Nor'baal the Hutt has agreed to host peace talks. The KES is formally inviting the Mandalorian confederacy to attend peace talks, with the goal to end the ongoing war. We hope you will accept. Terms, and location of the meeting will be decided by @Nor'baal

Umm, alright, I'm a little confused as to why a Hutt would break rank with the Cartel and risk associating with KES, tbh. Maybe someone could explain it to me. So Nor'baal wants to host a peace talk between one of most wanted and wildly known public enemies of the Cartel and their new allies who joined so they could help the Cartel go to war against KES? This seems very odd to me, why would a Hutt want to establish peace between his faction's military ally and his faction's enemy?

Because he would rather see a Mandalorian group united in the face of a common enemy than at each other's throats.

 

[Vencu]

Nor'baal has had favorable dealings with Mandalorians in the past, so while I don't know all the details here, it does seem to be within the realm of possibility, Ral.

It would make sense if KES was a Mandalorian organization. All the primarily Mandalorian factions are already cool with each other.

Prudii is one of the security chiefs of the KES and Nor'baal quite likes Prudii

One errant mandalorian in a faction doesn't seem like a good enough reason to me to forgo the rather large bounty.

That would be true but at the same time it makes sense that they might be able to talk. On a side note, the if the Mando's are just in on this because they wanted the bounty then there would be no point for them to disagree with the faction which put the bounty in place.

Perhaps it is that Nor'baal hates the Imperium and understands that if all of us worked together we would be more effective than working against each other as well. I'm not here to express his reasoning for supporting peace, but I'm saying he is offering talks and KES will be in attendance.

It wouldn't be worth doing peace talks over one wayward mandalorian, and one Hutt calling for nwgotiations does not answer fot the whole faction. Especially with all the cartel has gone and done to say otherwise.

No, I don't think Ordo will be taking part in this.

Not saying this would make amends with the Cartel, but between the Mandalorians and the KES. Remember to a Hutt that declining to attend could amount to spitting in his face.

I offered peace talks, with my character as the host in an attempt to put an end to the near constant animosity between the clans in a hope that a more unified mandalorian front would come out of it. The fact that if your three factions united, you would have a damn good army and industry at your back has not escaped my notice.

If you do not wish to attend the talks then I shall not bother doing the thread, but would love to invite you to do tasks and battles with Norby anyway - as I like y'all.

Norb, it seems like you might have misunderstood the situation a bit. The conflict between KES and the mandalorians have nothing to do with the clans. In fact, the clans haven't been this united since we were RPING the battle of Coruscant. The Underground and the Confederacy are basically the same faction but for a few technicalities we're working to fix. Rather, the conflict with KES has everything to do with your faction (Hutts) and the massive bounty they currently have on KES heads, and our efforts therefor to collect.

KES is in no way shape or form a Mando or a Mando affiliated faction, so again, you've either misread the situation or we're not very clear on what you're saying. Or at least I'm not very clear on it...

My hope is to see the conflict stopped, and Nor'baal has made KES an offer to see this conflict concluded in a thread we have going. I was unaware the two mando factions are working on their technicalities, and would love to know what happens - 'cos they well good fighters and I need them :P

Rarely seen without Armour and a helmet, the species of the target is 'Twi'lek' and she is known to be well built, at the peak of physical performance. With a light coloration of her skin, noted to be a light-green, and reported to be in the late twenties to early thirties.

AFFILIATIONS​

Known to associate with numerous Criminals as well as Mandalorian Groups, the target is not to be under-estimate and is considered dangerous as well as armed. Can often be found accompanied by fellow warriors, so be warned of this fact.

REWARD
100,000 Credits are offered for the target, dead.
500,000 Credits are offered for the target alive, but missing hands and feet.
