DESCRIPTION
With the V-2 Holdout Blaster, Blast Tech aimed to design a weapon that would be both light and easy to conceal, as well as versatile and durable. It was supposed to become a tool for law enforcement agencies and guard details, and not for combat action, putting functionality and ease of use before damage or stopping power. Incorporating an inordinate amount of cast last parts, the weapon is exceptionally light, and its reduced size offers for easier concealability. It is easily taken apart into four main components, and can easily be cleaned. Also various models can be easily attached to the gun, for example a red dot scope, flashlight or TLLM (Tactical Laser Light Module)

LEGALITY
While technically legal as a normal pistol, the V2 was never released to the open market. Instead it was targeted directly towards Law Enforcement personnel and selected military forces. It therefore has the reputation of a "Cop gun". One will not find the V2 on the open market, and authorities finding these pistols on non governmental or legal personnel, will generally react with caution.

INTENT
My intent with this gun was to offer a more elegent option when compared to the other blaster pistols. A less bulky and big pistol that can be hidden more easily, and feels more like something a Sector Ranger or Policeman would own in the core of the galaxy. Also the light weight and use of cast-plast is seldom seen in guns in Star Wars, and I wanted to offer a gun that stands out. Furthermore the modular way the weapon can be easily modified for the right situation provides a in my opinion neat feature to the pistol.

RESTRICTIONS
If the character in question wants to use this gun, while not being part of the Sector Ranger faction, or operating in the outer edges of Space, he should have a rather good explanation for having obtained this weapon. It should however be obtainable

Sorry, but faction-specific tech must be submitted by faction leaders. Also, your formatting does not match the template, and the image you've chosen is very obviously a projectile weapon.
