Manufacturer: MandalMotors
Production Line: ABS Series
Model: Araniik-class "Cordon" Battlestation
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Low
Composition: Titanium-Reinforced Quadranium (hull & frame), Duraplast (ablative armor), Glasteel (viewports), Durasteel (viewport shutters)

Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

The Araniik-class Battlestations are dedicated deep space weapons platforms designed to secure the perimeter of the Mandalore Sector, monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic and serving as outposts for the fleets patrolling the border. Though vast distances separate the stations from one another, most are positioned in a manner that allows their long range scanners to overlap. Any gaps in this grid are occupied by sensor buoys, interspersed with minefields, and are host to constant patrols.

Two heavy shield generators provide coverage for the main superstructure while six lighter generators provide coverage for each of the docking arms. As this is an enormous strain on the reactor, all eight of the back-up power generators must be active in order to provide sufficient power. Normally, these generators would be for emergency use only, which means most of the power generated is used and there is very little to spare. It also means power shunts or shield boosts are impossible without sacrificing the shielding of one or more of the docking arms.

Classification: Deep Space Battlestation

Height: 4.6 km
Width: 2.4 km

DREADNOUGHTS
(all starships exceeding 5,000 meters in length)

mandokar.png

Name: Taung-class Star Dreadnought

Manufacturer: MandalMotors

Designer: Coro Kevara

Power Source: Ruusaan-XV9 Hypermatter Reactor (1), MandalMotors Olar-10 Emergency Power Generators (24)

Shield Generator: Multiple (instead of several heavy shield generators, the Taung relies on a network of several hundred smaller generators that overlap and reinforce each other like scales; a single heavy shield generator is also installed, but cannot be used in conjunction with the others and is designated as an emergency backup)

Length: 13 km

A significant number of armaments are concealed beneath retractable armor panels all over the hull. Most of these are laser, turbolaser, and mass driver batteries, though there are also a number of rapid fire missile launchers and ion cannons. The dreadnought is also equipped with powerful tractor beam projectors, which have been positioned for maximum coverage. The vessel also possesses an advanced AI which is capable of managing many of the ship's functions. The AI also has a number of intrusion detection, firewall, and quarantine routines to combat cyber attacks or in most cases, prevent them entirely. The hull is thickly armored. It is also hardened against electromagnetic attacks, which it is capable of absorbing to some degree. The majority of the energy is dispersed into the frame, leaving otherwise vulnerable systems within the ship unharmed. The Mandokar, the first model to be constructed, had all laser and turbolaser weaponry replaced with maser and megamaser technology.

Manufacturer: MandalMotors
Production Line: DSC Series
Model: Dalab-class "Scabbard" Super Carrier, MK II
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Stock
Modularity: High
Composition: Titanium-Reinforced Alusteel (hull & superstructure), Beskar Alloy (armored shell protecting the reactor, CIC, and other vital areas)
Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

Built to replace the Mark I, this reinvention of the original Mandalorian super carrier design sports heavier armor, an impressive armament, and most importantly, increased cargo and hangar capacity. Massive blast doors in the bow open to reveal a cavernous hangar that can easily accommodate hundreds of starfighters, shuttles, light freighters, and even a single Kom'rk-class Destroyer. Hangars on the sides and to the rear of the main superstructure house just over a hundred Basilisk war droids each.

As a dedicated carrier and fleet tender, the Mark II is often at the heart of a fleet or battle group formation, offering both starfighter and bomber support during engagements and serving as a refueling and maintenance point for the vessels around it. Using large, extendable docking berths, it can support up to six destroyer size craft externally in order to refuel, repair, or tow.

The docking berths on the port and starboard sides can be used to connect multiple Mark II's in a chain, creating a much larger superstructure. When connected as such, they can share life support, power, fuel, and allow the crew to travel from one ship to another with ease. Such a function is especially useful in creating a massive starbase hastily, effectively locking down a system or creating a blockade in orbit of a planet.

Highly modular, the internal sections can be removed or rearranged fairly easily. Entire hangar and support modules can be replaced with factory, refinery, laboratory, farming, or housing modules, turning the carrier into anything from a mobile manufacturing facility to a colony ship.

During hyperspace travel or in emergency situations, the two massive wing-like structures on either side of the Mark II can retract, hugging the main superstructure and concealing the two secondary hangars to the rear.

Classification: Star Cruiser, Carrier

Height: 2.3 km
Width: 4.6 km (fully extended)
Length: 8 km

Power Core Generator/Reactor: Ruusaan-XV7 Hypermatter Reactor (1), MandalMotors Olar-10 Emergency Power Generators (12)
Hyperdrive Rating: Class 0.75 (with a class 2.0 backup)

Crew: 36,000 (varies depending on module configuration)

Primary Armaments: Heavy Composite Beam Cannons (8; turreted), Ultra-Heavy Megamaser Cannons (16; twin barrel, turreted), Fixed Multi-Launchers (128; heavy mass driver cannons in fixed positions, utilized as missile and proton torpedo launchers; visible on port and starboard sides and just to the left and right of bow), Military Grade Shielding Modules (multiple; heavy)

The vessel also possesses other armaments, chief among them turbolaser and mass driver batteries. There are also hundreds of quad laser cannon batteries for point defense, all strategically located for maximum coverage. The vast majority of these armaments are concealed beneath retractable armor plating until they are needed. Most of the smaller weapon systems, including their armored shutters, can be operated manually through the use of hand cranks and gear wheels should a loss of power occur.

Non-Combative Attachments: Military Grade Sensor Array, Military Grade Navigation Module, Military Grade Targeting & Fire Coordination Module, Military Grade Electronic & Cyber Warfare Module, Heavy Tractor Beam Array, Advanced Life Support Module

Hangar Capacity: Starfighters (four wings; 288), Bombers (two wings; 144), Shuttles/Dropships (one wing; 72), Bes'uliike (five wings; 360), Chekar Assault Pods (100), Juri Medium Transports (2), Kom'rk Destroyer (1), Port and Starboard External Docking Berths (4; can accommodate destroyer size craft), Ventral External Docking Berth (1; can accommodate destroyer size craft), Dorsal External Docking Berth (1; can accommodate destroyer size craft)

When a Kom'rk is not held internally, the Mark II is capable of holding four additional wings of starfighters and two more Juri Medium Transports through the use of extendable landing platforms within the cavernous main hangar.

The two smaller hangars are located on the sides, toward the rear, and hold all but one wing of the Bes'uliike.

Passenger Capacity: 6,500 (varies depending on module configuration)
Cargo Capacity: 120,000 metric tons (varies depending on module configuration)
Consumables: 6 standard years
Sublight Speed and Maneuverability: 50 MGLT (slow to maneuver due to size and mass; has seven sublight engines total)
Role: Dedicated Carrier/Fleet Tender

Designers: Coro Kevara (MandalMotors CEO) & Daelin Praos (MandalMotors NPC)

BATTLECRUISERS
(all starships between 2,000 and 5,000 meters)

Name: Striil-class "Strill" Battleship

Classification: Battleship

Length: 3,200 m

Manufacturer: MandalMotors

Designer: Coro Kevara, Daelin Praos, & Danex Trennal

Energy Source: Ruusaan-KZ4 Hypermatter Reactor (1), MandalMotors Olar-8 Emergency Power Generators (10), Olar-6J Weapon Capacitors (12; one per main gun)

Shield Generator: Multiple (military grade modules comparable to Alliance, Chiss, and Imperium designs)

Armament: (see enlarged image for details)

Most armaments are concealed beneath retractable armor panels all over the hull. The majority of these are turbolaser and mass driver batteries, though there are also a number of rapid fire missile launchers and ion cannons. Thanks to the Ascendancy, newer models have had their main guns replaced with ultra heavy megamasers.

