Hmmm, we could try one of the Scandinavian countries...this one hears that the Setites there are big fans of Jormungandr; not to mention that there is also a large abundance of Gangrel there ever since the Viking Age.

Okay, I have a proposal for you guys. The city of Perfection, Nevada lies in the north-western part of the state, and is a tri-state area, that being that the city crosses the borders of Nevada, Oregon, and Idaho. A city born from ambition and greed of the early settlers, it was blessed with a booming mining industry, which soon faltered with a strange set of unusual accidents. The city now serves as a haven for those who look to live outside of the major cities. For our story, the prince of Perfection is seen as a relative moderate, enforcing the laws but keeping a rather relaxed hold on those who live in his city. Reclusive to the point where some have never even seen his face, and known to wear a mask, secrecy dominate the powers that be in perfection. Oddly, for those of the world of darkness at least, perfect seems to live up to its name, for a high rate of crime, vast network of former mining tunnels, and accords made by both gangrel and tremere, have allowed a tenative peace to exist between werewolves, vampires, and even mages, the simple rules being a live and let live approach.

That sounds pretty cool to me. I both a task and purpose in the setting. So for this are we able to choose any clan or type of vampire? Im new to the masquerade setting sorry.

Well, it'll depend on what you pick. I'd like to keep this game primarily camarilla focused, but I'd be willing to be lax with the variant clans or antitribus. There are some though that I'll say no to, such as an Assimite proper or playing an Cappadocian. Caitiff's are allowed, but the powers require approval first. Fun fact, the sheriff of Perfection is a Caitiff, and is begrudgingly acknowledged by those in the area, and a relative hardass.

It should be noted, that most will be limited to 3 disciplines, and I am debating whether to limit the cap on how far you can be in a discipline, with a max cap of 3. 1 discipline will be 3, another will be 2, and the final will be 1. Do you guys have access to the core rulebook or the white wolf wiki?

Sounds...perfect to me; though I'd recommend keeping the Werewolves away...Garou see Vampires as a manifestation of Wyrm taint.

As for Disciplines, I'd say let us level them up over time...gives us something to work for. :D

A character sheet would come in handy, especially since WoD character sheets are pretty unique.

Alright, let me type one up real fast. It's gonna be a bit simple, but I think it will do.

Name:
Age:
Clan (Include if you are a variant/antitribu):
Allegiance (Caramilla, Sabbot, or Anarch):

Stats (Optional, since I mostly don't plan to roll for stuff like this. You get 3 sets of numbers for this, for the three groups of stats below. One has 7 points to distribute per stat. Another will have 5. And one will have 3. Each person starts with 1 point in each stat. With 1 being below average and 6 being god tier)
---------------
Strength:
Dexterity:
Stamina:

Appearance:
Manipulation:
Charisma:

Perception:
Intelligence:
Wits:
--------------
Skills(What does your character focus on doing?):

Humanity:
(Basically how human you view the world/act. 5 is a normal callous human, the lower you get the closer to a sociopath or feral beast you get. The higher your humanity, the more easily you are able to emphasize, have self control, and are able to blend into society to feed easier)

Disciplines(List which has a rank 3, which has rank 2, and which is rank 1, and a summary of what they do):

Physical description:

Backstory:

Skills(What does your character focus on doing?): An Australian Army Officer in life, much of Mick's skills revolve around weapons, surivival and tactical knowledge. He's pretty skilled when using his .44 magnum and his axe. He's a pretty spry Kindred and it shows in his fast movement and reflexes. Intellectually, he's very good at riddling puzzles and often thinks outside of the box when it comes to investigation and information gleaning. As such, his most powerful talent emerged as a manifestation of the madness present within Malkav's blood. In exchange for horror or ecstasy-inducing hallucinations, Mick can glean an oracular portent that the vision shows him...if he isn't too caught in the moment.

Humanity: 7

Disciplines(List which has a rank 3, which has rank 2, and which is rank 1, and a summary of what they do):
3. Dementation: Can affect a person's emotional and sensoral wellbeing, as well as divine information about the individual at random.
2. Obfuscate: Can mask presence accordingly.
1. Auspex: Can enhance basic senses.

Physical description: At 6ft2 and possessed of a lanky build, Mick is the last person you'd expect to have survived the horrors of Vietnam. His face is high cheekboned and thin, his hair worn short, his nose angular and his face always has glasses on them. His neck still bears the ugly mark of his suicide, clearly showing that he should favoured tweed suits, scarfs and bowties. The rest of his body has a few scars from the Vietnam war, but they are nothing compared to ones his mind has. There are times that his voice can get croaky, but that can be worked over with more speaking.

Backstory: Born 11/01/1948 in Alice Springs Australia, Mick Blenkinsop was the son of an Australian military officer and a lounge singer. From a young age, he was more of the intellectual sort, but his father had other ideas for him. Pressured into joining the Australian Army's Officer corps, Mick had the dubious misfortune to earn his commission in the time leading up to the Vietnam War. When that time came, his innate oracular ability saved a fare few of his men, but the ones that didn't survive began to get to him. All Mick had was a rush of energy, a determination to see his men to safety...but when the war ended, all that energy was gone, replaced by a crushing despair. Combined with his fellow Australians seeing him as a monster, this began to gnaw at his will to live until he finally had enough. On Christmas day, 1974, he tied a noose around his neck and proceeded to end his suffering; as his life ebbed away, he heard footsteps. Later, he would wake up with a gasp of air, his throat still had the marks yet he was alive. His 'saviour' revealed himself as Stelio Katsionis, who revealed himself to be a Vampire, and that Mick was as well...and that their blood made them twice-damned. They were Malkavians, madness incarnate, and the Australian would bear such a burden till the Final Death meets him

Formalities sake, really. Just a tool to help get accross "Im good at this" vs "Im not good at this". Plus it was easier to include it and make it optional versus just getting ride of stats all together.
