The Jedi intent on stopping the Sith won't be able to do so from Ajan Kloss. Their enemy can strike anywhere in the galaxy, so the self-proclaimed "Guardians" will need to respond fast. The best way to do it is to have as many Jedi as possible operating all over the galaxy. But at the moment, there are too few Jedi, and they'd be picked off one by one. The second-best option is having a large number of Jedi, always ready to respond to a crisis. For that, they'd need a vessel large and fast enough. A home away from home.

The new Jedi Order doesn't enjoy the vast amount of resources that the Republic-affiliated Jedi of old used to have. And the Guardians haven't done much yet to secure support and unite the galaxy against the reformed Sith Order. But every journey starts somewhere.

...

Please vote for the ship that you'd rather see this little group start with. It is supposed to be a hub where characters hang out between missions and plot their next actions against the Sith. You won't be confined to this place, of course. But I imagine we'd be using this ship for a while before being able to affort a small fleet or even one ship akin to Nebulon-B frigate. If that ever happens.

Since there're too many choices, I left the ability to vote for more than one ship. So far, the goal is to narrow down the list. There may or may not be a vote about the ultimate winner; I'd just like to see people's preferences before going through with this.

...

FREIGHTERS AND TRANSPORTS

+ Hangar for 4 starfighters (not counting 2 docking rings)
+ Enough room for all of us (even for meditation and other day-to-day Jedi activities)
+ Fast and agile (70 MGLT, decent maneuvering)
+ Class 1 hyperdrive (faster than most)
+ Large cargo capacity (300 tons + 2 months of supplies)
+ Heavy shields
+ Somewhat remotely iconic (produced by the same company that built the Stinger Mantis from Jedi Fallen Order)

- Too expensive and high-maintenance
- Too flashy and luxurious for the Jedi
- Only 3 light laser turrets

+ Up to 4 fighters can moor (+2 extra docking ports)
+ Not too slow (60 MGLT, average maneuvering)
+ Sufficient cargo capacity (75 tons + 1 month of supplies)
+ Hardpoints for walkers (even though we probably don't need any)
+ Heavy shielding
+ Somewhat soon-to-be iconic (will be featured in Star Wars Squadrons)

- Requires 4 crew members minimum
- Only 2 (albeit heavy) turrets
- Class 3 hyperdrive (slower than most)

+ Seems roomy enough to house all the Jedi
+ Dedicated medical bay
+ Large cargo capacity (300 tons + 2 months of supplies)

- Only 2 quad medium turrets
- No hangar capacity (just 2 docking rings)

+ Seems roomy enough to house all the Jedi
+ Room for 2 starfighters in the container (plus one docking port)
+ Customizable (container can be removed)[

- Only 2 turrets (dual medium and quad light)

+ Fast and agile (80 MGLT, decent maneuvering)
+ Armed to the teeth (5 turrets, 1 warhead launcher)

- Not enough cargo space (1 ton, but at least 6 months of consumables)
- Probably not enough room for day-to-day lives
- No hangar capacity (just 2 docking rings)

CORVETTES

+ Has enough room for everything necessary
+ Iconic (do I need to explain?)
+ More than sufficient cargo capacity (and 2 months of consumables)
+ Fast (81 MGLT, average maneuverability)
+ Ample weaponry (6 medium turrets: 2 turbolasers, 4 lasers)

- Minimum crew of 7
- No hangar capacity (but 5 docking rings)

+ Has enough room for everything necessary
+ Iconic (do I need to explain?)
+ Sufficiently fast (70 MGLT, average maneuverability)
+ Ludicrous cargo capacity (and 6 months of consumables)

- Class 3 hyperdrive (slower than most)
- Limited weaponry (2 heavy laser cannons, 1 dual light turbolaser turret)
- No hangar capacity, and only 2 docking rings

+ Has enough room for everything necessary
+ Has a hangar (12 fighters, 4 freighters)
+ Fast (80 MGLT, average maneuverability)
+ 4 docking rings with hull-cutting tools

- Large crew requirement (52 minimum, 172 maximum)
- Less cargo than other corvettes (but 300 tons are sufficient, as are 3 months of consumables)
- Limited weaponry (2 fixed turbolaser cannons, and 2 quad light laser turrets)

+ Has enough room for everything necessary
+ Armed to the teeth
+ Fast and agile (80 MGLT, decent maneuverability)

- No hangar capacity
- Only 2 docking rings, but with hull-cutting tools
- Slightly less cargo than other corvettes (but 750 tons are sufficient, as are 3 months of consumables)
- Unlikely to be in possession of the Jedi
- Might be sending a wrong message

BONUS
+ Personal ship of Eisa Wex
+ Inconspicuous
+ Not too shabby
+ It's a bit tight, but all right if we don't fight
+ Squeezed but pleased
+ It has a buzz droid as ship mechanic
+ Seriously, don't you like the idea of flying a crowded ship with little to no personal space?

P.S. Yeah, you're allowed to choose up to 3 variants, and the voters are hidden just so that you wouldn't be shy about voting Rim Hopper.
P.P.S. Those who aren't involved are welcome to cast their vote as well. As in, "What ship should those Jedi be using?"

If it helps, Eisa and the crew might be nice and hang some hammocks in the cargo holds

Went with 3 of the faster ones personally. I like the idea of rapid insertion where the team is needed.
