North Pole of Exegol, here a shrine was built for the weapon and descendants of those priests still worship to this day.
Intent
To create a new Sith weapon for Artorigas which he found on the Sith planet of Exegol, here. The name of the blade comes from the 3rd Legion, of the Sith Eternal forces under Darth Sidious. Hehe.
