Oh yes, and the Hive doesn't have a planetary base, but it, like the Initiative, is based in space with a large fleet. The Initiative does not want Nor'baal's men. It is getting its own droids and the like.

*sigh* Xanthus is a Crusader-level Sith. As a defensive force, he commands at least 1200 mutants from the Collective alone. Plus whatever numbers of droids the Hive is offering...the Initiative's mercenaries, and Tacitus's funding. We are not about to have this conversation. The Hive's employees will be removed from the town of Nor'baal's and placed within living quarters of the Initiative and new Hive-Tacitus Corporation. Which reminds me: Don't forget that we are in EMPIRE space. Any fleet that has the nerve to gather under a Hutt banner and fly into Imperial space will be brought down by the Empire. IC and OOC: Xanthus does not want war with the Hutts, but he will also not be threatened in either OOC or IC. Now, we can either be business partners, or we can be enemies. If I seem a bit upset, it is because this happens to be getting out of hand for the situation that it is.

Now I'm confused. The only military that's being used in the faction is the one that is made of droids from Hive Manufacturing, mutants from the Collective, soldiers from the Initiative, and guards from Tacitus Corporation. (We officially have you outgunned, btw, so IC starting shooting would end in Nor'baal's execution) Where in this does Nor'baal even have soldiers? The droids from Hive were produced by the Hive and given to the Initiative to serve as its military.

Alright, as the leader of the Initiative, it's my job to go ahead and ask: what issues would your Hutt have with the Initiative dealing with the Hive's military? Before this gets awkward or out of hand on the first day of the faction's release. ^^;

I was thinking an interdiction during a routine patrol.

One-hundred and sixty Taskmaster Combat Armor sets, High Capacity Repeaters, and MV-1 vibroblades. I've also thrown in a crate of fifty MTIG grenades and fifty MTAG grenades (call it a business gift). The training would include close quarters combat (which is a combination of weapons training and hand-to-hand), basic survival, basic explosive disarmament and disposal, basic and advanced marksmanship, basic squad tactics and movement, basic guard theory (searching rooms and persons, identifying potential threats, plotting secure travel routes and exit strategies, etc..). If you'd like a Mando PC to actually train your men IC, I could probably have that arranged, otherwise we can just assume it occurred behind the scenes.
