Hey, long time star wars fan getting back into some roleplaying and I found your site. Really looking forward to starting and playing some excellent matches:

How often are there events here?
What is the best way to meet new people?
What is everyone comfortable with in terms of RP'ing?

Hope to meet some cool people and develop some amazing storylines, I love the possibility to actually have an impact on the galaxy in game.

Hello and welcome! I'm a fairly new member myself, but I'll take a stab at answering your questions with the caveat that the admins have a better sense for the site than I do.

1. Events aren't specifically scheduled, but usually there are 1-2 per month.
2. I've found that the best way to meet and converse with folks is to join the Discord (you'll find the link by the Story tab at the top of the forums).
3. That is a broad question, and I think the best answer is that it varies from writer to writer. I haven't read any graphic descriptions of violence or sex, but there definitely are romance threads.

Welcome! I’m an older newbie (joined at the begging of 2020). We’re always glad to have more people joint us. You can absolutely RP your way up to having major galactic, influence, though it may take some time. One of the things that I love is that new and old players alike are included in all events and mission packs.

1. I agree with Slagathor. Events can be focused more on character development and fun or big battles. Whatever floats your boat, but there is frequently an event running.

2. Joining the discord is highly recommended. Everyone is friendly. I can extend my offer for threads here, but you’ll likely find lots of folks to meet there, too.

3. The site is rated PG 13. Mods correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe graphic sex and sexual violence are strictly out of bounds. I think violence is alright as long as it is not overly gratuitous, and the occasional swear is allowed. As for RP taste, there is a whole range. I tend to like character stories and social threads, but there is also room for combat, political intrigue, and crime. I would DM people individually to ask if they were okay with romance or want character connections.
