The Shikari's "Black Jaguar" Armor
As a parting gift to a student sent out into the galaxy to use what they were taught and forge their own path, Tilith Krorle's Master felt obligated to ensure his student wasn't left wearing rags. Nothing would be more humiliating for all their training went overlooked because of her appearance. It was made light so it did not hamper her agility, and so it was not a crutch in her travels.
Most of the armor is a stern, light, and thin armorweave meant to weather typical environs. Hardy enough to stand up to some scuffing, but not enough to deflect an enemy's strike -- her training was expected to do that, and anything that slipped through her guard should leave a mark. The head, chest, and abdomen were given the bulk of the reinforced armor; enough to increase the odds of surviving a strike or some concussive force to stay in the fight. Meanwhile phrik gauntlets provide a means of defense even against some of the most lethal weapons, provided the wearer as the skill and awareness to block effectively.
The fully-enclosed helmet is equipped with a number of electronic systems to provide visual awareness to its wearer, along with a few enhancements to enable tracking, stalking, or hunting one's prey in most environments.

Functions
Function 1: Scout HUD
- Contains a 4x magnifier and Compass.
- Most often in the form of a heavy cape, skirt, or underlay beneath armor, armor weave provides some protection against the penetrating effects of shrapnel from explosives and other unpowered high velocity impacts, with only a small amount of bleed through damage (bruising or very minor wounds). It offers no protection against kinetic impact or energy, vibroweapons, or similar "powered" weapons. Having more than one accessory (example: Cape + underweave) provides no additional effect.
