History of Yor:
The Yor are an ancient race (that look like the aliens from Independence Day if you need a reference lol), said to have been around when life first blossomed in the galaxy. They believed that there wasn’t a need for a hierarchy for their race because they believed themselves to be the hierarchy of the galaxy, so they lived as a singularity hive mind complex that they established through Force telepathy. They were all adept in the Force and devoted their lives to understanding it.
During their exploration, they found two sides of the Force- the Light and Dark Side. The Yor separated into factions, both of which did their best to mold, create, and experiment with both sides of the Force. The Light Yor found that they could live after death after the oldest Yor passed on but still communicated with the younger Yor to teach them of that way. The Dark Yor marveled at the Light Yor and began exploring the Dark Side for a way to live on after death. After much trial and error, the Dark Yor created a ritual in which they became “Unmade”. This ritual required the target to forsake their bodies to the Force, having both flesh and bone sloth away until nothing but a shadow of the target’s soul remained. The Dark Yor were excited to show the Light Yor of their new understanding of the Force as even though they were different factions, they all lived civilly with the same goal- to lear as much as you can from your chosen side of the Force.

When the Dark Yor showed their Unmaking, they realized that even though you could still make contact with the Unmade Yor (they were visible and could communicate), the Unmade Yor could not use their powers of the Force or interact with anything in the physical realm and we’re doomed to watch the growth and ending of the universe forever. So, the Light Yor devised a construct that could harness the soul of the Unmade Yor so they could interact with the physical realm. These “suits” were bio-mechanical exo skeletons that resembled their race. After the Light Yor gave their gift to the Dark Yor, they realized that they might have upset the balance of power between both factions. The Light Yor watched as the Dark Yor would complete many rituals of Unmaking and inhabit their puppet bodies, living for millennia while the Light Yor were now dying off, still living on through the Force, but not at the same power the Dark Yor were.

They began conspiring against the Dark Yor, instead of seeking another way through the Light Side to live as the Dark Yor did, and their greed and envy became their end. The Light Yor found a way to project one’s soul back into their original body, and if they didn’t have a body, the Force technique was able to reforge that body.

One day, the Light Yor used that same technique on an Unmade Yor who was thousands of years old, but when the Unmade Yor was reverted back to her Dark Yor form, her body went through the aging process of a thousand years, and the Dark Yor died in seconds. It was no technique, as the Unmade Yor witnessed, it was an extermination.

Civil war broke between these once peaceful and civil people, with the Dark and Unmade Yor winning the fight. The Light Yor called upon the many beings of the galaxy to help aid them in their fight to which the Dark Yor were killed off and only the Unmade Yor remained.
In a last stand, the Unmade Yor killed off the last of the Light Yor and fed upon the souls of the Force ghosts which strengthened the power of the Unmade Yor. Unfortunately, the Unmade Yor were chased to the planet known as Abyssm and from the angry galaxy who revered the Unmade Yor as devils and traitors. Their arrival brought concern to the Four Elder Elementals who greeted the Unmade Yor with great suspicion. After they searched the minds of the Unmade Yor, they found them to only be refugees who needed a safe haven far away from the rest of the galaxy to plot their revenge. Pity fell upon the Elders, so they each forged three Pyramidians for the Yor to use both as dreadnoughts and a place to call home, as Abyssm was much to chaotic for the serene Yor.

These Pyramidians were named after the three pillars of the Unmade Yor- Power, Anger, and Fear, and began creating weapons powered by the Force to use against the enemy that was the galaxy itself. The Elders found their plans frightening and decided to suppress their souls through a power blast from both Ragnhild and Adelaide, putting their souls in a great eternal slumber trapped in their Pyramidians to where Volodimaru and Musharraf used their elements to bury the Pyramidians so that only the very tip of the Force powered destroyers could be seen. These became the Shrines of Yor and were a reminder to the Elders of what fanaticism can do to an entire people.

Present of Yor:
Unknowingly to the Elders, all the Yor needed to be awakened was for a living creature to touch a Shrine, but while the Titans and other creatures strayed away from the darkened places of Abyssm, it didn’t stop two Mandalorian Brothers, Crimil and Redrix Dredgen, to find the Pyramidian of Power which awakened all the million Unmade Yor within. However, the Yor were weakened heavily by Adelaide and Ragnhild’s blast and could no longer manifest into anything but faint “Whispers” that they could use to guide the new Cultists of Yor to find their own Unmaking.

The Unmade Yor only saw the galaxy as they once did so long ago- a material plane filled with heretics and mongrels for the slaughter. They saw Crimil and Redrix as tools to their Salvation and began the great Lie of Yor; They would guide a cultist to an ancient Yor temple or burial site to find a Tome of Unmaking left behind by the Dark Yor, and if the said cultist wrote down the Tome in their armor through the guidance of the Whispers, they would gain a stronger bond with the Unmade Yor. The Yor fooled the cult into thinking that they too would be unmade, when I reality, they were strengthening the bond between the two souls so the Unmade Yor could eat it after the cultist died, giving them their strength and power again so they could once again inhabit their bio-mechanical bodies and crush the galaxy with their superiority. This happened to Redrix when he left back to the Shrine with Stranger and an IG unit they hired as backup. Redrix only found out the truth about the Great Lie after he was ripped in half by a tree-ape Titan.

