As far as I'm aware you can't use it at any level if you are a jedi. Its a dark side technique, hence not for jedi. Just get confirmation from an admin to be sure.

Hmm, I donno. I think you still run it by one of the admins first to be on the safe side. Lightning is strictly dark side and a master level ability at that.

So Elec can use force lightning? If so then have you cleared this with Sreeya or someone?
