The Council of Four is the ruling body of the Ospion Guardians. The Council is composed of the First Consul, de facto leader of the Guardians, and three additional Consuls, de jure rulers with the Master Consul. These four individuals oversee all actions of the Guardians, and hold ultimate say in all matters regarding the Guardians.
