Wolf Squadron (Personal Lore)



Wolf Squadron, also known as Wolf Group is a starfighter squadron in the Galactic Alliance Starfleet. The squadron was formed by Mae in an attempt to build a Sister/Brotherhood to complete missions with and watch each others backs. Their commanding officer is a human wanderer Mae, who has been involved in many conflicts for the Galactic Alliance at the controls of her Star-fighter, is building something special to improve the strength of the Rebellion.

BIOGRAPHY
Born to a begger family, his father worked as much as he could to bring little to his family and soon succumbed to the fever caused by his over working. His mother turned to begging the pilgrims who came to the planet for warship to get her son and herself by. Zeke later apprenticed at a local ship port as a repair tech and scrounger. It did not pay much but it got his mother off the streets and the knowledge he gained from his apprenticeship would be invaluable for his lifetime.


Shortly after his mothers death, by natural causes, Zeke, at age 25, went into service for himself hitching a ride on the first ship that was hiring able crewmen. Zeke served as a deck hand on the smuggling ship "Drifter" for 5 years before moving on to his next job. His time on the Drifter was also a learning experience within itself. He got to learn about the different species of the galaxy, their customs and the art of trade. The pay over the course of his time there was little to nothing more than room and board. What little he saved up, he was able to buy a somewhat respectable clothing and armor to stick himself out and take training courses in the ports they visited to further expand his knowledge base. The Drifter only got into a few scuffles, but when it did, Zeke was either at the command of one of the gun emplacements aboard the ship or on fire control duties, gaining him knowledge and respect for both.


When Zeke decided his time was done aboard the Drifter, he sought out work elsewhere including brief time spent on Luxury Cruisers in the inner core planets, deck crew for some large mining operations, and Co-pilot on some trade and cargo ships. On his last duty as a co-pilot of a trade ship, they were raided by a group of Pirates lead by *NAME HERE* and ended up joining the crew as the trade ship was scuttled shortly after.


Zeke has made surprisingly, lasting friendships with his crew-mates aboard the pirate ship that he now calls home.


PERSONALITY & TRAITS
Zeke is a quite man who talks more with his body language than anything else. He judges people he meets by the stories that they tell. He trusts few and likes even fewer. He is loyal to his captain, crew-mates, and ship. He is talented at both maintaining the ships tech and at the controls of the gun emplacements on the ship, but has little to no experience using a blaster rifle although he is always seen carrying a blaster pistol at his side, no one has actually seen him use it.

BIOGRAPHY
Born to a average family, Squido grew up fairly easily with little to worry about. At the age of 20, he ceased his education at the local academy and went to work with his father at the ship yards. He made a living for the next 15 years as a component installer and interface technician for the shipyards. He knew his way around any ship just by looking at it. Unfortunately for Squido, he had a problem with gambling his pay away and became a hardship on his family. He took the next available shuttle off the planet to join one of the other shipyards in the galaxy.


On his way to his new job and new life, his ship was raided by a group of Pirates lead by *NAME HERE* and ended up joining the crew as the shuttle ship was scuttled shortly after.

Squido is good at working on or around spacecraft, his other skills with pretty much anything else is sub par to poor. He has a gambling addiction. He fell in with pirates because it allows him to continue to gamble his earnings away without judgement.

BIOGRAPHY
The 3 brothers were born on Ando and lived fairly quite and easy lives until early childhood when their youngest of 5 siblings was killed in an act of bullying gone extreme. At that moment, something in Taz, the eldest brother, snapped and he became or better forced himself to be the toughest person on the block. With his next 2 younger brothers, Rork and Mog always at his side. The 3 were later conscripted into the local militia when they were barely adults and forced to go to war for their clan. In the war, they each picked up various skills and traits. Each were excellent shots with the blaster pistol and rifles but Taz took on more of a Leadership role while Rork took on a support role and Mog took on the roll of a brute. After being sent on a suicide mission, the 3 deserted the service and fled the planet. Working together on a mining barge for nearly a year landed them in a space port where they sought after better work fitting their skill set. This is where they met *Name Here*, who was shopping for a ship of his own and needed an able crew.



PERSONALITY & TRAITS
Taz shipboard skills lay in piloting as his primary skill and gunner as his secondary. He is skilled in both but lacks the technical smarts to know how they run and work. Rork's primary shipboard responsibility is in engineering as technical genius, however is poor to very poor in flying or arming gunner spots. Mog is a pure Brute, easily angered, he is kept away from others and is primarily used as a gunner and cargo manager.