Passenger Capacity: 3,500
Hanger Facilities/Starfighter Capacity: Port & Starboard Side Hangar Bays - Starfighters (72; one wing), Bombers (36; three squadrons), Assault Shuttles/Dropships (24; two squadrons), Bes'uliike (144; two wings), Chekar Assault Pods (160)

Description:

The Striil-class Battleship was designed to fill the gap between the Beviin and the Taung and as such, boasts an exceptionally heavy armament. Each of the main guns, a dozen ultra heavy turbolasers, require their own power generators to operate. The armor plating on the hull was designed and manufactured by the most skilled and talented of Mandalorian metalsmiths using many of the same techniques utilized in the forging of beskar. This special armor is extremely durable and can withstand much more than the standard, military-grade durasteel armor found on most warships. It is most commonly utilized as a flagship and is well suited to a counter-dreadnought role, especially when grouped.

DESTROYERS
(all starships between 1,000 and 2,000 meters)

beviin.png

Manufacturer: MandalMotors
Production Line: Beviin Line
Model: Beviin-class "Lance" Destroyer
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Moderate
Composition: Titanium-Reinforced Alusteel (armor plating), Quadranium (hull & superstructure), Glasteel (viewports), Duraplast (viewport & weapon port shutters)
Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

Modeled after the largely successful Taung-class Star Dreadnought, the Beviin-class Destroyer resembles its much larger cousin and sports a similar, albeit much lighter, armament. To accommodate the many weapon systems and their supporting generators and ammunition stores, passenger and cargo capacity have been reduced substantially. In fact, corridors leading from area to area are only as wide and tall as required. To most outsiders, these cramped conditions would be detrimental to the crew and their ability to operate effectively. However, Mandalorians see narrow corridors and cramped quarters as an advantage, especially during a boarding action, as the enemy is often forced into a fatal funnel from which an advantage in numbers means little to nothing.

The massive, armored shutters protecting the primary sublight drives are retracted during operation. Two secondary drives, located ventrally, facilitate basic maneuvers and forward thrust when these shutters are closed. The secondary drives can only achieve speeds up to 30 MGLT.

Classification: Destroyer

Length: 1,800 m

Power Core Generator/Reactor: Ruusaan-T2 Hypermatter Reactor (1), MandalMotors Olar-7S Power Generators (8)

Hyperdrive Rating: 0.8 (with a class 10 backup)

CORVETTES
(all starships between 100 and 200 meters)

CrusaderMKII2.jpg

Manufacturer: Mandal Hypernautics (subsidiary of MandalMotors)
Production Line: CG Series
Model: Shukala-class "Conqueror" Gunship
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Moderate

Composition: Durasteel & Quadranium (hull, superstructure, & interior), Reinforced Duraplast (protective shell around the CIC), Dallorian Alloy (utilized in the construction of each laser cannon)

Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

A distant and much more heavily armed relative of the ancient Crusader Gunship, the Shukala is the primary anti-starfighter corvette for the Mandalorian Clans, though it also sees wide use as a patrol craft and picket ship. The four massive sublight engines give it unparalleled speed and maneuverability for a ship in its class and the extensive array of weapon systems allow it to shred hostile starfighters and projectiles with relative ease. The dallorian alloy used in the construction each laser cannon drastically reduces the likelihood of overheating, increases the rate of fire, and allows the weapon capacitor to use more energy without the risk of an internal malfunction or explosion.

Like many modern Mandalorian craft, the Shukala lacks a traditional bridge with viewports. Instead, it possesses a Combat Information Center, or CIC. The CIC is located at the heart of the ship, protected by a thick armored shell of durasteel and a thick inner layer of duraplast.

Classification: Heavy Gunship

Role: Anti-Starfighter Escort, Troop Support

Height: 15 m
Width: 28 m
Length: 45 m

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics

Designers: Coro Kevara & Daelin Praos

Energy Source: MandalMotors Olar-4H Linked Power Generators (4)

Passenger Capacity: 12
Consumables: 3.5 months

Other:

The twelve quad barrel laser cannon turrets were light, rapid fire laser weapons designed to quickly eliminate hostile starfighters and bombers, but they were equally capable of raining fire down upon infantry and light vehicles with outstanding precision.

Three light, single barrel laser cannon turrets were positioned just above the bridge, two facing aft and one facing forward. Two more were positioned on the belly and facing aft.

A second series of single barrel laser cannon turrets, more powerful than the lighter quad variants, were located on the port and starboard sides of the vessel, between the dorsal and ventral quad cannons. These were more effective against stationary or slower moving targets because of their low firing rate.

Three powerful sublight engines provided the speed necessary to intercept enemy fighter craft, making the gunship a formidable obstacle to enemy starfighters and bombers. It also possessed powerful, military grade shield generators.

An armored docking arm, concealed by two retractable armor panels, could be extended from the bow of the vessel for boarding operations. On either side of the arm were four small launcher tubes that housed magnetic grapples and a length of cable for each. These grapples could be used to reel the ship in close to another vessel. Once attached securely, two high intensity lasers could then slice through the hull of the enemy vessel as the docking arm extended and attached itself to create a hard seal.

Description:

A fast, highly maneuverable craft, its roles varied from reconnaissance and patrol to direct fire support. It was most commonly used in and around fleet formations to provide excellent defense against starfighters and other small craft. It was even used in support of infantry units planetside, its anti-starfighter cannons shredding hostile troops and light vehicles with ease. The power requirement for utilizing its considerable array of laser weaponry was high and so its engines and shields could be shut off entirely to create a free-floating fortress bristling with laser cannons. This was one major drawback to arming such a small vessel so heavily, but was often overlooked, as an overwhelming offense was seen as being more important than strengthened shielding and increased engine power. When the engines required the power necessary to intercept more nimble starfighters, only key weapon stations remained active. However, with the vessel destined to fly escort and protect larger starships more often than intercept, it was viewed as a necessary sacrifice.

LIGHT GUNSHIPS

Gunship_Concept_by_Harabic_zpsc15ebabb.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics
Production Line: VAAT Series
Model: Variable Altitude Assault Transport/infantry
Technical Designation: VAAT/i
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Moderate

Composition: Titanium & Zersium-Reinforced Alusteel (exterior armor plating), Duralloy (hull & superstructure), Glasteel (cockpit canopies)

Ownership: Mandalorians, Limited Sales to Allies & Other Organizations

Description:

A descendent of the venerable LAAT/i, which was originally developed by Rothana Heavy Engineering and utilized to great effect during the Clone Wars, the VAAT/i is not only similar in appearance, but has many of the same features as the original. However, unlike its predecessor, the VAAT/i is capable of long distance travel well outside of a planet's gravity well thanks to the addition of dedicated sublight drives. This allows the VAAT/i to be deployed from any location as opposed to being restricted to low orbit or atmospheric deployment.

An alternate variant sacrifices its multi-launcher, the supporting ammunition magazines, and some of its passenger capacity for a hyperdrive unit. This allows the VAAT/i to insert individual teams far behind enemy lines without the support of a carrier. This variant has seen limited production. A select few of these hyperdrive equipped variants have been painted a star-flecked matte black and coated in reflec. They are not listed in the factory or corporate records.

During landing or stowage, the wings can be folded up and inward to make the craft more compact. In addition to housing homing missiles, the wings also hold several radiator coils. These coils help cool the sublight drives, repulsor drives, and generator, reducing the chance that these systems will overheat during high stress operation.

