OOC: Any Jedi/person wanting to help is welcome.

AMS was a virus that was currently rampaging across the galaxy and nowhere could this be seen more clearly than the planet of Utapau. With an infection rate of 95% on the planet, most people rich enough to be able to afford transportation offworld had already done so, leaving behind a grim 5 percent of the population to fend for themselves against the hordes of what were essentially zombies rampaging throughout their homeworld.

Well, Drow Venn, for one, wasn't going to stand for it. He was a damned Jedi and Jedi didn't leave behind to languish in torment in despair. He and the Order might not have the resources necessary to be able to locate and evacuate everybody on planet but they could save some. When he'd heard about just how bad it'd gotten, Drow had leapt into action, calling other Jedi and any nearby mercenaries/heroes in the system on a system-wide call for aid. His next call was to the planet itself, asking for any survivors to identify their location so he could best help them. After almost a day of flying, someone answered his call.

A collection of huts made up Rock Canyon village, where a community of Utai miners and their Pau'an overseers resided. While a few cowardly and wealthy higher-ups of the oil company had fled, some of the Pau'an overseers and administrators had stayed behind to help their fellow Utai fend off the hordes of zombies. Well, that and because they were left behind with no ships either. The villagers of Rock Canyon had endured losses but they were now all well-armed and all keen to survive.

But that could be solved. Drow, flying around the planet had found a spaceport a few miles from Rock Canyon that had been long overrun by the AMS zombies. But there also happened to be a freighter in one piece at the spaceport that could house all the Rock Canyon villagers and get them off-planet. Alone, the villagers couldn't make the trek towards the spaceport but with a Jedi and his companions there to protect them, they could stand a chance. So, Drow had offered to guide them and as he led the column of marching Utapauans across the desert, he turned around to see how his companions were doing.

"How's everyone holding up?" he asked, trying to keep morale up, though it was difficult knowing an attack could come at any minute.