Pia was born to a lowly mining family, he himself grew up in the mines and a carrier for the management before getting big enough to mine himself. He specialized in the explosives needed to blast through the rocks. He liked blowing things up too much and often snuck explosives out of the mine to use for fun. Later, after leaving the mines and joining the local governments military, he was happy to join the ranks of the explosive experts.


Becoming a pirate was a pure accident in his case. He accidentally blew up his training shuttle, luckily with no one in it, but marooned himself on a desolate moon. He was picked up and saved by *NAME HERE* and instead of returning to his commander with the shameful news of his accident, and surely court-marshall, he decided to join the mans crew.

Pia is a joyful little man who gets pleasure out of meeting new people and blowing things up. His main space-board responsibility is gunner and his secondary is leading boarding operations by blowing openings in enemy ships. On his free time, he helps build ammunition for the ship. He lacks some technical knowledge and is not destined to operate any heavy engineering to tech.

Born a slave on a slave ship heading to an outer rim planet, Blaze spent her life being sold from one person to another so many times that she does not know where she truly belongs. She has served many masters and many different responsibilities. She learned quickly as a slave that if she ever wished to be free one day, she would need to gather as much knowledge as possible first. So every time she had a chance to learn whether through her own slave profession at the time or from a passing stranger, she would do so. Her favorite responsibilities were when she was able to pilot a land speeder or on the rare occasions, space shuttles. She loved piloting and she took every opportunity to get back into a cockpit. When she finally was freed upon her last masters death, she found herself wondering an outer rim space port for work. A mining vessel full of "Hungry" men, took her on and she spent the next few years as a pilot of one of their mining drones. She then dreamed of piloting a star-fighter and being free in the stars.


On one of the mining ships transfers at a space port, Blaze met *Name here* and was offered a position as a star fighter pilot. She eagerly took the position.



PERSONALITY & TRAITS
Blaze is a kind and caring individual, but the long life as a slave has made it hard for her to trust someone. She has a dark past with some of her slave masters and men on the mining ship that makes her harder to trust men. She is attractive and has taken many tattoos upon herself to hide that beauty as much as possible. she has never operated a blaster rifle and is a poor shot with a pistol but has one by her side all the same. Her true love and skill is in the cockpit.

*Name* grew up in the shipyards above his home-world. He dreamed of one day becoming a pilot. After serving as a laborer for many years in his youth, he finally made his dream a reality as he became a construction drone pilot for his construction crew.


After nearly 2 years as a pilot on the construction crew over Mon Calamara, he became very skilled in tight maneuvers around space debris and other ships. His talent was recognized by a local Contractor and was recruited to pilot his private shuttle. When the contractor was killed on a raid by a local Pirate, he had a choice to join or death. He chose to live and became a pilot for the pirates who let him live.


*Name* was unsure about his new life as a pirate, however, he was treated with respect and paid, besides, it allowed him to be a pilot of his very own spacecraft.

*Name* is skilled at piloting and construction so he is able to help modify his and others ships. He however is not very skilled at ground combat at the moment and probably could not hit the side of a Mon Calamari Cruiser with a blaster pistol while standing 50 feet away. Most pirates end up a pirate from a somewhat harmless background and were forced into the world by unforeseen circumstances. *Name*, however, was born to a warrior guild of his home-world and was raised to be a vicious killing machine. While being extremely deadly in the water, he grew to love and seek a life in the stars. This drive to one day go to the stars alienated him from his guild and was soon after, banished.


While seeking a new life for himself, he found a life as a pirate an easy one until one day, he met *name here* who recruited him to become a pilot wingman.

DESCRIPTION

The LCX is a snubfighter that was originally manufactured by the Free Chandrilla Fleetworks, a research and manufacturing outfit created by the Rebel Alliance and originally staffed mainly by technical personnel from Senator Mon Mothma's home-world of Chandrilla. FCF later absorbed defectors from a number of Imperialized manufacturers, notably including a team from the Incom Corporation, which had created the Alliance's mainstay starfighter, the T-65B X-Wing.


Though the X-Wing was a capable machine, and was well liked by its pilots, Alliance Starfighter Command had constant issues with procurement. Although Rebel shipyards - with the help of Incom defectors - had managed to reverse engineer and start production of their own X-Wings, the design was complex and laborious to assemble, especially given the primitive conditions many Rebel production lines operated under. On top of this, the various components required by the design were expensive and difficult to source. Desperate to alleviate the constant shortages of equipment Rebel units faced due to production bottlenecks, Starfighter Command tasked the Free Chandrilla Fleetworks with developing an alternative to the X-Wing that would be simpler and cheaper to mass-produce in Rebel factories, but which would preferably not sacrifice the X-Wing's strengths.