Here are some important notes:

- Yor are not a playable race. I’m using them as a huge future plot device in an endgame Star Wars type situation I planned out lol #Imsuchanerd.
- After reading and inscribing all Tomes of Unmaking, the target’s soul is bonded with the particular Yor contacting them.
- When Yor feast off the souls of a bonded target, they sometimes gain their personality and will take the names of their target. (Redrix Yor, Yor Thorne, Stranger Yor, etc.) This does not mean that the Target is living through the Yor. The target is dead and destroyed forever.
-Redrix had found and written each Tome of Unmaking (there are 9 of them which I will send if you want) in his beskar armor, which greatly invigorated the power of the Whispers and completed his bond with a random Unmade Yor who contacted him first.
- Raksis is not seeing the ghost of Darth Bane but an illusion created by the Whispers.
- Yor are currently targeting Mandalorians because while the rest of the galaxy is doing a fine job of killing each other, Yor saw a future in where the Mandalorians bring peace to their people and eventually the galaxy. There are some exceptions, however.
-Yor want the galaxy at war because why kill everything when everything is already killing itself?
- Yor are extremely adept in the Dark Side (equal to a Dark Lord or Councilor)
- Yor bio suits are made of extremely strong material that I would like to be beskar along with a chemically engineered metal I came up with called Yoranium LMAO #Killmenow.
- Raksis has unknowingly established a bond with a Yor by writing the Tomes on the walls of his T-6 Shuttle while sleep walking.
- The only way to break the bond is through the Light Side of the Force, and can only be done by a master of the light side (Jedi Master, Council, etc.). Once the connection is severed, the Yor rips away all the memories of their bonded target as a way to cut out loose ends. (I did this mainly as a potential way for Raksis to have a redemption arc as he would have amnesia and have a fresh start etc.)
- Whispers can be so strong that they can cause, insanity, major hallucinations, paranoia, self-delusion, nihilism, hedonism, a messiah complex, cannibalism, multiple personalities, and homicidal psychosis.
- Yor can grant Force powers to their most devoted cultists that is similar to Shadow Magic used by the Nightsisters. Crimil and Redrix were the only ones known to have this power as the other cultists haven’t completed bonding yet (but are getting closer).
- The only Shrine of Yor to have been awakened is Power. The other two Shrines can be pin pointed by any of the Four Elder Elementals, as even though Abyssm moves, the Pyramidians do not.
- Redrix Yor is the only Unmade Yor to have regained strength and is waiting for cultist to open the Shrine to free him so he can invoke a bond with the cultists and then kill them afterward so there can be more Yor to then do the same until they have at least six Yor to pilot the Pyramidian out of Abyssm.
- Once Unmade Yor at full strength, all they have to do is kill someone to feed that creature’s soul to a weakened Unmade Yor.
- Yor are around 10-12 ft. Tall.
- There is exactly 1,000,000 Yor in each Pyramidian.
- The Pyramidians look like the ones in Destiny 2.
- The Pyramidians are able to create the bio suits the Yor inhabit.
-The Pyramidians are made of beskar, vibro, Duranium, and Yoranium and are controlled via the Force by six Force users. It has other capabilities like creating drone like machines that can be piloted by the Yor.
- As OP as the Yor already are, I was gonna leave the Pyramidians weapons up for debate, but I would like some sort of end of the world kinda stuff.
- Raksis’ bond with the Whispers is so strong that Stranger was able to see the ghostly illusion of Darth Bane on his ship.
- Stranger knows of the Great Lie after Redrix told him to hide his armor so no one else would fall under the same fate he did. The armor was stolen by the Sapian, Alpha Dol’Gul, and Stranger has been trying to get it back since.
- Stranger is trying to give Raksis to the Sith, hoping they can get a whiff of the Whispers and go crazy. He thinks it’ll be the greatest prank this galaxy has ever seen. He’s also open to selling him to whoever will pay highest if the Sith don’t accept him for free.
- Yor are disgusted with both the Sith and Jedi. The Jedi for obvious reasons, and the Sith because they are sick of the infighting that has been apparently been happening for centuries. The Yor do not think the Sith are worthy of using the very power Yor manifested when the galaxy dawned.
- Yor can create rends in space and time through the Force that can be used as blades- as crazy as it sounds, they only function as normal blades would and can fend against lightsabers- the Yor call them “Soul Blades”. They are also able to create Force shards that they propel through their tentacle like appendages.

Sorry but this seems to me like a fanfic of a multi-fandom crossover. Doesn’t really feel like a SW entry, specially for how much importance something like this would have if it were site canon.

Try to streamline it, an ancient hive mind race that messed with the force and got screwed in the process is a cool idea. But there’s too many tangents to add mechanical bodies and demi-god like abilities. If you focus it a little it would work a lot better.

I mean, the Deep Stone Crypt thing is literally from Destiny but whatever. I’ll try streamlining it like you said.

Before I review this you need to go through and remove all of the various hashtag stuff and things in parenthesis that don't contribute to the actual article. Lore articles aren't meant to contain your personal commentary.
