Xukas, who occasionally prefers to simply call himself by his associated alias, Mangle, is a 25 year old male Shistavanen who's documented homeworld and birthplace is Uvena Prime. His current ranking is that of a Sith Champion, and his documented allegiance is to the Sith Empire.

Early Life Sith Champion

• As Uvena Prime is typically hostile toward outsiders, information on Xukas' past is scarce, and one can rely only on what he has personally stated about himself, though his trustworthiness in this regard is dubious, at best. Xukas claims that he served as a ruthless protector of his people, fending off any threats to the relatively small town that he called home. He had discovered, as a young pup, that he possessed the unique ability of telekinesis, as well as reflexes that appeared uncanny, even among his own quick-minded people. Though such so called magics were seemingly rare for Shistavanen, they were not entirely unheard of, and Xukas was seen as something more akin to an asset than a curse, and was, over the course of the years, permitted to practice with his abilities away from the village.
  
  At some point, a territory dispute with a warring neighbor resulted in an attack against Xukas' home-town, and though he and his fellow soldiers were successful in fending the wolves off, the price was high, and many were lost in the fight.
  
  
  
  One of the victims was the woman that he had been courting at the time, who had attempted to guard her home and family from the warriors that had broken through the guard's ranks. Xukas was enraged, and determined to seek revenge on those that had taken so much from him. Filled with hatred and fury akin to a poison in his veins, the Shistavanen struck out on his own the following night, headed for the cliff-side village that housed their war-hungry neighbors.
  
  Only a half hour past midnight, Xukas descended upon the village, and consumed by his fury toward it's residents, calls to the force with sinister will, drawing the surrounding shadows into streets and homes, extinguishing light sources with a shroud of black. Chaos and panic erupts as Xukas descends upon the fearful, tearing through solder and civilian alike. While they could only swing wildly into the shadows, Xukas could sense their positions, and by the end of the night, there was an eerie silence resting over the town. The morning light exposes nothing but gore and splattered blood stains.
  
  Coincidentally, a war party from his own village had been making the trek into enemy territory to mount a counter attack. When they saw Xukas and the mangled remnants of their foe, they were horrified by the brutality and indiscriminate killings of the attack. Facing the wrath of his own people, he chooses instead to flee into the misty woods, where he would eventually make his way the miles down to the coast, and to a much larger, more diverse city. It was there that Xukas was able to escape the planet, where he eventually found himself within Imperial Space. Soon accepted as an Acolyte among the Sith, Xukas displayed both a strong connection to the force, and an exemplary combat performance, and with his powerful sense of loyalty and dedication earning him quick favor among the ranks, he is eventually promoted as a Champion of the Sith.
• One of his first orders of business was establishing himself as a dependable and loyal patriot if the Empire. Xukas adopted the persona of a lawman, of sorts, traveling Imperial Space and aiding it's citizens in times of need, destroying criminal underbellies, drug syndicates, and pirate nests. He also worked to establish an Imperial propaganda blog on the holonet, for the sole purpose of increasing the Sith's reputation within it's own space. As the war with other governments continued throughout the galaxy, Xukas worked to maintain peace within Imperial territories, even going so far as to recruit other Sith to assist in his efforts.
  
  Xukas personally led a relief mission to the world of Felucia, in the hopes of clearing out some dangerous Jungle Rancors that were threatening the planet's most precious export, their nysillin crop. He also worked to establish a relationship with a Sith geneticist, intending to create bioweaponry on behalf of the Empire. Ultimately, though Xukas fell into the background, managing the Imperial propaganda network of his own creation, The Imperial Patriot. Much of the proceeds gathered from the company were donated directly to Imperial Assets, furthering financial stability and power throughout Imperial space. Occasionally, Xukas would work with law enforcements of Imperial planets to apprehend troublesome targets, but was otherwise absent from the warfront raging across the galaxy.
  
  
  
  
  
  His back-seat appearance appeared to work well in the guise of a businessman, but less so in terms of progress within the Sith Order itself. It was ultimately this conflict within his mind which led to Xukas finding himself upon the planet of Shili, the Togruta homeworld. The scouting mission was ultimately a failure when local security forces observed Xukas' attempt to break into the capital's power station, leading to a chase through the streets, and his untimely defeat at the hands of two Jedi, of whom promptly apprehended him.