Taking this difficult task in stride, FCF went to work.


The Low Cost X-wing, or LCX, was based on a simple design criteria; identify all the most complicated aspects of the X-Wing, and if possible, replace them with cheaper, simpler alternatives. The resulting vessel resembled almost a cross between an X-Wing and a TIE Interceptor; the type indeed recycled the main fuselage of the T-65B, albeit with a number of internal alterations, but the trademark variable geometry strike foils ("S-foils") had been replaced with long, fixed thermal regulation vanes, which eliminated costly, complex moving parts. The drive units, too, had been replaced; the four Incom 4L4 fusial thrust engines had been substituted for 2 units sourced from Koensayr Manufacturing. These units, while less sophisticated than those used by the X-Wing, were in the same family as those used by the BTL-A4 Y-Wing starbomber, and could use many of the same replacement parts, easing maintenance and repair; indeed, the LCX ended up having 50% overall parts commonality with the Y-Wing. Armament was essentially the same as the X-Wing, including 4 wing-mounted medium laser cannons, as will as 2 proton torpedo launchers of the same type found in the X-Wing. The LCX also carried a deflector screen generator, giving it the X-Wing's combat durability as well.


There were a few areas where the LCX came up short, of course. With its long thermal vanes in place of the X-Wing's compact S-foils, its overall length was greater by a full 2.5 meters, making it a bit more cumbersome for shipboard operations, and a larger target in general during combat. While the type was easier to manufacture and service, it was also slightly less forgiving; corners were cut with the ship's controls and avionics, giving it harsher handling characteristics than the X-Wing, and making it unsuitable for green pilots. Finally, and perhaps most glaringly in the eyes of many who had experience with the X-Wing, the LCX dispensed with its predecessor's astromech interface socket; this not only deprived pilots of their often beloved droid co-pilots, but reduced the ship's overall survivability, as the X-Wing's onboard droid was often used to affect in-flight repairs which the LCX, with no droid, could not undertake. Hyperspace travel was still possible, however, as the droid socket had been substituted for a simple navicomputer, although jumps were now accomplished with a slower class 2 drive compared to the X-Wing's class 1.


FCF submitted the first LCX prototypes to Starfighter Command at the beginning of 1 ABY, and within a year, flight testing had been completed. Starfighter Command had misgivings about the design, but ultimately had little choice but to adopt it, as the Alliance was still experiencing a severe bottleneck in starfighter procurement. Production of the LCX began in 2 ABY, with the first frontline units receiving the type in the early part of 3 ABY, a few months prior to the Battle of Hoth.


Ultimately, the LCX would never be a true replacement for the T-65B, which would continue in production at various Alliance factories. The LCX was mainly issued as a replacement unit for pilots who had survived the destruction of their X-Wings. It was not especially well liked by those who received it, being seen as a cheaper, coarser alternative to the more refined X-Wing; flying it was penance for wasting good equipment. Only a handful of Alliance squadrons ever used the type as a mainstay, and after X-Wing production finally picked up steam, of course, the type was increasingly marginalized.


The LCX did have its proponents, of course. Being dangerous for novice pilots due to its unforgiving controls, it was issued almost exclusively to pilots who had some prior experience, giving the type better overall results in combat. At least a few of these pilots attained ace status while flying the LCX, notably including Lieutenant Vivren Elker of Yellow Squadron, who downed an estimated 17 TIEs of various models during the Battle of Endor. The LCX, despite its unsuitability for rookie pilots, also served in an important role with the Alliance's pilot training program; it equipped the 254th Aggressor Squadron, who carried out dissimilar aerospace combat exercises against training squadrons equipped with other fighter and bomber types, including X-Wings. This training proved invaluable in providing green recruits with the skills needed to survive in combat against the Empire.


After the Battle of Jakku and the end of the Galactic Civil War, LCX production finally came to an end, with the New Republic understandably preferring the standard X-Wing line as its mainstay starfighter. This was not the end of the road for the LCX, however; examples retired from New Republic service were sold off to various Outer Rim governments, and a number even made it onto the open market. The type's simple design and ease of maintenance has kept them in service for decades. Indeed, in recent years a few of the mothballed production lines were sold off to Rekklemat Products, a small starship manufacturer which specializes in finding markets for obsolete designs. Rekklemat produces spare parts, and has even been building complete new LCX starfighters for several years, mainly selling them to collectors as reproduction warbirds.

