Malus was intrigued to here that he had been called to Kalee to lay waste to a petty band of pirates. They were the real scum of the galaxy- arguably worse than the Zaa Fenn Crime Family. Anyone who told you there was honor amongst thieves was trying to sell you something. Pirates have loyalty to no one but their own desire. They do not serve a higher purpose as the Keshir Deathsworn did- like the Sith Empire did. Pirates idolized themselves, and that mindset only created problems where there was no need to create problems.

The Keshir I began descending through Kalee's atmosphere, onboard were two others who called themselves Sith. Malus would have to see about that. The first was a native Kaleesh who made her way through basic training due to her brute strength and overly aggressive tactics. Today she would learn restraint. The Dark Side was powerful, but being able to bridle the beast and ride it made you unstoppable.

The second was just another human. Probably one of the youngest Acolytes Malus had come across. She would hopefully learn a great deal today, and if not, she would perish. The Sith did not have room for overconfidence and tactless assaults. However, rumor had it that she killed her own father for giving her the scars on her face. Maybe she would prove to be an avid warrior.

"The landing one, we are approaching." He informed the acolytes. "HMMmmmmm, quietly we shall proceed."

Sola's face rested in a frown. She surveyed the Sith accompanying her on this mission. One was a small, green creature that she found to resemble a grumpy old man. Which he probably was. Her other companion she had never met before. Automatically, she disliked both of her companions. She just hoped they were good in a fight. She supposed they might underestimate her due to her age. Sometimes she forgot she was only 14. She stayed silent when the small creature spoke. She was on this mission looking for any way to further her power. A hunger for power was something her father had instilled in her from an early age, and no matter how much she hated him, she always found herself looking for more.

This was...A strange mission for Anai. On one hand, the Kaleesh acolyte was more than used to being the physical backbone of a team, usually being the biggest and strongest one among them. That being said...Never had been the difference between her and her colleagues so grating.

On one hand there was a strange frog sith that talked in a funny manner. She didn't know much about that species but the green little fellow looked as old as he was small, she did know that the force didn't care about one's size so she didn't mind too much. But then there was the small girl, a human that had to be at least a couple years younger than her. Again, she was no stranger to people fighting since they were so young, she had been a warrior since she could hold weapons because of her Kaleesh upbringing, but this was the first time she saw it happen on the Sith Empire.

However, all of that didn't matter to her, she would put it aside. She always tried to do so during missions, always striving to reach the best results possible, but today was a difference matter entirely...This mission was personal to her. The people that were being terrorised were her own people, her home. All done by traitors to their own people, their own species, Kaleesh pirates that had abandoned their traditions and fought their own people without any semblance of honour. They were the lowest of the low and she would slay them like such.

Lightsaber on her belt and slugthrower on her back, Anai nodded at the strange frog creature, her eyes fixated on the landing zone ahead, ready to fight and kill...For the empire, for Kalee.

When the shuttle landed, the hatch hissed open for the three to make their way onto Kalee's soil. Malus hobbled down the ramp with his walking cane in hand. It was nighttime, so the darkness was going to be on their side. They had landed on a plateau just above the enemy camp as well. Though the distance was quite the drop, these three Sith had the Force on their side. The slope of the plateau was just steep enough for them to carefully slide down if needs be anyway.

"Your home, this is, hrm?" Malus was referring to Anai as he studied the unassuming camp below. "Great advantage, we now have. Lead this mission, you shall, yes?" The vigor in the Acolyte was as promising her physique. Malus could sense how direly she wanted to put these traitors in there place. Besides, this would be a test to see if she could lead as well as being led.

"Smaller and lighter we are. Yes, very small..." Malus looked over his shoulder, his glowing orange eyes glaring into the other Acolyte's. "But mighty we shall be. Learn from your elders, hrm? Or don't and perish, yes." The youngest of the group obviously thought little of her two companions. A dangerous mistake to make on such an occasion. Whether you enjoyed working with your comrades or not, every job must done correctly and together.

"What saw you, Miss Skhess?"

Sola walked off the shuttle, following the others. She stayed silent, watching her companions. She didn't like them personally but she knew the mission was of utmost importance. And they would complete it. That, she was sure of.

As she walked down the plateau, the chill of the night air made her shiver, and she wrapped the dark side around her like a blanket. Despite her silence, she was on high alert; eyes quickly scanning the terrain, tendrils of the Force feeling the air around them. A peculiar amount of the Force came off the small green creature. It would have been helpful to know their names but it would have been too friendly to ask her companion's name. When the small creature addressed the other girl as 'Miss Skhess', she retained the knowledge. The girl was also Kaleesh, so this mission must be personal to her.

