The Witch of Endor and Eden Apocrypha, Apprentice to the Witch, stood in front of the behemoth Sandcrawler. The Sandcrawler had been damaged and abandoned. What Eden found strange was that the Sandcrawler hadn't been stripped of its technology and equipment. That was the normal procedure for Jawas when they had to abandon a Sandcrawler.

So why hadn't the Jawas done so?

Eden's dewback yawned. Eden was glad that her master, the Witch of Endor, was gifted with Animal Friendship. The Witch had befriended two Dewbacks, one for each of them. They had then ridden the giant lizards to the Sandcrawler.

Eden still wasn't sure why they had come to this specific location in the Dune Sea of Tatooine. They had been traveling to Taris beforehand. She had sensed that something tragic was about to happen. However, on the way, she had suddenly changed course to Tatooine. The Desert Snail, Eden's ship, flew to Tatooine at top speed.

"What's so important about this place?" asked Eden.

The Witch of Endor didn't answer right away. She scanned the horizon, a twilight sinking behind hills of sand.

"I felt as if you should visit another Sea," answered the Witch finally.

"So suddenly? We were on our way to Taris." Eden had to give the Witch credit. On the holonews, there was a report of a space station collapsing in Taris.

"Yes. It's important. All the Seas are."

Eden groaned. The Witch had, on numerous occassions, talked about five Seas: the Sea of Trees, the Sea of Lava, the Sea of Islands, the Sea of Swords, and the Sea of Sand. The Witch had taken Eden to the Sea of Trees and the Sea of Lava, which turned out to be Endor and Mustafar respectfully. Eden had learned that the Sea of Swords was in fact more like a sea of skyscrappers; she guessed it referenced Coruscant or Corellia. The Sea of Sand, The Witch had recently revealed, was Tatooine. The Sea of Islands was the only place Eden had yet to figure out.

The Witch reached out and patted the unhornested Dewback on the head. The Dewback walked foward, followed by Eden's. It circled the Sandcrawler. As it neared the rear, the beasts stopped. The Witch slid off her Dewback; Eden did the same.

"We have company," said the Witch.