DESCRIPTION

The Rambler-class freighter is a medium cargo transport produced by Republic Sienar Systems. One of the company's rare entries to the civilian market, the Rambler was built to fill a niche, and has done so quite nicely.


Out on the frontiers of the known Galaxy, logistics are a matter of life and death. Colonies and outposts which have not yet reached self-sufficiency rely on shipments of food, fuel and equipment, items which can only be brought in by ship. In these remote regions, however, shipping of anything can be a difficult and often dangerous proposition. Astrogation is often shoddy, with few direct hyperlanes, and there is constant danger from various natural phenomena, not to mention the scourge of pirates who haunt the Galaxy's lonely backrocket regions.


Typically, shipping through these regions is done with convoys, fleets of ships which can support one-another, and which are protected by heavily armed escorts, the weapons of most cargo freighters being less than adequate against the dangers they face. This method is safer, but costly; though much more freight can be transported this way, the cost per ton is more than many fledgling settlements can easily afford.


Designed by Sienar to meet the needs of these remote planets and outposts, the Rambler is a long-haul transport, resembling as much a far-ranging scout ship as it does a cargo hauler. Designed around the needs of remote planets and outposts, the Rambler has the consumables to delve deep into the thicket of ad-hoc hyperlanes at the edge of known space, able to stay in space for up to 6 months at a time without resupply. Crucially, it also does not, under most circumstances, require an escort; with twin quad laser turrets, it can fend off almost any threat it comes across. This, combined with a sturdy hull, means that the Rambler can travel solo even through dangerous regions, eschewing the need for a convoy or dedicated escorts.


All this, and the Rambler can carry a respectable payload. Cargo is loaded and unloaded primarily through two large hatches located amidships on the port and starboard sides, which open directly into two cavernous holds, each with a 45 ton capacity, for a total of 90. For oversized loads, the partitions between these two bays can be removed, creating a single enormous space.


Aside from the cargo hold, the Rambler has better-than-average crew and passenger accommodations, an important consideration on long voyages. Each of the 4 crew are allotted a private cabin with an attached refresher, extravagant compared to most freighters. The 16 total passengers are not quite so lucky, being forced to double up in 8 separate cabins, although these are considered spacious by freighter standards as well. Other amenities include a full galley with a high-end autochef, as well as separate crew and passenger lounges, located to port and starboard, respectively.


Notably, the Rambler is equipped with a medical suite, useful for handling emergencies in deep space. Often, these shipboard med-bays are the closest thing to a real med-center many remote colony worlds will see for decades, and when such vessels land, colonists will often travel to get appointments with a ship's doctor or even medical droid.


The Rambler can only make 40 MGLT in realspace, but is equipped with a class 2 hyperdrive, giving in excellent speed over interstellar distances.


Overall, the Rambler is a capable vessel, and has proven popular within its market. The type is most commonly found plying remote "bush" routes in the Outer Rim and Wild Space, and has gained a significant following among the pilots who make their living in such regions. Needless to say, the type has been a success for Sienar, and a lifeline to the Galaxy's most inaccessible worlds.

DESCRIPTION

This ship and model is fairly new to the marketplace. With an increased need for custom manufacturing, the Celtic was created to provide a mobile manufacturing plant that can be used to create custom components while in transit to delivery. Most mining vessels are not equipped with crew safety and comfort built in. With the multiple tasks required within this ship, a little more comfort and safety was built into it, but not much. To mine, the ship's drone pilots will fly their drones over to extract the ore from their target; the tractor beams are then used to pull the ore into the respective storage container or bay.


Due to room needed for the manufacturing plant, smelting plant, and somewhat upgraded hangar, much of the internal storage was lost. To make up for this, the bottom of the ship is lined with 6 docking ports which normally connect to external storage units. Also due to the fact that these storage containers are filled with a good amount of ore and are therefore very heavy, reinforced docking clamps had to be used to support the docking tubes.


Due to a lack of any offensive or defensive equipment besides the shields, this ship is recommended with a need of a decent escort to protect from pirate attacks and raids.


The Hanger is spacious enough to fit a shuttle or two starfighters or 8 drones, but not all at once. To deal with this issue, the ship was equipped with 2 quad docking tubes on both sides of the ship. Unlike the other docking tubes, the quad tubes can only be attached to starfighters or ships of smaller size such as mining drones. With the drones equipped on the quad tubes, the hanger can be well maintained with little effort.


The ships main portion is taken up by the Internal storage, smelting plant and manufacturing plant, leaving little left for the hanger and engines and additionally much less for the crew. Behind the main bridge is a cabin shared by the captain and his/her officers and a 2nd cabin shared by the crew and workers.


