REBEL DATABASE

Only established in 1023 ABY, the Rebel Database is a steadily expanding source of information for the Rebellion, and is home to information specific to the Rebellion, its history, its lore, its tactical knowledge - all accessible for its members to access, peruse and contribute to.

The Database is overseen by a team of communications and data experts, who along with tacticians, engineers, historians and professors seek to establish the Database as a key source of information for the rebel cause. Information in the Database is spread out and constantly exchanged between the Ord Pardron facility and the Rebel Dawn. To ensure the security of the Database's contents, the highest level of digital countermeasures have been implaced to keep this knowledge accessible for current and future members of the cause.

Though the Database is largely incomplete, it is a valuable place for members of the Rebellion to further understand the cause, what they are fighting for, and how to do it.

DATABASE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The Rebellion Database is a valuable source of information, containing not only factual information, but also speculative allegory, fictional writings, as well as poetic works collected from individuals who support the dethroning of the New Sith Imperium.

The Rebellion Leadership instated a series of guidelines that are used to protect the Database and all new information is required to adhere to until further notice.

  • Currently only Rebel and members of the Civilian Resistance may enter data into the Database. The Rebels are still in hiding and therefore the Database are not assessable to members outside the Rebellion.

  • All Database entries are to be appropriately labeled and formatted. While the Leadership recognizes that not all writers are as literate in Common, or that it is not always the first language of the writers of the galaxy, the standards of grammar and punctuation remain the same. The Leadership strongly recommends that writers hire a proofreader before submission of relevant information.

  • All database entries are subject to the approval of a member of the Faction Leadership. Approval will not necessarily be mentioned by a member of the leadership in the archive entry, but a member of the team may contact you requesting alterations or edits to the article in question. Certain information of a dangerous or questionable nature may be removed from the database without warning.

  • Factual or speculative information entered in the Database is to be backed up with as much factual information as possible. Information presented as fact with no backing has no place in the Database.

  • Data entered into the Database may be in either IC or OOC format. However, as there are more complete sources of out-of-character information such as Wookieepedia, information presented from an in-character perspective is preferred.

  • If a relevant thread on the subject matter exists (For example, if a thread focusing on close-quarters-combat exists, and you wish to add your own information on the matter from a different perspective), you are to add a post to the pre-existing thread. As the Database is relatively empty at this stage, chances are a relevant thread won't exist, however as more entries are made, the leadership recommends using the search function before posting a new thread.

  • No incomplete (WIP) works may be submitted to the database.
