    They do. They use the SW-version of them, aka Assault Concussion Missiles and/or Assault Proton Torpedoes.

    Plus, octets in space combat? Terrible idea. It's like a big target that screams "SHOOT HERE, PLEASE". Have you not played Battlefront 2 or any of the Rogue Squadron games?

    The antimissile octets are targeted as destroying missiles. I found them on the SW wikia, and they are different than concussion missiles :P They are, like, antimissile projectiles. They're weird.

    OH those things. I'd forgotten those were a thing. They're not used because they're classic EU BS and CIWS-esque weaponry have been disallowed on the down-low.

    Also the day of having lots of weapons mean anything is basically gone. From what I hear tell all ships of the same class will be roughly equal, whatever their armaments in the new TL to stop power playing.

    And yeah, I know, Outlander. The Crew is an actual faction. I've been wanting to make them for quite a while.

    any kind of character can be over or underpowered, it will just depend on how you write him. he probably wouldn't have many force powers as, again, he'd most likely begin at the bottom rung and need to work his way up

    Just finished the latest section of my corvette, and now I'm moving onto the massive section of Defense & Security :o

    And finally finished up the standard systems for the corvette. It took forever, and I'm no where near done, but I'm getting closer!

    I prefer Richie B. Anyway like my pirates would like board your ship, we have a little fight. One of my ideas, I'm sure when next timeline rolls around we can come up with more ideas.

    ;-; Boarding the ship leads to doom. It's sectioned, and has a ridiculous internal security system. x3 You'd have to find a way to deactivate said system. Besides, I dunno if your ship would be able to take down my corvette, but I suppose it depends on what your ship is like. We'd have to RP the space fight, and take it from there ^_^

    I have if the admins allow, 3 ships, two corvettes and one frigate. (4 if you count the cargo ship, but that will only be used for cargo only so it won't fight) So I'm sure I will eventually find a way, for boarding that's what would make it fun. Plus I don't want to take your stuff just to tell a interesting story, this way even if I can board you still have a chance to escape, if you don't want to lose the ship.

    I'm thiinking of creating a corvette w/a PC crew you can sign up for that's like a mini-faction w/organized roleplays, & a fresh setting

    I have to write as Ascendant. He's the only character I've written, and I'm not in the mood for writing another one. I will be toning him down over time, however, but he's for the ship. I MIGHT just go ahead and make an organic character to captain the ship alongside his like his friend, Isaac.