In conclusion, the ship is basically a mobile manufacturing plant and mining platform.

The Y-Wing Gunship has a top speed 90 MGLT thanks to its more robust engine system, but much like its Fighter/Bomber predecessor, she moves a bit on the slow side. Thankfully its heavy armor and Medium Deflector shield make up for the sluggish maneuvering.

DESCRIPTION
The BNG Y-Wing Patrol/Gunship was designed to hold a small crew and passengers and filling a need for Patrol and Recon ships. Koensayr Manufacturing decided to take the Y-Wing Gunship a step further with a small variation in the Assault ship model. This model filled the role that local security forces were looking for. They removed the two forward facing medium cannons and replaced them with light ion cannons so that they could disable fleeing ships instead of destroying them. The other modification added to this model was that the passenger space was replaced with a very small multipurpose room, mainly a lounge for the crew and fold down sleeping cots on the walls. As they saw with the BNG Y-Wing, a pilot could fly the ship and man the main cannons while a single droid could operate the two twin laser turrets. Although this worked, it was decided to add a 3rd crew member so that both turrets could be manually operated.

LEGALITY
Depending on the modifications to the Gunship, the Y-Wing is legal to all who can afford it.

Creating a re-skin with a few changes of the same caliber of the original more suited for my characters needs.

DESCRIPTION
The DMT-1300 was another copycat design of other medium transports around the end of the Clone Wars. It was designed with a detachable ventricle section originally intended for modular reconfiguration, allowing it to load a passenger section, a hangar bay, or cargo module. Production costs forced Dresden Manufacturing to scale back their plans and scrap their modular idea, instead going with a permanent cargo section.

Before the scrap of the idea, the DMT-1300 resembled a Low-Altitude Assault Transport with the cockpit in front, engines in back and not a lot in between.

It featured a surprisingly powerful engine and maneuvering thrusters necessary to push the ship through space, the additional weight and awkwardness of the cargo compartment providing a design challenge.

The ship was decently armed for its size and role, 2x quad light laser cannons were equipped, 1 covered the ventricle section, while the other covered the ventricle side, both used an impressive hail of laser fire to fend off light craft.

The DMT-1300 was popular with smugglers, merchants and luxury-men alike who often used the space for crew or passenger quarters. It was also used by Rebel forces as an assault shuttle. Even in the modern day it isn't an uncommon sight to see them flown by long haulers or in pirate fleets modified as well-armed raiding vessels.

Though an older design, it is relatively easy to bring up some of its systems to modern standards and get flying, though examples that haven't been refurbished and updated in some fashion are extremely rare. Some owners replace traditional cargo space with things like medical suites, communications arrays, or even weapons systems.

LEGALITY
Legal. Light freighters such as the DMT-1300 are considered innocuous enough under most jurisdictions, and are not restricted in most systems.

The personal home base of the Trinity Pirates.

DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT

The station was lightly manned with a garrison of Hutt guards to ward off local interlopers and a largely droid-based pit crew to handle cargo and ship repairs. It was not, in and of itself, vital to the spice trade, but stations like it helped to distribute the spice network and keep authorities from cracking down on one central warehouse or smuggling port. After the death of Jabba the Hutt and the dissolution of his empire, however, it and other stations like it were left to their own devices, and so the Hutt mercenaries decided to continue running spice through the station for themselves. Since then the station served as a pit stop for smugglers on Teth, until it was captured by the Trinity Pirates under the support of the Five Syndicates.

The name says it all, "No Forgiveness". All crime bosses of the Syndicates have the same reaction to hired smugglers ditching their cargo to save their own necks, "Unacceptable". Many of these smugglers then find a puck with their name on it or a death sentence from their previous employers. The Pyke Syndicates leaders went a step further to prevent such problems in the future. They instructed their slicers to remove all escape pods from the craft and gut the Wayfarer of all of its internal systems except for the shield generator and primary hyperdrive. No escape, no more excuses, only doing the job or die trying.

With the removal of 18 people worth of escape pods, 10 passenger seating area, the extra hyperdrive, all sleeping quarters and personal space, and minimizing crew from 7 to 3, the Wayfarer is able to hold an additional 55 tons of cargo. Crew of 3 can sleep in the hallways or makeshift tunnels as they are called now.

  • Growing up a slave, life was always hard for Mae. She was owned, along with her mother and brother, by a technology broker in the outer rim. He traveled planet to planet buying old and broken down equipment and fixing them up before selling it on the next world. Through this process, Mae, and her brother Jake, learned the trade and love for repairing broken technology. Their mother served as pilot and personal servant to their master.