PSYCHOLOGY​

Always the loyal beast, so much so that the occasional, 'good dog' joke has been brazenly passed around, though not usually without a few vicious bite or claw wounds to show for it. Dedicated to the expansion of the Sith Empire at all costs, Xukas is willing to kill, maim, and sabotage his way through both soldier and political opponents alike. Though he may prefer not to speak much, Xukas isn't necessarily antisocial, and does enjoy getting to know his fellow Sith. He may often be described as having a cold exterior with little room for warmer emotions such as romance or affection, though this is simply a misconception by those who fail to get close to him.

For the most part, Xukas possesses an eerie calmness, even in tense and chaotic situations. His rage is as equally quiet, but nonetheless brutal. Intolerable of weakness and failure, he will disregard those he deems beneath him while simultaneously idolizing higher powers. He no doubt aspires for greater strength, not only for himself, but for his Empire, and has little fear of death, entirely willing to give his life in sacrifice, if he can be certain that it will be of great benefit to the beliefs he holds dear. Xukas finds a thrill in battle, and an enjoyment in victory, and he is all too eager to support and protect the civilians and assets of the Empire.

Why does Xukas feel such blind loyalty to the Empire? While he is aware of the atrocious acts committed by the Sith, even in their current form, Xukas believes that the Empire brings stability and security through sheer domination. While democratic governments bicker over what they believe is best, unable to come to solutions, Xukas believes that the perfect galaxy can only exist under a single, supreme rule that leaves no room for protest or strife. In other words, Xukas believes that Imperial domination is the ultimate path to galaxy-wide peace.

As a result, Xukas has an interest in gathering Imperial assets, typically those that can be used to benefit the Empire as a whole. He enjoys dabbling with and investing in businesses that suit his interests, and will happily donate to other pro-Imperial organizations. He is also all too eager to help his fellow Sith. He is also not opposed to forming alliances and partnerships when deemed advantageous, and his cold personality makes him quite accomplished in maintaining his goals, without concern for what it moral, or right. Xukas is not a sadist, and he does not simply kill for fun, but he can be undoubtedly cruel when the benefits outweigh the cons.

While Xukas and Mangle are interchangeable, and one and the same, Xukas does have a habit of using the name Mangle while taking part in potentially violent Sith activity, and Xukas for virtually everything else. There is no real difference in personality, it's simply a personal preference, and Xukas' attempts to distance his more gruesome habits from the more pleasant ones.

APPEARANCE​

Standing at 6'9" in height, nearly seven feet tall, counting the extended ears, Xukas is an imposing figure of muscle and dark grey fur. With fiery eyes that glow with the corruption of the dark-side, he certainly looks the part expected of a Sith. Long fangs poke from elongated jaws, rows of jagged canine teeth lining pale gums. Large hands eventually curl into massive, talon like claws which serve as ruthless weaponry in hand to hand combat.

Xukas can often be seen wearing leathers of some kind, as he isn't normally one for overly flashy suits or burdensome armors. One of his favorite outfits is a crimson and brass colored, loose fitting selection of stylized leathers that provide both flexibility, and light protection against minor scrapes and cuts.

• Quick, powerful, and ruthless in battle. Xukas is both an accomplished duelist, and practitioner of the Dark Side of the force. Though he may not be the best at diplomacy or stealth, he is at least average in dogfighting.
  
  Xukas is skilled with force techniques such as Shroud of Darkness, Telekinesis, Force Sense, Force Lightning, Force Bellow, and Force Speed.
  
  His combat style is typically quick and vicious, and Xukas will attempt to overwhelm his opponents with powerful flurries of lightsaber attacks, quick to close ground and put his enemies on the defensive. If this initial onslaught fails, he will often resort to mixing in various force techniques until he is either victorious, or too wounded or exhausted to continue.
  
  Additionally, Xukas has a high pain tolerance, though this is only usually relevant in situations of torture. He is also quite lethal in hand to hand situations, given his sharp teeth, claws, and raw strength in comparison to smaller races.
  
  Surprisingly, Xukas is quite skilled in public speaking, but falters in diplomatic negotiations.
• • Enhanced Senses: Natural for his race, Xukas can see, smell, and hear at a far greater degree than most other races.
  
  • Enhanced Strength: Though perhaps not able to go toe to toe with a full grown wookiee, Shistavanen are naturally stronger than many other species.
  
  • Night Vision: Though Xukas cannot see in total darkness, he, like his fellow Shistavanen, have excellent night vision without the need to use additional technology.
  