Anai simply nodded in response as the small green creature told her to lead, using her cycler rifle's scope to get a better look at the camp...Just like she thought, it was the usual Kaleesh camp: a few entrances scattered on different ends of the camp, all of them guarded by two to four Kaleesh, around six guarding their tombs and...Well well well, it looks like they were throwing down a celebration at the center of the village with the usual bonfire and hunted game being cooked...She knew what to do now.

"Even if they are pirates, I doubt they will run away at the sight of us until it's too late, so thankfully we won't have to deal with anyone trying to escape" The Kaleesh acolyte explained, putting his cycler rifle out of the way as she leaned over the edge of the plateau "And thankfully, even if they're all trained warriors and have their own weapons...A good number of them are currently unarmed while partying." Anai stated, pointing at the center of the base where a good amount of smoke would be rising to the sky.

"We'll go...To the eastern entrance, seems to be the least used one, only a couple guards. We silently take care of them, then we sneak around to the center of the camp, take most of them out and then deal with the remaining ones: The rest of the guards and the ones that are not part of the party" It was a simple enough plan, but one that would allow them to slay most of them by the time the pirates knew what was happening "Let's go" With the plan explained, Anai would be the first to descend towards the camp, heading for the entrance she had talked about with conviction, she had been told to lead, so she would do so.

"Well planned, Anai. Follow your lead, we shall." Malus complimented the vigorous Acolyte. The Empire needed more refined zealots like this one. Malus would followed behind Anai, using the Force to augment his speed just enough so he could keep a steady pace with the larger Acolyte. Maybe Sola would prove to be more than an angsty youngling wanting to prove something to herself. If she followed through with Anai's plan and fought as valiantly as Malus, then maybe she was worth trusting. There was just...something off about the scarred Acolyte.

Luckily, Malus was small enough that he could easily make his way past the eastern gate unnoticed. He climbed up into one of the guard posts, quietly executing them by precisely cutting their heads off with his crimson blade. Then, before the opposite post realized what was happening, Malus leaped into the air, spinning his blade so he could also behead the other guards. When all was finished and the coast was clear, Malus gave the signal for the Acolytes to enter the encampment.

Malus dropped from the post in front of the exit, deactivating his lightsaber and placing it back as the handle of his walking stick. The partying pirates were about to face their punishment for their traitorous actions against the Empire and their own people. Malus wondered how Anai must have felt. She would prove herself to the Empire as a true member of the Sith today, should she succeed. Malus made a mental note to send a letter of encouragement concerning Anai's rank up to Champion.

Sola waited with Anai and watched as the green creature quickly and efficiently executed the guards. When he gave the signal, she started for the entrance to the camp. Sola knew the pirates had betrayed the empire, but other than that, she had received no other details on the mission. She figured she should kill any pirate that got in her way and then some. She pulled out her lightsaber, ready to activate it.

Anai's watched carefully as the small sith champion swiftly but carefully took care of the guards, both admiring that someone as small as him could take care of them but also making sure no one escaped alive or approached them while this happened and lived to tell the tale.

However, before getting too inside in the camp, Anai realized something...something which would perhaps be a problem "The moment someone comes across your non-Kaleesh footprints, they'll know something is off. Either cover your tracks or..." Anai gauged at both the acolyte and champion, they were pretty small "Hop on, I'll carry you both until the time is right." the Kaleesh acolyte added, waiting for them to get closer, she could perfectly carry Sola and Malus at the same time, just needed to make sure the younger one wouldn't get embarassed by it.

After sneaking around and avoiding the guards, the three sit would arrive at the center where the bonfire was located, a lot of Kaleesh partying, many of them sitting around a giant bonfire that filled the skies above them with smoke...This bonfire, however, gave her an idea.

"On my mark, go." Anai whispered at them before concentrating on the bonfire, the force gathering at that one place before she suddenly used it to create a big explosion of fire, the raging inferno hitting a great amount of Kaleesh warriors that were closer to them, people that would then die in a quick but painful manner as his very flammable organs began to explode "GO!"

The pirates were confused and unarmed, not expecting such a vicious attack and just now noticing the three intruders. Anai would get his cycler rifle out, shooting at those that were either falling too far back or getting closer to places where there might be weapons, it would be up for the other to slaughter the rest of the unarmed, honourless bastards.

Malus had no problem riding on the back of the Acolyte. It was also very clever and wise to use Anai's own genetics against her people. She was proving to be quite the Sith warrior. If she could hone her skills and might further, Anai might just be able to make a legend out of herself like the old Genera Grievous. Of course, it would appear that Anai was more than capable without cybernetic armatures.