    Just as Mae was starting to get joy in her life and learn how to be a pilot herself, she was sold at the age of 16 to a new master. She was sold due to a lack of profits in the past year and to settle some debt by her previous owner. This was the last time that she ever saw her mother and brother.

    Her new master used her as a techy on his ship far from the cockpit where she constantly dreamed of returning. He at least, knew how to keep his hands to himself until she had reached legal age at which time he tried to marry her. However, when she refused, her path became a dark one for many months there after.

    When she turned 19, she was able to escape the darkness and was freed by a Pirate, Rex Wolfbane, who boarded her ship and killed her master.

    For the next few months, she offered her services as a techy to Rex, in exchange for room, board, and of course, piloting lessons.

    By 20, Mae stood in an outer rim space port with something she has never had before, a choice to decide where her future lays.

    She quickly bought her own ship and soon after was in partnership with Rex and other pirates in looting and pillaging cargo ships in the far reaches of the galaxy.

    After setting up the Trinity Pirates with Rex and another friend she met along the way, Maddie Dawnstar, she finally found her role in life as a pirate.

    Seeing no other way to increase her standing without running into trouble with the Syndicates, Mae decided to do a job for them and test out the waters before eventually finding one she would join.

  • Mae seems shy and will keep to herself until she trusts someone enough to speak. When she does speak, she will freely speak her mind.

    She hates it when her size comes into question as a weakness. Yes, she may not be able to beat many in a physical fight or carry a lot of weight, but she will beat most with her sharp wit and cunning intellectual skills.

    She still has a love for repairing old tech like battle droids and while not in the cockpit or working, she would be found tinkering on a droid somewhere.

    BIOGRAPHY
    The 3 brothers were born on Ando and lived fairly quite and easy lives until early childhood when their youngest of 5 siblings was killed in an act of bullying gone extreme. At that moment, something in Taz, the eldest brother, snapped and he became or better forced himself to be the toughest person on the block. With his next 2 younger brothers, Rork and Mog always at his side. The 3 were later conscripted into the local militia when they were barely adults and forced to go to war for their clan. In the war, they each picked up various skills and traits. Each were excellent shots with the blaster pistol and rifles but Taz took on more of a Leadership role while Rork took on a support role and Mog took on the roll of a brute. After being sent on a suicide mission, the 3 deserted the service and fled the planet. Working together on a mining barge for nearly a year landed them in a space port where they sought after better work fitting their skill set. This is where they met Rex, who was looking for an able crew.

    Rex Wolfbane is a captain of a smuggling ship in the outer rim. He met Mae and pulled off a few jobs with her really gaining her trust as well as her earning his. Rex later joined a long term salvage job which the brothers had little to no interest in and they offered their services to Mae and to be her crew for the time being. That was 6 months ago and Mae is very happy with their addition to her crew as well as the loyalty that they have shown to her.



    PERSONALITY & TRAITS
    Taz shipboard skills lay in piloting as his primary skill and gunner as his secondary. He is skilled in both but lacks the technical smarts to know how they run and work. Rork's primary shipboard responsibility is in engineering as technical genius, however is poor to very poor in flying or arming gunner spots. Mog is a pure Brute, easily angered, he is kept away from others and is primarily used as a gunner and cargo manager.

Trinity Station or Teth Sibal as it was known at the time, began as a small waystation or smugglers hold in the vast Hutt spice network, letting smaller vessels stash cargo, pickup deliveries, refuel, and repair between larger stops. The station was lightly manned with a garrison of Hutt guards to ward off local interlopers and a largely droid-based pit crew to handle cargo and ship repairs. It was not, in and of itself, vital to the spice trade, but stations like it helped to distribute the spice network and keep authorities from cracking down on one central warehouse or smuggling port. After the death of Jabba the Hutt and the dissolution of his empire, however, it and other stations like it were left to their own devices, and so the Hutt mercenaries decided to continue running spice through the station for themselves. Since then the station served as a pit stop for smugglers on Teth, until it was captured by the Trinity Pirates under the support of the Five Syndicates.

  • Growing up a slave, life was always hard for Mae. She was owned, along with her mother and brother, by a technology broker in the outer rim. He traveled planet to planet buying old and broken down equipment and fixing them up before selling it on the next world. Through this process, Mae, and her brother Jake, learned the trade and love for repairing broken technology. Their mother served as pilot and personal servant to their master.

    Just as Mae was starting to get joy in her life and learn how to be a pilot herself, she was sold at the age of 16 to a new master. She was sold due to a lack of profits in the past year and to settle some debt by her previous owner. This was the last time that she ever saw her mother and brother.

