It works, although technically there is only one banking entity in the Commonwealth, I get the feeling this guy isn't exactly nice.

I could see him being given a position in the Banking guild, and then working his way up, and being elected to the position of Triumvir, if you could make the change about working your way up and then being elected, that would be good.

Checked over the profile again, there's a few minor issues I have with it.
First is the Prostitution and Drug abuse scandal.
Second, the Trimuvir is an elected position, people are elected into the position from among the members of the Systems Commonwealth.
I would prefer if the character were a member of the Commonwealth before being elected into the position.

It looks good, I would make some changes, The All Systems university is the Commonwealth institute of higher learning and trains all aspects of education, including financial education, Also your current profile doesn't mention anything about the Systems Commonwealth or Tarn-Vedra, the Home world
