umm hi? i have a few questions.

Hey. Im new here..
I kinda just started up because after getting hyped up to Force Awakens, i watch Clone Wars (2D animation) and i started to create a character in my head. And i became really driven to Rp. So i have spent a week to read up on all the sights rules and info (note im still not in touch with the time and story line sadly)
Sooo im BlackJacks (as the card) but im more known for BlackJackal through gaming and other sights. Ive rp'ed for a few years but im still very much learning! I have never been on a Rp forum slight like this, the closes its FR is anyone knows.

I do have some questions if someone would be so kind to answer them.

1. What is the sights policy to new races (oc races)

Why i ask is that i would like to/have created a character based off the Fallen Captains from Destiny.

2. Creating a Sub-Account is that were you create your Character? Or how do i create a character profile? (im sorry if i missed something or im just blind)

Just to note i do know how to lay out i just need to know were i place the info.

3. Ive seen a lot about the timeline, so could someone please explain the basis..

I do intend to read the "Star Wars Legacies: The Story So Far" and "Story New Timeline: Dawn of the Republic" but i would still love to get some explanation. And is there any use for me to get into a "Sign-Up Thread" (thinking id join the Hutt-Cartel to join one Rp at least before the reset) or??​

Hello and welcome to the site!

Here are your answers!

1. I'm sorry I can't answer that, an admin can. But I can say that whatever rules exist on the species submission is bound to change because of the new rules that will be implemented when the new timeline arrives

2. Sub accounts are completely optional and you don't have to create one, I personally don't use one. You can post your character profile here

3. The new timeline will be set 1000 years before the Clone Wars. There will be the Border Alliance, The Jedi Order, The Sacred Band of Ziost and the Sith as main factions. The Republic will be in a kinda Dark Age and is struggling a bit. Crime is getting bad in the Outer Rim and the Sith are planning on returning to the galaxy. That is the outline, if I'm correct.

In terms of Sign Ups, if you wanna join a faction you must post in a sign up. But don't worry to much about it. They'll just look at your character, judge it and let you in within a day or two. You don't need to sign up for anything if you wanna be an indie.

Welcome! @Tristyn crime is always out of hand in the outer rim that's just how it goes ^-^ as for player created species just don't blatantly rip off the series and you should be fine... because that's plagiarism and that's bad.... anywho as Tristyn said as we go into the new tl, new rules will be in effect for just about everything. Also he pretty much hit everything else right on. Enjoy your stay and if you need anything else we're here to help!
