Alex stared at the message on her datapad. Her finger hovering over send. She scanned the page again. It was addressed to Zak, Kaisa, Lena, and Tedimor. The message clear enough. (@Logan @Apollyon)
Something is wrong on Coruscant. I can feel it…even here. I have searched the Force for answers, but the distance is too great. I am certain it extends beyond the loss of the Chancellor. I had thought to send a Knight or Master, but the danger is too great.
I am going to Coruscant. I will update you all when I can. When I return, we should discuss how to approach this reorganized Empire.
She hit send. Alex took a deep breath before turning to the holorecorder. “My brother and sisters. We are alive. I know the loss of Yavin weighed heavy on many of you…but we have overcome…we have survived…we are alive. The heart and strength of our Order has never been clearer. We did not fall. We rose above.” The Grandmaster leaned slightly forward.
“There is no greater example of this than our new generation of Jedi stepping forward. They have shown courage, conviction, and faith in the Light. Padawan Thorne, Jedi Pavan, Padawan Baudelaire, Padawan Sipal faced a Sith Master and rid the galaxy of that dark stain. (@Sreeya @Alhon @Zay @Altaris) They are a credit to their young peers. But the galaxy is changing and our Order with it. We should not resist that change. I urge you all to focus on how we can heal the galaxy. Repair the damage done by the Killik and the Sith Order. We have a rare chance to make lasting impact. We must take it.” She leaned back. A content smile on her face.
“May the Force be with us all.” The holo cut off and Alex went to change. She was going to Coruscant.
