LOCATION: Abyssm- Dol’Gul’s brigade encampment

DESCRIPTION: “The Lie”, as Stranger calls it, is the armor set that belonged to Redrix Dredgen who was supposedly a Mandalorian that died on a scouting mission with Stranger and IG-55 outside a Sapian encampment. The remaining armor that Stranger couldn’t carry was soon found by Alpha Dol’Gul of the nearby Many-Arrows tribe which included Redrix’s strange dragon shaped buy’cs, along with his ghet’bur and ka’rta beskar, hal’cabur, shar’tas, ven’cabur, motun’bur, bes’lovik, and cetar’bur beskar plates. The helmet seems to have had some strange modifications related to the force added by Dol’Gul’s Shaman, Rung. It has some sort of strange eye-looking creature on the back of the helmet that literally acts like an “eye on the back of your head” except this eye can see things most other creatures cannot. Rung made the upgrade because the reason why Redrix died was because he couldn’t see the looming threat behind him. The armor with the Runes of Yor glows faintly yellow, orange, or red depending on the whether the secret is good, meh, or bad and whispers faintly of nonsense to the wearer but with the combined armor, the whispers have the power to lead the said wearer to other places holding secrets and secrets themselves through strange riddles.

HISTORY: Redrix was apart of Clan Wren, but decided to make his new Clan with a new creed he called Yor. Yor was the philosophy that the way to find power was not by making it, but by being unmade. Redrix’s armor represented how he felt about his people’s old traditions and creeds by reshaping his helmet into something that resembles a dragon head, losing the traditional t-visor aspect of the a Mandalorian’s armor. He traveled far and wide with the armor, traversing into dark and desecrated lands, writing his understandings of these dark secrets on the inside of the armor in a language Redrix claims to “see in his mind” that Stranger calls Runes of Yor. Apparently, Redrix’s heresies were cut short after he went on a job with Stranger to investigate a strange shrine on a strange planet that Stranger convinced Redrix could lead to his “unmaking”. Long story short, an angry horned tree-ape ripped him in half. Stranger couldn’t carry the severed body with the armor, and Redrix wanted the armor to be safe as a testament to his new creed, so he gave what he could to Stranger before they all perished by the scary tree Titan from Abyssm.

INTENT: To create armor for potential tomb raiders, lore seekers, and chroniclers that has a neat history and a cool encounter to earn the armor itself on the new planet, Abyssm.

Since this is a set of armor that has some.. special qualities, I think it would be best to submit it as a tech write up and get that approved before I can really give an opinion on this article.

Also, on a second note, would you have any tips for me as far as editing the armor? Like, do you think it’s too OP or something?