The troop bay opens on both the starboard and port sides of the craft. During space flight, armored doors close into place, sealing off the troop bay. During atmospheric flight, the armored doors are often slid to the side. Because of the low-hanging wings, the troop bay is still protected in an open position. Upon landing, the wings elevate slightly to allow ease of access.

Classification: Light Gunship

Length: 18.5 m
Width: 17.9 m
Height: 6.7 m

Power Core Generator/Reactor: MandalMotors HEX-2 Ultra-Light Power Generator (1), Fuel Cells (2)

Hyperdrive Rating: N/A (class 1.0 hyperdrive installed on alternate variant)

Minimum Crew: 1 (pilot)
Optimal Crew: 4 (one pilot, one co-pilot, two gunners)

Armaments: Heavy Laser Cannons (3; turreted), Light Homing Missiles (8; four per wing), Multi-Launcher (1)

A multi-launcher is a special type of mass driver that has been placed in a fixed position. It is capable of firing a variety of projectiles, from armor piercing slugs and high explosive rounds to missiles and proton torpedoes, making it highly adaptable. The VAAT/i variant fitted with a hyperdrive has its multi-launcher and variable ammunition magazines removed completely.

Non-Combative Attachments: Standard Sensor Array, Holographic Targeting Module w/ Helmet Integration Package, Standard Navigation Module, Standard Life Support Module, Light Shield Generator, Pilot Ejection & Evasion Module (1; cockpit capsule), Chaff Launchers (2)

Passenger Capacity: 40 (hyperdrive equipped variant has reduced capacity; roughly twenty armored personnel or thirty unarmored)
Cargo Capacity: Variable
Consumables: 1 standard week

Sublight Speed and Maneuverability: 60 MGLT (extremely quick to accelerate and incredibly nimble)

Role: Troop Transport, Close Air Support, Boarding Craft

Description:

A descendent of the venerable LAAT/c, which was originally developed by Rothana Heavy Engineering and utilized to great effect during the Clone Wars, the VAAT/c is not only similar in appearance, but has many of the same features as the original. However, unlike its predecessor, the VAAT/c is capable of long distance travel well outside of a planet's gravity well thanks to the addition of dedicated sublight drives. This allows the VAAT/c to be deployed from any location as opposed to being restricted to low orbit or atmospheric deployment.

During landing or stowage, the wings can be folded up and inward to make the craft more compact. In addition to housing homing missiles, the wings also hold several radiator coils. These coils help cool the sublight drives, repulsor drives, and generator, reducing the chance that these systems will overheat during high stress operation.

Unlike the infantry variant, the VAAT/c has no troop bay, has sacrificed three of the standard armaments, and cannot be fitted with a hyperdrive. It utilizes powerful mag-clamps to lift and hold a variety of vehicles, from assault walkers to combat speeders. It can also transport cargo containers and some prefabricated structures.

Description:

The Cabur-class Gunship was designed to fill a close air support role in which the much larger Ori'aran could not compete. Compact, very heavily armored and shielded, and sporting a formidable armament, the Cabur could transport up to eight troops deep behind enemy lines or provide close air support to infantry squads on the ground with little risk to itself. The modular weapon racks on each of its wing-like projections could mount a number of different systems, allowing the ship to function in a multi-role capacity. In addition to the forward weapon racks, a weapon mount for a single light repeater or grenade launcher was built-in to the rear ramp. During atmospheric flight, the ramp could be lowered and locked in place so that the weapon could be mounted and manned, providing rear security.

SHUTTLES, DROPSHIPS, & TRANSPORTS

nartisstueaction.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalMotors
Production Line: ATL Series
Model: Juri-class "Carrier" Medium Transport
Affiliation: Mandalorians
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: High
Composition: Durasteel (hull & superstructure)
Ownership: Mandalorians, Small Businesses, Corporations, Smuggling & Piracy Rings

Description:

The outer hull is a thick, armored shell, leaving the interior entirely open for large, rectangular cargo pods. This open-space design can hold up to 19,000 metric tons of cargo. These highly modular pods greatly increase the speed and ease of the loading and unloading process. Not only that, but they are interchangeable with life support equipped pods, which allow the entire transport to become a personnel carrier. Many other types of pods have been manufactured, making complete conversions possible. The most prominent conversions are lander, fuel tanker, and hospital ship.

Once loaded, a magnetic shield locks any cargo pods that aren't already connected in place, while at the same time holding back the vacuum of space. A command pod is located toward the rear, near the engines, and houses a fully enclosed cockpit and a cramped crew quarters. The stock model includes space for up to forty passengers, but that feature is almost always traded for increased cargo capacity.

While the stock version is equipped with basic shielding and a low end hyperdrive, upgrades are possible at the cost of storage capacity. It is even possible to attach light weapon turrets to the exterior, though this would cause a significant power drain without upgraded or modified generators.

Classification: Medium Transport, Freighter

Length: 90 m

Power Core Generator/Reactor: MandalMotors TZ-9 Linked Power Generators (2)

Hyperdrive Rating: Class 3.0

Minimum Crew: 1
Optimal Crew: 6

Cargo Capacity: 19,000 metric tons
Consumables: 6 months (varies depending on configuration)
Sublight Speed and Maneuverability: 25 MGLT (slow to accelerate and manuever; equipped with repulsors for atmospheric landings and two mid-grade ion engines)

Role: Cargo Freighter, Troop Transport, Lander, Fuel Tanker, Hospital Ship
95719.jpg

Name: Jai'galaar-class "Shriek-hawk" Dropship

Classification: Heavy Assault Shuttle/Dropship

Role: Assault Shuttle, Troop Dropship

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics

Designer: Coro Kevara

Energy Source: MandalMotors Olar-3 Linked Power Generators (2)

Shield Generator: Yes (military grade module comparable to Alliance, Chiss, and Imperium designs)

Length: 30 m

Crew: 3

  • Pilot: 1
  • Co-Pilot: 1
  • Gunner: 1
  • Medical Droid: 1
Armament: Heavy Dual Barrel Laser Cannons w/ Linked Grenade Auto-Cannon (1 port bow, 1 starboard bow), Laser Repeater (1 stern), Sensor Decoy/Chaff Launcher (1 aft dorsal)

Passenger Capacity: 40-60 (varies depending on configuration)
Consumables: 2 months

Description:

The Jai'galaar is a heavily armored, lightly armed dropship and assault shuttle with powerful engines, heavy shielding, and sufficient troop and storage space for over a hundred warriors and additional equipment and supplies. While the Jai'galaar lacks maneuverability, its speed and heavy armor are its most valued assets, allowing it to rocket through an atmosphere full of flak and drop troops safely to the ground. It gained its namesake from the shrieking sound its heavy engines and repulsors make as it descends from orbit during a special but extremely dangerous maneuver. During this maneuver, the pilot throttles to max acceleration as he enters the atmosphere of a planet with the heavily armored belly of the vessel faced downward and its engine nacelles adjusted upward. Despite the drag from the flat surface of the ship's underside, the vessel is accelerated far beyond what most craft can handle and seemingly plummets straight down to the surface as if destined to crash. However, at the last instant, four powerful, ventral repuslor drives are activated just moments after the engines shut off. The ship is jerked upward abruptly, then settles down to land, launching a volley of smoke and incendiary grenades before finally coming to a rest, landing gear extended.

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics
Production Line: SST Series
Model: Sho'sen-class Submersible Dropship
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Limited Production (less than four-hundred)
Modularity: Low (highly specialized, though full conversions and extensive modification is possible at great expense)
Composition: Reflec (external coating), Layered Duraplast (hull), Beskar-Titanium Alloy (frame & some portions of the hull), Neuranium (structural reinforcement)
Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

The Sho'sen utilizes shield generators more commonly found in craft twice its size and has been constructed with a super-dense hull and skeletal structure so that it can withstand an incredible amount of pressure. Because of this, it can also shrug off a tremendous amount of damage.