    Her new master used her as a techy on his ship far from the cockpit where she constantly dreamed of returning. He at least, knew how to keep his hands to himself until she had reached legal age at which time he tried to marry her. However, when she refused, her path became a dark one for many months there after.

    When she turned 19, she was able to escape the darkness and was freed by a Pirate who boarded her ship and killed her master.

    For the past few months, she has offered her services as a techy to the Pirate who had rescued her in exchange for room, board, and of course, piloting lessons.

    Now, a few months before her 20th birthday, Mae stands in an outer rim space port with something she has never had before, a choice to decide where her future lays.

  • Mae seems shy and will keep to herself until she trusts someone enough to speak. When she does speak, she will freely speak her mind.

    She hates it when her size comes into question as a weakness. Yes, she may not be able to beat many in a physical fight or carry a lot of weight, but she will beat most with her sharp wit and cunning intellectual skills.

    She still has a love for repairing old tech like battle droids and while not in the cockpit or working, she would be found tinkering on a droid somewhere.

    BIOGRAPHY
    The 3 brothers were born on Ando and lived fairly quite and easy lives until early childhood when their youngest of 5 siblings was killed in an act of bullying gone extreme. At that moment, something in Taz, the eldest brother, snapped and he became or better forced himself to be the toughest person on the block. With his next 2 younger brothers, Rork and Mog always at his side. The 3 were later conscripted into the local militia when they were barely adults and forced to go to war for their clan. In the war, they each picked up various skills and traits. Each were excellent shots with the blaster pistol and rifles but Taz took on more of a Leadership role while Rork took on a support role and Mog took on the roll of a brute. After being sent on a suicide mission, the 3 deserted the service and fled the planet. Working together on a mining barge for nearly a year landed them in a space port where they sought after better work fitting their skill set. This is where they met Rex, who was looking for an able crew.

    Rex Wolfbane is a captain of a smuggling ship in the outer rim. He met Mae and pulled off a few jobs with her really gaining her trust as well as her earning his. Rex later joined a long term salvage job which the brothers had little to no interest in and they offered their services to Mae and to be her crew for the time being. That was 6 months ago and Mae is very happy with their addition to her crew as well as the loyalty that they have shown to her.



    PERSONALITY & TRAITS
    Taz shipboard skills lay in piloting as his primary skill and gunner as his secondary. He is skilled in both but lacks the technical smarts to know how they run and work. Rork's primary shipboard responsibility is in engineering as technical genius, however is poor to very poor in flying or arming gunner spots. Mog is a pure Brute, easily angered, he is kept away from others and is primarily used as a gunner and cargo manager.

Trinity Station

The personal home base of the Trinity Pirates.

DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT
Trinity Station is a fortified landing station located in the foggy cliffs of Teth. The station serves as home base for the Trinity pirates as well as their spaceport front. The station allows them to restock, resupply, and repair between jobs. Due to the fact that most of the lawless know of its location, so do those of more law-biding attitudes, naturally. To cover the main use of the base, a small star-port at the top and more visible part of the cliff was created to hide what is not seen in clear view underneath the thick fog cover.

The star-port at the top has seven bays around the center cliff cut into the cliff walls themselves. These are large enough to hold light freighters. It also has two sky platforms allowing larger ships to dock at the station. The interior of the star-port is the same as most others like it in the galaxy with nothing of note standing out.

The smugglers den and pirate base at the base of the tower cliff has a single large hanger able to fit multiple light freighters at once, as well as a large platform outside of the cliff to allow a single ship of much larger size to land. The interior of the base consists of mostly warehouses and crew space.

A large and highly secured freight elevator connects the port and the pirate stations for quick illegal merchandise exchanges.

DESCRIPTION
Based on an Corsair, the Wolf is the mobile base of operations for the pirate Mae Tecono, a member of the Five Syndicates. With a reduced cargo capacity from the original cargo vessel, thanks to the ship having larger engines, a hanger bay and weapons, the ship is designed for piracy and is considered rather good at it.

Weapons are concealed behind retracting doors, enabling the captain and their crew to get close to the target, disable it and launch a boarding action.

Appearing as a crude and boxy-looking vessel, the ship is 110 meters in length, with cargo capacity reduced, and replaced with communal areas and cabins, as well as holding cells, weapons workshops and more. The ship requires eight crew to operate and can carry additional sentients as required - be they as crew or prisoners of the captain.