  • Enhanced Speed: As a Shistavanen, Xukas is able to sprint using all four limbs, vastly increasing his on-ground speed.
  
  • Significant Intelligence: Xukas may not be at the level of a genius, but he is cunning and quick thinking, and he learns fast.
  
  • Trained Force User: Xukas is trained to use the force, and trained well, at that. He knows how to use it, and he knows how to counter it when in battle.
  
  • Trained Duelist: Xukas is highly skilled with a lightsaber, and can adapt to duel wielding when necessary.
  
  • Hand to Hand: Equipped with large claws and teeth, Xukas easily shreds through untrained or unprotected opponents that try to wrestle with him.
  
  • High Pain Tolerance: Able to withstand situations of torture with far more grace than the average person. Additionally, he struggles less with maintaining his clear mind and calm attitude, even when badly wounded.
  
  • Public Speaking: This man is quite skilled at weaving speeches that are often aimed at improving loyalty, or morale.
• Shroud of Darkness: Learned through self practice and intense emotion and utilized in battle before Xukas even came to be a Sith.
  
  Telekinesis: Self trained, but these abilities, including those such as force push, and force pull, were further honed and then mastered as a Sith Acolyte.
  
  Force Sense: One of the first things Xukas mastered as an Acolyte.
  
  Force Lightning: Learned from his Champion mentor at the time of an Acolyte, this particular skill took years to master fully, and even still, Xukas continues to practice with it's use.
  
  Force Bellow: Learned near the end of his Acolyte-hood, Xukas uses the ability as a means of intimidation, but it suits his habits in public speaking, too.
  
  Force Speed: Further enhancing his already uncanny speed as a Shistavanen, Xukas learned this about mid-way through his Acolyte-hood.
• • Light based attacks: The downside of his excellent sight, Xukas is easily blinded by weapons such as flash grenades.
  
  • Sound based attacks: Another downside to his race's enhanced senses, Xukas has incredible hearing, and sound-based weaponry can often cripple him.
  
  • Negotiation: Though he is quite good at making speeches, Xukas falters when it comes to diplomatic discussions with opponents, and will often have to resort to gaining leverage before attempting negotiations.
  
  • Dogfighting: He is certainly a man that prefers combat on the ground.
  
  • Stealth: Though Xukas is capable of some stealth, it is average, at best, and he's certainly no ninja. His glowing eyes, large size, and rather obvious canine appearance can cause particular problems in matters of intrigue.
  
  • Swimming: Xukas can swim... or rather, he can doggy paddle. He's certainly not going to put up much of a fight when he's trying not to drown.

INVENTORY​

One red lightsaber with a single blade. It's hilt appears an ornate silver, with dark leather wrappings to provide a comfortable grip. He calls it, Blood Talon.	Polished, silver talon-guards, which Xukas wears over his claws in social or passive scenarios, in which to avoid accidental bloodshed.	A sleek, bronze colored facial mask that is equipped with a filter for toxic survival situations, as well as providing adequate protection against piercing weapons.
Small, handheld devices such as a Smartpad Dataphone, and a Miniature Protocol Droid which has been programmed with Basic, Huttese, Mando'a, and Rodese.	Impetus-class Interceptor starfighter that bears the insignia of a snarling wolf, and the name Fanged Swoop.	A personally bought, private apartment within a high level rise on the planet Dromund Kaas. With one bedroom, bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small living room, it functions as a place to rest between missions.

ASSETS​

• The Imperial Patriot: An online source for the Empire's latest news. Xukas funded the creation of the holonet blog site and even wrote some of it's first articles, before journalists looking for work began to apply to remotely take part. It started as a fairly small operation with no set business location, but has since grown into a popular media host for much of the Empire. The Patriot is a source of steady income.

◘ Of Scales And Fangs — Xukas tracks a Dromund Kaas spice dealer to the jungle world of Tiss'sharl, where he finds himself greeted by a fellow Sith among the locals, a geneticist with a passion for bio-weaponry, which Xukas is eager to assist with.
• into that good night — After months of managing The Imperial Patriot and taking a backseat to the Sith Order itself, Xukas finds himself on a scouting mission to Shili, where he is apprehended by two Jedi.
○ Like A Bear In A Trap — Xukas awakes imprisoned by the Jedi. Surprisingly, he and the padawan responsible for his defeat hold a respectful conversation.
