DESCRIPTION
T.R.A.C., standing for Trauma Reducing Automated Check-Splint, aptly describes its functionality. This highly adaptable leg splint can accommodate nearly any species. Its design focuses on minimizing leg movement, thereby preventing further damage to vessels in cases like a femoral fracture. This is crucial for avoiding compartment syndrome, which, in the absence of prompt emergency or medical services, could result in permanent nerve and tissue damage.

It's recommended to use this equipment under adequate analgesia and solely by trained medical personnel.

To deploy the splint, it should first be opened. Pressing the activation button sets it to default mode. In this mode, the straps will automatically open, and a green blinking light indicates readiness. Upon placing the leg in the splint, it will emit a yellow blinking light and automatically adjust to the patient's anatomy. Once the adjustment is complete, a blue light will appear, signaling that the patient is ready for transport

INTENT
Some fractures can not be healed on site, and have to be treated by a droid or trained surgeon first. The way to there can be pretty painful and also harmful if someone isn't paying enough attention. So this is essentially a piece of equipment, medical staff can use for their every day business.

RESTRICTIONS
