Who else likes big ships?

Hi there! I’m a fan of big ships like frigates, cruisers, destroyers, and whatnot. Is this game good for that kind of thing?

Hello, Burtch! Welcome to the forum. In answer to your question, it certainly can be! We have rules regarding tech, what can be used and by whom, but we have plenty of big ships to liven up our threads!

Hello there, welcome aboard!

I’m fairly new myself but generally larger ships (ie. capital ships) are Faction-owned assets, meaning your character may have access to them but do not outright own them.

So, in a case where a navy officer works for a faction, it would make sense that he would be assigned ships, and he would command those vessels on behalf of the faction he works for?