The latter would prove critical, for Sho'sen is Mandalorian for submersible. It was designed to operate in an aquatic environment, which is why it is equipped with a set of powerful water-jet engines and ballast tanks. When landing or submerged, the Sho'sen's wings fold back and up to form two dorsal 'fins'. With the sensor suites located at each wing-tip, they function much like high-powered periscopes. Laser cannons are mounted beneath each wing, allowing them to provide fire support while troops disgorge or when the craft has surfaced.

Much like the Jai'galaar-class Dropship, the Sho'sen was designed to plummet to the surface of a planet at incredible speed, avoiding anti-air batteries and braking just before impact using its powerful repulsors. However, instead of pulling up, the Sho'sen can dive straight into a body of water thanks to its sleek frame and hardened superstructure. It is a dangerous maneuver that only the most skilled of pilots could ever hope to attempt, but one that allows the craft to disappear quickly and evade pursuers.

A thin coating of reflec on the exterior of the craft and its advanced, near-silent waterjet propulsion system allows it to remain undetected while submerged. A dedicated stealth variant with a gravitic modulator, photon absorber, and a thermal dissipator does exist, but in limited quantity.

Classification: Submersible Dropship

Height: 12 m
Width: 15 m
Length: 64 m

Power Core Generator/Reactor: MandalMotors Olar-4 Power Generator
Hyperdrive Rating: Class II

Minimum Crew: Pilot (1)

Passenger Capacity: 80 warriors or 40 warriors and one vehicle
Cargo Capacity: 200 metric tons
Consumables: 2 standard months

Sublight Speed and Maneuverability:

  • Sublight: 70 MGLT

STARFIGHTERS & BOMBERS

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics
Product Line: TMS Series
Model: Tra'galaar-class "Starhawk" Assault Bomber
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Moderate
Composition: Zersium-Titanium Alloy (hull & superstructure), Glasteel (cockpit viewport)
Ownership: Mandalorians, Allies, Major Corporations, Small Businesses, Mercenaries, Piracy & Smuggling Rings

Description:

A project spearheaded by former employees of Rothana Heavy Engineering and Slayn & Korpil, the Tra'galaar is an assault craft that can easily hold its own against other starfighters while also delivering one devastating payload after another.

With the speed, maneuverability, and armament of a starfighter and the missile, torpedo, and bomb bay capacity of a bomber, it is more than capable of competing with either class and fulfilling their roles. This has made it a popular replacement for bombers that must rely on an escort to safely carry out their missions.

It is this ability to transition seamlessly from an anti-capital ship role to an anti-starfighter role without the need for modification or rearmament that has made it a prized addition to any naval group.

A circular hatch is located just behind the cockpit and serves as the primary entry and exit point. The craft is equipped with ejection seats for both the pilot and the gunner. When the emergency ejection system is activated, the canopy is immediately blown away to provide an unobstructed flight path. If the chaff launchers are online and loaded during ejection, they automatically fire to provide a screen for the escaping crew.

Classification: Multi-Role Starfighter/Bomber

Height: 3.5 m
Width: 8.9 m (not counting port & starboard fins)
Length: 13 m

Power Source: MandalMotors EX-2 Power Generator (1), Emergency Power Cells (2)

rwing.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics
Production Line: SI Series
Model: Prudii-class "Shadow" Stealth Interceptor
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Stock
Modularity: Moderate
Composition: Reflec-Coated Fiberplast (hull), Titanium (frame), Duraplast (reinforced shell protecting cockpit & astromech port), Reflec-Coated Glasteel (cockpit viewport)

Ownership: Mandalorians, Allies

Description:

Visually, the Prudii appears to be a cross between two famous Incom starfighters, the X-wing and the A-wing. It was originally designed to serve in a multi-role capacity, but with the invention of the Kar'kade-class Space Superiority Starfighter, it has been relegated to a stealth and reconnaissance role. This stealth variant sacrifices armor, shielding, weaponry, and speed for an extensive array of stealth hardware and the ability to alternate between traditional fuel types and the more expensive tibanna-x without modification to the engines. The entire craft is painted a star-flecked matte black and when the stealth mode is active, the cockpit viewport tints automatically and mimics the appearance of the hull.

Classification: Light Interceptor

Height: 1.86 m (without rear fins)
Length: 12.4 m

Power Core Generator/Reactor: MandalMotors Olar-1B Power Generator (1)

Hyperdrive Rating: Class 1

Crew: Pilot (1), Astromech (1)

Armaments: Fire-Linked Laser Cannons (light; 2 port wing, 2 starboard wing), Proton/Disruptor Torpedo Launcher (1 tube, 6 torpedoes; fore ventral), Sensor Decoy/Chaff Launcher (1 aft ventral), Military Grade Shield Generator (1; light)

The proton torpedo launcher can be replaced with an internal bomb or missile bay with very little modification.

Non-Combative Attachments: Advanced Sensor Array, Advanced Holographic Targeting Module, Advanced Life Support Module, Gravitic Modulator, Photon Absorber, Thermal Dissipator, Etheric Rudder

Cargo Capacity: 45 kg
Consumables: 1 standard week

Sublight Speed and Maneuverability: 160 MGLT (quick and nimble, capable of pinpoint turns and other maneuvers; engines can alternate between traditional fuel types and tibanna-x without re-tooling)

Role: Stealth & Reconnaissance
cobra1.jpg

Name: Kar'kad-class "StarBlade" Space Superiority Fighter

Classification: Assault Starfighter

Role: Anti-Starfighter, Assault, Escort

Length: 10 m
Width: 8.7 m
Height: 4.5 m

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics

Designer: Coro Kevara, Sordi Vorsdet (Verpine engineer), Syvax the Engineer (Geonosian engineer)

Composition: Beskar-Titanium Alloy (hull & superstructure), Glasteel (cockpit viewport)

Energy Source: MandalMotors Olar-1A Power Generator (1), Emergency Power Cells (2)

Hyperdrive Rating: 0.4

Shield Generator: Yes (light military grade module)

Crew: 1 (pilot)

Armament: MandalMotors SRC-9 Rotary Laser Cannons (2; located on either side of cockpit), Laser Cannon/Light Ion Cannon (2; located on tip of each 'wing'), Modular Weapon Bays (4; two ventral bays, two dorsal bays, housed internally and concealed by retractable armor plating: each bay can house one proton torpedo launcher, missile launcher, or ordnance rack), Military Grade Shielding Module (1; light)

Non-Combative Attachments: Military Grade Sensor Array, Holographic Targeting Suite w/ Helmet Integration Package, Sensor Decoy/Chaff Launcher (2; located within the tip of each 'wing'), Life Support, Etheric Rudder, Military Grade Navigation Module, Waterjet Propulsion Drives & Ballast Tanks (waterjets can be fitted within the modular weapon bays instead of armaments; this, along with the addition of small ballast tanks, allows the craft to submerse and travel underwater)

Consumables: 3 days
Cargo Capacity: 45 kg

Sublight Speed and Maneuverability: 200 MGLT (very nimble and agile; the ultra-powerful sublight drives stretching the entire width of the craft allow for near instant shifts in direction. Small maneuvering thrusters are located on each side of the craft, protected by retractable armor panels during landing or atmospheric flight.)

