After a quick look, i've decided that yes, she's horribly overpowered. You've gotta run her from Acolyte upwards, meaning learn from scratch.
At the moment she's probably on-par with Juno's skill set (a Jedi Master who i've been RPing for 7 months).

Trakata isn't a lightsaber form, as much as a skill/move for battle. Also instead of Mastered, I think "Highly Proficient, or Proficient" is a much better word. ;)

Also if you whack in [noparse][/noparse] tags it also underlines your stuff too. Very handy if you want to make it REALLY obvious that its a link.