When the fire exploded, engulfing a good number of pirates, Malus leaped into the air from the shoulders of Anai, igniting his lightsaber. One pirate swung a vibro-cutless down on the small Sith, but Malus simply stepped to the side and dragged his own saber through the Kaleesh as he jumped into the air. Ataru was perfect for a Force user of his size because he didn'y have to worry about being in tight spaces. To demonstrate this, Malus continued to lunge into the air, slicing his crimson blade through the air like a practiced acrobat. Heads, arms, legs- they all flew behind the pointy eared Sith.

However, Malus eventually had to take cover from a firing line of pirates. But he was not finished yet. The Dark Side coursed through the Sith as he closed his eyes, summoning the dark sorcery he had learned and mastered on Korriban. Then, he focused this power on one of the pirates who fired upon him, invading his mind and tying strings to it like a puppet. The Kaleesh's mind was weak, which allowed the Sith to sway his mind into thinking that his fellow pirates were the enemy. The next thing you knew, the pirate began killing off the others at point blank range.

This caused a distraction big enough for Malus to leave his cover and send a volley of red lightning blazing into the remaining pirates on his side. The blast was strong enough that it had flung a few of them, but if the attack didn't outright kill them, they wouldn't be awake for a long while.

Sola stuffed away her pride and let herself be carried the remaining distance up to the encampment. As soon as the little green creature jumped into the air and started the massacre, Sola gratefully followed suit. She activated her lightsaber and swung it, carving a brutal path of death as she went. The others, especially the little gremlin, would no longer doubt her abilities. She channeled anger that seemed to be always present, and decapitated, stabbed, and dismembered the pirates. She was not trained in any specific art of fighting, just the most effective, brutal way would do.

As she fought off the pirates, the dark side draped around her shoulders like a cloak and a tiny smile grew. This was what she was good at. Sadistic as it was, she was glad to have something she was good at.

Just as Anai had planned, she carefully took care of those that managed to slip away from Sola and get away from the scene, blood being spilled from the wounds of the much crueler slugthrower instead of the burn flesh that would come from both lightsaber attacks and the scorching marks of blaster fire.

With the unarmed Kaleesh slaughtered, Anai would put her slugthrower away and draw her lightsaber, getting closer to the other acolyte before noticing a group of well armed Kaleesh approaching them, those that had not taken part of the main party attracted to the center by the slaughter. Some would have cycler rifles, but others would be using more advanced blasters that they had stolen from raids against the empire. They would open fire at both acolytes as Anai mostly deflected, thinking about what to do next.

Sola paused for a brief moment once the Kaleesh from the bonfire party were all dead. She turned to her fellow acolyte, her saber still ignited, just in time to see another group of Kaleesh, this time armed with varying blasters, come forward. Sola went into a fighting stance and swung her saber in a circle, the blade creating a red circle in the air in front of her as her hands smoothly spun the hilt. She brought the spinning saber to a halt, and held it out in front of her.

As the incoming Kaleesh opened fire, she moved her saber back and forth, blocking the shots. She walked forward as she did, until she had reached the front lines. She extended a hand, and with the Force, ripped their blasters out of their hands, tossing them behind her. A laser from a blaster in the ranks behind the front broke through and with the same hand as before, Sola held the laser in place. Her arm trembled, but after a good 15 seconds where a few of the Kaleesh stared at her in shock, she managed to send it ricocheting back through the ranks, impaling a string of Kaleesh from the front lines to the back of the group.

While the other acolyte took the initiative and created a show of force to intimidate their enemies, Anai decided to take a simpler approach, slipping into the shadows as all eyes were on her. The blaster bolt would hit a good portion of the Kaleesh pirates but a few of them would be able to get out of the way, trying to get into cover, grab their weapons or even just run away before Anai herself closed the distance and cut them down.

The pirate camp was not that bing and so, Anai wondered if there were many still alive...And her question would be answered as a last group came into view: Well armed, well armored and looking more menacing, this group approached the two sith, one of them standing out from the others: The leader of the pirates, the Scarlet Kalee himself, wielding a big vibroblade "Mmph, for once the imperials send dogs with a good bite, but we'll make a good example out of you all the same, sith" The large Kaleesh said, his eyes locking on Anai for a moment, a grin forming behind his mask "And your tribe will come next, kid, I'll make sure of it" He added in the Kaleesh language, Anai's eyes showing nothing but pure aggression after that, running towards the man with lightsaber in hand just as the elite pirate squad started to open fire, this would be the last fight today, they would all be slaughtered.

When Sola looked up from the bloodbath, Anai had cut down the rest of the group that come up on them. Just as quickly, another group arrived. Fine, she thought. Their funeral.

She didn’t care for the leaders words. Anai charged straight for him and Sola covered her as blasters opened fire. She killed the other men without thinking, one swipe and jab of her saber after another. Was this all they had? If they wanted to challenge them they had to try harder. Even though the two girls were Acolytes, they proved their worth as they fought back with intense strength.

This would soon be over.