Description:

The Kar'kad is the height of Mandalorian, Verpine, and Geonosian engineering. It stands as a testament to their skill and ingenuity. Much like the Bes'uliik starfighter of generations past, the sleek, blade-like Kar'kad is heavily armed and armored. Despite its modularity, it is above all else a space superiority fighter. With massive, powerful engines stretching its entire width, it is capable of incredible speed and manueverability, exceeding that of its rivals in the Alliance, Chiss, and Imperium. With the most advanced sensor, navigation, and targeting modules available, this craft is proof that the Mandalorians have taken a leap into future, no longer bound by the constraints of the older, more basic technologies they have been known to cling to stubbornly.

OTHER SPACECRAFT

Name: Chekar-class Assault Pod

Role: Starship Breach and Boarding Pod

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics

Designers: Coro Kevara, Echoylir Bralor, & Carien Bralor

Energy Source: MandalMotors Olar-3A Power Generator

Shield Generator: No

Life Support: No

Armament: Ion Cannons (24; concealed beneath circular armor panels), Grapple Launchers (8; harpoons), Heavy Industrial Laser Drill (rotates on circular rail)

Passenger Capacity: 20

Description:

A concept born in the minds of Echoylir and Carien Bralor, the Chekar-class Assault Pod was made a reality by Coro Kevara, who drafted the schematics and ordered their production. It had always been a well known fact that the vast navies of the Alliance and Imperium would nearly always outmatch their Mandalorian counterparts and so a design that capitalized on the true strength of the Mandalorian war machine, its warriors, was fielded for use. The Chekar, in essence, is little more than a heavily armored pod strapped with powerful engines, two dozen ion cannons, and an industrial laser drill. Life support and shields were sacrificed for more powerful engines, an advanced weapon capacitor, and heavy armor. After closing the distance between its carrier and a hostile vessel, it fires its ion cannons at the precise moment before impacting against the shield. Overwhelming the shield and causing a temporary opening, the pod slips through and launches eight harpoons into the outer hull of the enemy vessel, reeling itself in. It then extends four magnetic support struts and begins to cut into the hull with a high intensity laser drill. After a breach is successful, the boarding arm extends to create a seal and the warriors aboard can then storm the vessel and attempt to take control.

  • Ammo Loader Droids (2)
Description:

The Mit-Varl Quad Cannon was adopted as an alternate anti-air emplacement for Mandalorian ground installations, outposts, and forward bases. It fires high velocity munitions and like most mass drivers, can utilize different types of ammunition (high explosive, fragmentation, & armor piercing) depending on the target and environment. It is equipped with an automated targeting computer, IFF scanner, and an advanced sensor array, but also possesses a manual control function for gunner operation. Linked with other emplacements wirelessly, it can track targets outside of sensor range and coordinate fire.

Name: Mit-Varl AAM-16 Missile Launcher

Classification: Heavy Anti-Air Emplacement, Missile Launcher

Manufacturer: Mit-Varl Combine (a corporation bought out by MandalMotors along with rights to existing product designs)

Crew: 2 to 3

  • Gunner (1; not required)
  • Maintenance Technicians (1)
  • Ammo Loader Droids (1)
Description:

The Mit-Varl Missile Launcher was adopted as the primary anti-air emplacement for Mandalorian ground installations, outposts, and forward bases. It fires lightly shielded homing missiles capable of intercepting most starfighters and airspeeders with relative ease, though it can be foiled by advanced sensor decoys and missile jammers. It is equipped with an automated targeting computer, IFF scanner, and an advanced sensor array, but also possesses a manual control function for gunner operation. Linked with other emplacements wirelessly, it can track targets outside of sensor range and coordinate fire.

Eight of the missiles are fragmentation and the other eight are high-explosive. The fragmentation missiles are programmed to fly ahead of a target and explode while the high-explosive missiles simply track and intercept.

Contrary to popular belief, the ultra-light shield module contained within each missile is not a defensive measure. Instead, it is used to eliminate air resistance, increasing the speed of the missile substantially.

830px-Hg_assault_boat.jpg

Name: Armored Repuslor Craft

Classification: Heavy Repulsor Transport

Manufacturer: MandalHypernautics

Designer: Daelin Praos

Energy Source: MandalMotors Olar-1B Power Generator

Repulsor Type: Continuous Hover (with limited low altitude flight capability)

Armament: Repeater Mounts (2; one on each turret), Chaff/Smoke Grenade Tubes (6; three on each side)

Description:

MandalHypernautics' Armored Repulsor Craft was rushed into service to meet a demand for fast and reliable troop transports that could navigate over almost any terrain without resorting to atmospheric flight. During its first few missions abroad, warriors came to call it the Traatika Haavlaam, or 'Platoon Bunk,' because it was both easily camouflaged and readily available for use as a hasty, yet heavily fortified fighting position. A relatively simple modification allowed for an armored top to be attached to the otherwise open troop area, however many warriors regarded the modification as wholly unnecessary. While it provided more overhead protection, it lowered overall situational awareness and prevented passengers from firing from within the vehicle. It has seen limited use since the Second Mandalorian Civil War and is more commonly found in use by planetary militias and farmers on planets like Concord Dawn.

bv9cu.jpg

Name: Shuk'trayc "RipperGun" MK.2

Classification: Energy-Propelled Slugthrower Pistol

Manufacturer: MandalTech

Designer: Carien Bralor

Magazine/Power Cell Capacity: Solid Slugs - 12, Tibanna Gas - 60

Rate of Fire: Semi-Automatic

Damage: High

Bolt Colour: Green

Notes: The weapon's discharge, due to its unique nature, produces a loud, crackling boom.

Description: A nod to the glory days of the Mandalorian Wars, this strange weapon is the modern version of the ancient Mandalorian Ripper, a unique pistol once reserved for the Mandalorian elite. Much like the bowcasters of the Wookiee race, these weapons fire solid projectiles propelled and coated in fields of energy. As a slugthrower, this weapon utterly ignores personal shielding, and provides far more kinetic damage than more conventional blaster weapons. This weapon, just like its earlier incarnation, got its name from the unique effect of the energy-propelled slugs, whose energy-coating superheats the impact area before literally tearing it apart as the heavy caliber ballistic slug passes through.
Assault_Rifles_by_ProlificPen.jpg

Name: Traycn'buurenaar "Firestorm" Repeater

Classification: Light Repeating Blaster Rifle

Manufacturer: MandalTech

Designer: Shilan Vencu

Magazine/Power Cell Capacity: Tibanna Cartridge (200 rounds), Sig Cartridge (125 rounds)

Rate of Fire: Automatic

Description:

A design not unlike the famous WESTAR-M5 of the Clone Wars, the Firestorm is both reliable and powerful. As a light repeater, it was primarily intended to fill the role of a squad support weapon, but not surprisingly, has found much wider use within the Mandalorian ranks as a standard assault rifle. It is lightweight, easy to maintain and operate, and has an extremely high rate of fire. It is also easily modified, allowing operators to both upgrade and add on to the design at their discretion.
highcapblaster.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalTech
Production Line: HCR Series
Model: High Capacity Repeater, "H.C.R."
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Low (modifications limited to aftermarket optics & an expensive cooling unit upgrade)
Composition: Rhodium (external plating), Durasteel (framework & internal components), Diatium & Tricopper (power cell)
Ownership: Mandalorians, Allied or Neutral Planetary Systems, Small Businesses, Corporations, Mercenaries, Smuggling & Piracy Rings

Description:

A BlasTech E-11 on steroids. The H.C.R. is prone to overheating and lacks accuracy during sustained fire, but just one of these powerful repeaters can pin down an entire platoon or more until the user gets bored or the plasma cartridge depletes itself. The large, rectangular plasma cartridge is located just under and parallel to the barrel and detaches easily for quick unloading and reloading. A diatium-tricopper power cell provides sufficient energy for up to 1,600 shots. Although costly, an upgraded cooling unit can be installed, reducing the rate at which the weapon overheats. The stock folds to the side for ease of storage and handling. The H.C.R. is rugged, durable, requires very little maintenance, and can survive anything short of a turbolaser blast.

