The RubyReqiuem

Dark Side — Sith Sword— @Cyutadakr

Origin:
The Ruby Requiem was crafted with the use of Sith Alchemy by the pureblood @Cyutadakyr. The weapon was handcrafted at the Royal Korriban forge with the aid of @Azar Kressh over a period of several days.

Location:
In @Cyutadakyr’s possession

Function.
The blade's powers are just what one would expect from such a brutally crafted weapon. It can absorb any energy used to attack it (blaster, Force, grenade, etc) and then redirect it back through the Force.

As a Sith blade it is lightsaber resistant and cuts as efficiently as a lightsaber. Upon coming in contact with a form of energy (lightsaber, blaster bolt, Force, etc.) it absorbs it—except in the case of lightsabers, where it instead absorbs the energy of the blade without extinguishing it—and then shoots it back out upon the user's command.

(PVP ONLY) The blade has no additional abilities relevant to PVP.
(PVE ONLY) The blade, upon cutting into an enemy, can serve as a focal point for the force power ‘Force Drain’ reducing the concentration required to maintain the ability.

PVP: Due to its deflective power, the blade is difficult to wield consecutively, since it can be overwhelmed. Therefore, it needs to cool down after the deflection is used (1 post CD), and if used a maximum of 2 times (in a thread) it does not deflect for the next few days as it recharges, making it as useful as an average lightsaber-resistant Sith blade.

Intent:
To create a Force artifact that has been created by a player character for use in the story.

So overall it seems fine, but generally speaking there's been a precedent set with the "absorbs a thing" ability of some Sith artifacts where there is a limited amount of times it can do it, or a directly stated cooldown period between absorptions. Something similar should be noted here for clarity.