Sublight performance is enhanced over the original model, able to hit 65 MGLT, with solid hyperdrives that enable it to quickly enter and exit hyperspace to conduct a raid. Unlike the ship upon which it is based, it can only carry 20,000 tonnes of cargo (unlike the Action VIs 80,000). A popular tactic for this vessel is to enter a shipping lane, pretending to be a cargo ship, sidle up to its prey, and open fire - disabling the target, boarding it, and making off with the spoils.

LEGALITY
Whilst this ship outwardly appears legal, the upgrades and weapons, once discovered, meaning the ship is very very illegal.

INTENT
To create a pirate ship of restricted status for 5S pirates to complete missions for.

RESTRICTIONS
This ship is a personal vessel, and can only be used by Mae and her crew as members of the 5S. This ship may not be used in any PvP action.

Jackson L. Samuel is the son of a wealthy family from Coruscant. He was brought up in privilege and never went a day without a roof over his head or a warm meal in his gut. He went to the good schools and made the right choices, and even married the perfect woman. After his marriage, he left for business school with an emphasis in corporate dealing and marketing. After his schooling, he hopped around the lesser known technology companies with jobs in Research & Development, asset market placement, and expansion dynamics. As he hopped he made a name for himself as an up and comer in the industry and even had a few holicrons written about him as the next big tech CEO.

He spent his last few years in a tech company that sold for 10 times the amount it was worth before he had arrived. Because of this success, he was awarded a very hefty bonus in which he spent on his wife and a new space yacht for the two of them.

He smelled blood or credits in the water, he was out to make it happen, no matter who he had to cut on the way. These ships had the ability to cloak using technology Zann bought from the black market. However, due to a side effect of this addition, the ships possessed no shields. To make up for it, they were equipped with extremely thick armor for protection. However, this extra protection dramatically affected their speed, making them very slow for their class.[1]


Also, these ships were equipped with mass drivers, which bypassed an enemy's ray shields, as well as standard turbolasers. Lastly, Vengeance-class frigates could overheat their cores to self-destruct if the situation called for it.[1]

Being originally designed by the Empire, the Vengeance-class Frigate was an experimental design that was meant to be an alternative to the Empire's already outdated Victory Star Destroyer line. However, the Zann Consortium stole the plans in a search operation on the first Death Star's wreckage, while also gaining the Tibanna gas to construct the ships in a raid on Bespin. After "convincing" a core of engineers to finish the plans The Vengeance was equipped with mass driver cannons which was unusual for a ship, also unique was the heavy engines that could propel the Vengeance at breakneck speeds for a frigate. The biggest problem with the Vengeance is the lack of shields, made up for with heavy armor. The Vengeance was best used in the role of artillery with the range of the mass driver cannons, and saw service in the Black Sun's fleets for the latter half of the Galactic Civil War.

DESCRIPTION
Mae was experimenting with Kyber Crystals and what they can be used for besides light sabers. She knew that powerful weapons were created using giant Kyber Crystals, so she experimented using large amounts of Kyber crystals in replacement for a single large one, but respectively met the same error or failure. She then thought of the idea of using Kyber crystals to make individual chambers such as the Kyber Cell that could be combined to power large weapons such as turbo lasers, and was successful, however the amount of crystals needed for a single turbo laser use out weighed the merit for such a sacrifice. She then played around with the idea of using them on a Starfighter and giving a single use turbo laser, but that was pointless and also fried all the components of the experimental starfighters. Lastly, she decided that there was not much use for her idea except to provide starfighters an emergency reserve energy source. She developed and refined the Kyber Cell down to what it is now.

Built to contain an extreme amount of Kyber Plasma Energy, syphoned from Kyber Crystals. Kyber Cells can be used to temporarily power energy weapons for a few shots , give a 20% boost to starfighter shielding (up to a maximum of 200% and any energy over 100% has a halflife of 10 minutes), or to boost engines by 300% for one quick burst, however with a 20% chance to be a dud or overwhelm the engines causing them to shut down (roll a 1-10. 1 = dud. 10 = overload and engine failure). Built small enough to be used in Starfighters. Energy has to be syphoned manually and not by droids due to electronic interference. A single Kyber Crystal can only be Syphoned once per 15 minute period.

LEGALITY
It is frowned upon by most Force Using Individuals to manipulate Kyber Crystals. Most system authorities will confiscate if not destroy the cell if it is recognized.

INTENT
To create a boost to starfighter systems. I plan on downsizing to a starfighter for my character: Mae Tecono, and feel this would be a good customization tool.

RESTRICTIONS
Restricted to PvE use only unless preapproved by PvP opponent as a counter to something they may have.