Classification: Compact Light Repeating Blaster

Size: Medium

Length: 55 cm
Weight: 5.2 kg

Ammunition Capacity: 800

Maximum Range: 300 m
X-24_Grenade_Launcher.jpg

Name: Hettyc'bev "BurningSpike" Launcher

Designation: HB-6

Classification: Anti-Armor Weapon, Explosively Formed Projectile Launcher

Manufacturer: MandalTech

Designer: Gamil Trentix

Magazine Capacity: 6

Rate of Fire: Semi-Automatic, Automatic

Description:

The HB-6 was designed as an inexpensive, lightweight, and portable alternative to bulkier anti-armor missile launchers, though it has significantly less range and no tracking capability. The six compact, explosively formed projectile warheads within each round have multiple mini-detonators that can be fired in varying arrangements causing different types of waveform in the explosive. This results in either a long-rod penetrator, an aerodynamic slug projectile, or multiple high-velocity fragments being formed after leaving the barrel. An alternate selector switch is used to prime the individual detonators, allowing the operator to choose which type of projectile is best suited for the current target and environment. Despite its highly heat resistant construction, the launcher is prone to overheating during continuous fire and without a significant cool down period, warping of the barrel and internal mechanisms is possible. A micro-repulsor unit helps to compensate for the intense recoil, but the weapon still requires considerable strength to operate safely and effectively.

Manufacturer: MandalTech
Production Line: Ripper Line
Model: Orjorer "Outcry" Scattergun
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Low
Composition: Hadrium (external plating), Durasteel (framework & some internal components), Diatium & Tricopper (power cell), Dallorian Alloy (barrels & some internal components)

Ownership: Mandalorians

Description:

The third product of the Ripper Line, the Outcry is very similar to its brethren. However, unlike the others, the Outcry fires a volley of energy-coated pellets per trigger squeeze instead of a single slug. With its high capacity ammunition drum and automatic firing rate, the weapon is a true monster at close range. Like the other rippers, these pellets are superheated by the blaster energy and are capable of tearing through most armor and bypassing energy shields completely.

While designed for close combat, it is more than capable of fulfilling other roles, thanks to its automatic fire setting and the armor-piercing nature of its blasts. In addition to being an effective anti-personnel weapon, it can be used to breach most doors and even engage lightly armored vehicles at close range.

Classification: Energy-Propelled Scattergun Slugthrower
Size: Medium
Length: 640 mm
Weight: 7.5 kg
Ammunition Capacity: 84 solid shells per ammo drum, 2 ammo drums per weapon, tibanna gas for up to 336 rounds
Range: Effective - 150 meters, Maximum - 250 meters.
Heavy_Repeating_Blaster.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalTech
Production Line: Ripper Line
Model: Ori'shuk "BigRipper" Repeater
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Stock
Modularity: Moderate (forward hand grip area, pistol grip, buttstock, rear optical sight, longer barrel, bipod, tripod, vehicle mount, fire selector, etc)
Composition: Variable (commonly made of inexpensive materials like durasteel and rhodium, but beskar alloy and dallorian alloy variants exist in limited quantity)
Ownership: Mandalorians

Description: The big brother of the pistol variant, the Ori'shuk is beefed up beyond belief. This is no longer a heavy pistol. This is a squad based heavy repeater. However, unlike pistol variant, this beast fires 10 mm slugs.

The BigRipper holds two drums. One for the slugs and a second containing the energy cell required to generate the energy field. To reload or remove the solid slugs, you slide the forward grip, and crack the gun in half, allowing the ammunition drum to pop out. A second slide unloads the energy cell, which is located closer to the barrel, nearer to the front of the weapon.

While extremely effective against infantry, it has also been used against armored targets, reducing most speeders, some light walkers, and lightly armored dropships and transports to shreds in seconds. When first issued, the weapon comes with a warning to only fire it in the fully automatic setting for short periods, no longer than three to four second bursts. This is to avoid overheating and possible damage to the weapon's internal components during sustained fire.

Classification: Energy-Propelled Repeating Slugthrower
Size: Large
Length: 95.8 cm
Weight: 13 kg
Ammunition Capacity: 10 mm rounds - 120, Energy Cell - up to 480 shots
Range: Effective - 655 meters (800 meters before the energy coating degrades)

Manufacturer: MandalTech
Production Line: Lancer Series
Model: Dral'beviin "BrightLance" Rifle
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Mass Produced
Modularity: Low
Composition: Duraplast (framework & external plating), Diatium & Tricopper (power cell), Dallorian Alloy (key internal components & barrel)
Ownership: Mandalorians & Allies

Description:

Possessing an army focused around elite infantry and shock troops, the Mandalorians required a superior anti-armor weapon to allow their warriors on the ground to easily counter the heaviest of armored vehicles and walkers. The result was the Lancer Series. These unique Mandalorian weapons are heavy, unwieldy, possess a low rate of fire, and low ammunition capacity, but their range and power are unsurpassed.

They are designed to punch straight through even the thickest armor plating from extreme range, keeping the operator well out of harms way. Instead of producing a small bolt that dissipates after a couple of hundred meters like most current blaster technology, the BrightLance produces a massive ionized beam, designed to overpower shields, and melt armor from several kilometers away.

The Lance's beam produces a myriad of energetic side effects, including significant muzzle flash, owing to the correspondingly greater power output into the capacitor and emitter as well as the consequent increase in plasma blooming. The beam is also incredibly brilliant, being purple or white in color; this is due primarily to the increase in higher-energy plasma.

The BrightLance possesses a powerful electronic scope, which can be integrated into a Mandalorian's helmet HUD, allowing for easy target acquisition. To deal with the immense heat, the barrel and internal components are made from dallorian alloy, and also possesses a cryocoolant system to prevent damage to the weapon or injury to the operator. The BrightLance Rifle also contains a micro-repulsor unit to help stabilize the weapon and to manage its considerable weight.

Classification: Man-Portable Laser Cannon
Size: Large
Length: 1.36 meters
Weight: 6.5 kg
Ammunition Capacity: One shot per cell. The barrel has to be replaced after every twentieth shot to prevent stress and fatigue in the metal.
Range: Optimum - 1 km, Max - 1,600 km

To deal with the immense heat, the barrel and internal components are made from dallorian alloy, and also possesses a cryocoolant system to prevent damage to the weapon or injury to the operator. To meet the significant power requirement, it is paired with an external Olar-1G Compact Power Generator, which needs to be recharged frequently during sustained operation.

It can also be mounted on several Mandalorian vehicles, a wheeled carriage, or a repulsor bed. It is equipped with a powerful electronic scope, which can be integrated with a Mandalorian's helmet HUD for remote operation.

Classification: Field Support Laser Cannon
Size: Large
Length: 2.75 meters
Weight: 58 kg
Ammunition Capacity: Power cell contains enough for six shots. Cryocoolant must be replaced or given time to cool after every third shot. To prevent stress and fatigue in the metal, the barrel must be replaced after every twentieth shot during sustained fire.
Range: Optimum - 3.5 km, Max - 5.5 km
MMzjB.jpg
Manufacturer: MandalTech (Arms division)
Production Line: Haran Project.
Model: Haran'kad Chainsword.
Technical Weapon Designation: MTHK-01.
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans.
Availability: Mass Produced.
Modularity: Low.
Composition:
Neutronium-impregnated Duranium, Dallorian Alloy & Hadrium (casing).
Ferrocarbon, Hadrium & Duranium (teeth).
Some elite versions replaces the ferrocarbon and duranium for beskar.
Ownership: Mandalorian Clans.
Description:

The Haran'kad is essentially a sword with powered teeth that run along a single-edged blade like that of a chainsaw. The weapon makes an angry buzzing sound as the teeth spin around, intensifying into a throathy roar when swung and the activation handle is squeezed down, and then a high pitched scream as the teeth grind into armour. It is not unlike a modern chainsaw, but lighter and able to be wielded with one hand. The mount for every single one of the weapon's teeth contain a miniature vibration pack, much akin to those found in a vibroscalpel. The weapon is designed to quickly slice through an opponent.

The Haran'kad's many teeth are made from an alloy of ferrocarbon, duranium, and hadrium, both being extremely durable, un-malleable metals, and to heighten the weapon's longevity, the casing contains a miniature forge which contains alot of the compounds found within the teeth and is capable of building, sharpening and in general, keeping the sword's teeth in perfect condition and permanently sharp. It also grants the secondary bonus of the teeth being extremely hot, and allowing them to cut more easily, and adding another level of intimidation. You fight not only a big, roaring, weapon of gory death, but one that also happens to be on fire!

Obviously, while the Forge is capable of recycling some materials, to keep the weapon in optimum condition, one has to replace the three constituent metals every so often. One can apply lower quality metals as an emergency measure, but this obviously produces a lower quality weapon. On the flipside, one can add higher quality metals (like songsteel or specially treated Beskar), and one ends up with a higher quality weapon. At least where the teeth are concerned.

Each Haran'kad are sold with four "magazines" of the Ferrocarbon, Duranium, and Hadrium for the forge.

Classification: Chain-driven melee weapon.
Size: Large.
Length: 1.3 Meters.
Weight: 5 kg.
Ammunition Capacity: Power cells capable of powering the sword for one week of continous use. Metal Magazine capable of allowing the forge to work for 5 average days of average use, or one and a half of constant use.
Range: Arms reach + 1.3 meters.

Manufacturer:
MandalTech
Production Line:
The Lance line.
Model:
Shockwave.
Technical Weapon Designation:
IDW-G1 Photonic Lance Pistol.
Affiliation:
Mandalorians, Allied Governments, discerning mercenaries and bounty hunters.
Availability:
Custom Order.
Modularity:
While the standard Shockwave doesn't come with any bells and whistles, for a relatively low cost, MandalTech will provide you with a stock which is easy to remove thanks to a simple magnetic clamp, and a scope mount, as well as a Helmet/HUD integration software packet, greatly increasing the weapon's range and accuracy.
Composition:
Neutronium-impregnated Duranium. (Casing)
Dallorian Alloy (Barrel & firing mechanisms)
Brushed Durasteel (Trim & grips)
Ownership:
Elite Mandalorian warriors, Imperial & Chiss officers, discerning mercenaries and bounty hunters.
Description:
Like the heavier Destroyer and Bright Lance versions, the Shockwave works by emitting short, sharp pulses of laser energy emitted from high-storage fast-discharge capacitors, with a flash of light and a distinctive snap like the cracking of a whip as the trigger is pulled. The Shockwave then emitts a beam of highly-energetic, focused, coherent photons. The high amount of energy carried by the photons of the beam causes the immediate surface area of a target to be vaporized in a small explosion.

Unlike the Destroyer's, the Shockwave produces a broad photonic laser beam, and is quite capable of defeating most modern body armour, and remove great gouging hunks of flesh from the target in the same instance. Perhaps a rather mixed blessing, the extreme temperatures produced by the Shockwave's laser beams causes these great gaping wounds to be cauterized rather instantly. This of course prevents the target from bleeding out, and hinders an infection from taking place, but it also lowers the chances of a cybernetic prosthetic graft being successful, compared to a nice, clean, stump.

Like it's larger cousin, the Destroyer, the Shockwave operates with a 23 megathule power pack, which can be recharged from nearly any available power source, including just leaving it out in the sun, though this takes quite some time. While by no means endorsed or even reccomended by MandalTech, the power charge can be recharged by throwing it into a fire, but this will not recharge it to the full level, and WILL render it incapable of being recharged once more.

Classification:
Heavy Photonic Laser Pistol.
Size:
Small - Medium.
Length:
46.8 cm.
Weight:
1.6 kg.
Ammunition Capacity:
26 blasts.
Range:
Optimum: 75 m. Maximum: 800 m.

DESCRIPTIONThe Ne'tra Kar (Mando'a; lit. "Black Star", translated as "Blackest Star") is a Mandalorian ranged weapon utilized specifically by the Mando'a Runi'naast. Sleek, lightweight and sturdy, the Ne'tra Kar is the only rifle utilized by the Mandalorian Nightment. Unlike most modern ranged weapons, the Ne'tra Kar does not utilize blaster gas, plasma, sonics or microwaves, but instead utilized gravitons.

The rare graviton-pulse weaponry is a powerful weapon that utilized a graviton coil that caused radioactive subatomic excitement in ambient electrons and disrupted polarized magnetic fields. Used in conjunction with a gyro-stabilizer and pressor field unit, the Ne'tra Kar produced silvery-white spheres of concenstrated gravitic energy, impacting upon targets as raw concussive force. Thus, instead of "burning" their enemies, as Blasters, Masers or Disruptors would, the Mandalorian Nightmen literally "blast" them.

Because of the boundries of physics, motion and recoil, the expulsion of energy can only be so relative as per the size of the weapon itself and the well-being of the individual firing the weapon must be able to utilize the rifle without sucumbing to the recoil effects. As such, in terms of output, the Ne'tra Kar is as efficent as most modern ranged infantry weaponry.

Manufacturer: MandalTech (MandalMotors subsidiary)
Production Line: Justice Project.
Model: Rail Pistol
Technical Weapon Designation: MT-T01
Affiliation: Mandalorians.
Availability: Limited Production.
Modularity: Low.
Composition:
Durasteel (framework & internal components), Veshok wood (grip), Dallorian Alloy (external plating), Diatium & Tricopper (power cell).
Ownership: Mandalorian Veterans.
Description:

A product of Mandalorian and Verpine cooperation, the Justice-class pistol is a fine piece of mechanical engineering. As most Verpine weapons, it relies on magnetism, and works essentially like a rail gun, nigh soundlessly projecting metallic objects at incredible speeds and delivering a staggering amount of kinetic damage.

With a multicaliber chamber and bore, the Justice means that the wielder can easily find more ammunition if one ever runs out. One simply needs to find a piece of ferrous metal, such as durasteel, small enough or with a shape allowing to fit within the chamber to be fired. Helping it's versatility, is the Justice's Interchangeable Weapon Support System, which allows it to mount various weapons or other systems to increase efficiency.

Classification: Magnetic accelerator/"Rail" pistol.
Size: Small.
Length: 269.2 mm.
Weight: 1,897 g.
Ammunition Capacity: 10.
Range: Effective: 100m. (Note: effective range increases substantially with the assistance of helmet targeting software)

Misc. Systems:
Interchangeable Weapon Support System:
Mounted underneath the barrel is a simple, yet rather clever lug that allows the wielder to attach a series of different weapons or other support units to the Justice pistol, such as a bayonette, a floodlight, a holographic targeting system, or a microgrenade launcher.
Multicaliber Chamber & Bore
A staple of Verpine engineering, this system allows the Justice to fire any ferrous metallic object that can fit into the chamber and bore. While not reccomended, one could even fire rocks if they possessed a high enough ferrous content.

SPECIAL ARMOR & PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

Mandalorians_Neo-Crusaders.jpg

Manufacturer: MandalTech & Mandalorian Armorsmiths
Model: Aliit'gam "Skin of the Clans"
Technical Weapon Designation: Aliit'gam Modular Armor System
Affiliation: Mandalorian Clans
Availability: Custom

Modularity: High. The entire purpose of this new armour system was designed to be entirely modular, and to allow each Mandalorian warrior to customize their suit to fit their individual needs and preferences, while still maintaining some measure of uniformity.

Composition: Varies. Usually durasteel or duraplast, or some such tough metal, but some suits are made from beskar, though due to the metal's rarity, these suits are again, rare.

Ownership: Mandalorians

Description: Design History: Practical, Rugged, Durable, Versatile. The bywords of Mandalorian combat ethos are now embodied in the armour they wear. Aliit'gam, or Skin of the Clans, is a highly adaptive body armour, consisting of a bewildering array of protective plates, pouches and other accoutrements over a standard jumpsuit letting the individual warrior choose what he or she can carry into battle. Taking design notes from previous incarnations of Mandalorian personal body armour, this suit aims to introduce new up-to-date features and eliminate problems with the now ancient, but iconic, Supercommando armour that the Mandalorians had become known for.

Letting the individual warrior change his role from frontline infantryman, to lightly armoured reconnaissance trooper, to enhanced zero-gravity space assault trooper simply by returning to a depot or armoured transport, on the fly, the armour's main strength is it's versitality. Several standard loadouts have been adopted by the Mandalorian clans, and production of this armour is exclusive only to the Mandalorians.

The most common loadouts are seen above, with the holo-image being of a Mandalorian infantry team from Clan Bralor, led by a gold armoured Platoon leader, in the deep jungles of Manda. It is worth noting that the exact design elements present here are used primarily by Clan Bralor, with the other Clans favouring their own designs of helmets and plate arrangements!

Classification: Multipurpose

Weight: Varies (depends on the metal used and the preferences of the wearer; rarely below 20 kg)
Quality: Varies (6-7; depends on the metal used and the preferences of the wearer)

Other Features: Full HUD suite as standard across all loadouts. Full extra-sensory package across all loadouts (night vision, thermal vision, 360 degree vision, etc). Self heating, self cooling. Sealed against void/chemical exposure with integrated air tank for up to 2 hours across all loadouts. Waste recycling. Other features vary depending on user preferences. Some are frequently modified for use with jetpacks.

DESCRIPTION
The Uur'prudii (Mando'a; lit. "Silent Shadow", translated as "Silence of the Shadows") is a Mandalorian-designed Aerial Personal Transportation, or APT. In contrast with the more common and popular jetpacks, the Uur'prudii is a repulsor pack, specifically utilized specifically by the Mando'a Runi'naast. Sleek, lightweight and sturdy, the Uur'prudii provides a number of advantages to the Nightmen armor set, especially when used in conjunction with the Runi'naast-specific beskar'gam, which utilizes shadowskin reflec.

Essentially a powerful repulsorlift engine with multiple micro-ports along latitudinal proximity, the Uur'prudii is a spinal unit designed to be integrated into the central coulomb of the back of a Nightman's beskar'gam. Once uplinked to the armor, the Uur'prudii performs as a fully functional repulsor pack, allowing sustained flight and levitation, so long as a gravity well, either natural or artificial, is present. Because it can only use ambient gravitons and thus inverting them into anti-gravitons (how repulsorlifts work), the Uur'prudii cannot be utilized in the vacuum of space, nor in certain space stations, should artificial gravity be too weak, assuming it is present at all.

In addition, the Uur'prudii's true uniqueness come to the fore in the secondary unit installed within; an acoustic suppressant unit. Based upon the technologies of Paretaine Sonics, when the Uur'prudii is active, it also produces a small "bubble"; a sound negation system which produces an akinetic acoustic dampening field in an approximate one meter radius. The effects of the dampening field was limited to the outermost area of its effect. Within the "bubble" sound could still be heard, and indeed sound could travel within the "bubble", but it could not travel out from it. This allowed the bearer of the Uur'prudii to still hear in their surroundings and outer environment, without emitting any sound.

This function does have a drawback however, as should the Uur'prudii be faulty, damaged, sabotaged or simply depleted, the wearer would have no way of knowing, as their perceptions of sound are not affected by the device.

MASS DRIVERS

The Mandalorians employ a wide variety of mass driver weapons that range in size, caliber, and function.

The largest variants have no magazine and rely on an external loading process similar to modern artillery. Loading and reloading is usually carried out by droid lifters or in most cases, machinery designed to lift and load each round individually. The process can be time consuming, especially in starships such as the Taung-class Star Dreadnought, whose massive, ventrally mounted mass driver requires considerable time to reload and to recharge its capacitors between shots. Because ammunition for the Taung mass driver is loaded into break-away canisters before firing, almost anything can be used as a projectile, including small asteroids, cargo, and even freighter-size starships. The standard ammunition is a shielded, high-explosive warhead. Six ionite slugs were also constructed (the Mandokar holds three of these in its primary magazine).

The smaller and more common variants utilize multiple munition types and accomplish this with a rotary mechanism that typically holds anywhere from three to six magazines, each holding a hundred rounds each. The rotary mechanism, much like a wheel, rotates at the push of a button. Each rotation brings an attached magazine into alignment with a feeder belt. Once aligned with the desired magazine, the rounds are released into the belt, which feeds them directly into the weapon to be fired. The rotary mechanism (with its attached magazines) is replaced when all magazines are depleted, but magazines can be replaced individually if necessary. The standard load out for these variants are fragmentation (anti-starfighter/missile), high-explosive (anti-shield), and armor piercing (depleted baradium). Specialized munitions include ionite rounds, proton torpedoes, concussion missiles, and even seismic charges.

SPECIAL MUNITIONS

The Mandalorians employ a wide variety of missiles and torpedoes. Common among them are concussion missiles and proton torpedoes of various sizes and yields. Specialty munitions, such as baradium, seismic, and diamond-boron missiles are also utilized. While they can be costly and dangerous to handle, small stores of them can usually be found on at least one starship in every battle group.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

I. All technology in the MandalMotors Product Catalog is available to the Mandalorians, though approval through Kiro or Vencu is required before use in any official or personal capacity.

II. All Mandalorian starships have been equipped with an advanced gravitic anomaly sensor, giving the hyperdrive the ability to shut off quickly, preventing damage from sudden realspace reversion upon encountering a gravity well. This does not allow the ship to counteract an interdiction field. It merely prevents damage.

III. All Mandalorian flagships have been equipped with HIMS, allowing them to counteract an interdiction field temporarily. Additional HIMS modules have been manufactured in limited quantities to be installed at the discretion of fleet commanders prior to operations or engagements where they may be of use.

IV. All Mandalorian stations and capital ships are equipped with advanced internal sensors and security cameras to detect and track intruders. Larger capital ships and all flagships also possess complex security systems, including ray shield emitters at regular intervals, pop-out blaster turrets at all major intersections, the ability to vent oxygen from sealed corridors and chambers, the ability to pump non-lethal gas into sealed corridors and chambers, and a fire suppression system that can flood most areas with a fire and blaster retardant foam. All security systems can be locked and disabled by the captain of the ship or his command staff. Access codes, which are randomly generated, are changed once a day in a combat environment and twice every three days during normal operations.
